输液控制电路
技术领域
本发明涉及吊瓶输液控制器,尤其是涉及一种输液控制电路。
背景技术
静脉输液是通过静脉滴注向人体内输入大剂量(一次给药在100ml以上)注射液的方法,注射液通常被包装在无菌的玻璃或塑料输液瓶或袋中。使用时通过输液器调整滴速,持续而稳定地输入人体静脉,以补充体液、电解质或提供营养物质。
输液过程中,输液状态由不同原因而发生变化。根据临床实践,发现有以下原因:
1.目前临床输液中常因更换液体不及时或双头输液时两瓶药液衔接不及时,在无人监管或监管疏忽情况下,容易造成空气进入人体,导致空气栓塞的风险;
2. 寒冷季节,药液随着气温的变化输注人体,常常让病人感到肢体和躯体冰凉不适;对休克病人来说,更不利于血管扩张,改善微循环;
3.日常输液工作离不开读取滴数,离不开换针,病情的转归需要随时读取滴数并调节滴数,无论是护理管理者或是当班护士为获得即刻准确的输液滴数,每次对一个病人至少花费15秒的时间,这样大大增加了护理人员工作负担;
4.在输液过程中,还会出现漏针现象,这可能是针头刺破血管壁而进行肌肉注射,当这种情况常出现后,滴度会很慢;
5.目前使用一次性输液器,因为滴速调节器靠手工调节,常出现滴速调节器失控;
6. 临床上控制输液滴数根据药物性质及患者的年龄、病情而定,譬如:小儿、年老、心肺疾病的患者应控制滴数在40滴/分以内,抢救失液、失血性休克或使用脱水剂等特殊药物时,输液滴数快达60滴/分以上。很多患者输液时,常自行调整快慢,这样不利于保证患者输液安全;
7.现有冬天输液时,为了克服冰冷的液体造成人体的不适,多数人选择用热水袋对输液管加温取暖,但热水袋的温度在60-99℃之间,这样的温度难以控制,一是会对静脉血管造成灼伤,而且是难以完全愈合的低温灼伤。二是不利于某些特殊的不耐温药物的输液;
8. 保护患者安全是每一个医务人员的神圣职责。但由于人类自身的局限性,是人都会出错,从事医疗相关工作的专业人员,在其一生执业生涯中均有可能犯错。美国哈佛医疗实践研究显示,发达国家用药疏失超过6%,因此如何避免打错针、给错药,是护理工作的基本要求。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种输液控制电路,以解决现有输液监控以人工为主,护理人员劳动强度大,不能对输液滴速进行实时监控、实时调节;不能自动加热、人工操作误差大等技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种输液控制电路,其特征是所述系统包括单片机、温度传感器、滴速检测元件,所述滴速检测元件与滴速检测控制电路连接,所述滴速检测控制电路的输出端与单片机的信号输入端口连接,温度传感器经过A/D转化电路与单片机连接,单片机的串口与WIFI模块连接,单片机的输出端口经驱动控制电路与控制滴速的步进电机连接,单片机的另一输出端口与发热元件80连接,所述控制主机是装有Android或iOS系统的移动终端,该移动终端经过WIFI网络与WIFI模块连接。
作为优选,所述滴速检测元件为红外线对管或电容传感器。
作为优选,所述发热元件为PTC加热片或电热丝。
WIFI无线模块是基于Uart接口的wifi无线网络标准的嵌入式模块,内置无线网络协议IEEE802.11协议栈以及TCP/IP协议栈,能够实现单片机串口数据到无线网络之间的转换,通过Uart-Wifi模块,单片机能轻松接入无线网络。控制主机可以完成与HIS系统数据同步对接功能,所有病房服务系统的基础数据均来自于HIS系统,数据主要包括医生的输液处方和医嘱等。控制主机控制的读写器对腕带进行基本信息绑定,将医生的输液处方和医嘱写入,腕带接受信息后发给病人。护士配好药后,通过点击控制主机面板上控制菜单,将输液处方和医嘱等发送给输液管定位盒的控制电路,同时通知病人到相应的输液位接受输液。在整个服务过程中,腕带信息与控制电路自动核对数据无误后,才开始输液,这样最大限度的减少了用药疏失引起的损失,基本上杜绝了打错针、给错药的现象。
本发明具有工作可靠、性能安全等特点。其滴速检测控制电路可以准确测量输液滴速,控制滴速的步进电机和控制阀杆的步进电机根据单片机预先的设定值自动对滴速进行实时控制,并且通过联合控制上输液管和下输液管启闭,彻底杜绝空气栓塞、回血、漏针的风险。其次在冬天,本系统可以开启自动控温的输液加热器,通过同时对上输液管、下输液管、莫非氏滴管保持39-45℃的的大面积的恒温加热,加热迅速、有效,从而给患者一个舒适、安全的输液感受。
护理人员手持移动终端,通过APP软件,就可以监视、控制每一个输液位的滴速、并及时自动换药,这样可以降低护理工作量,有利于医患之间良性互动,从而全面提高了医疗输液护理工作的质量。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
图1是本发明主视图;图2是本发明后视图。由图1结合图2可知,一种输液控制电路,该系统包括单片机、温度传感器、滴速检测元件,所述滴速检测元件与滴速检测控制电路连接,所述滴速检测控制电路的输出端与单片机的信号输入端口连接,温度传感器81经过A/D转化电路与单片机连接,单片机的串口与WIFI模块连接,单片机的输出端口经驱动控制电路分别与控制滴速的步进电机和控制阀杆的步进电机连接,单片机的另一输出端口与发热元件80连接,所述控制主机是装有Android或iOS系统的移动终端,该移动终端经过WIFI网络与WIFI模块连接。
所述单片机的另一输出端口与RFID射频芯片连接,RFID射频芯片与RFID腕带无线连接。
如图11所示,滴速检测元件为红外线对管或电容传感器。红外线对管的输出端与运放电路输入端连接,运放电路输出端与单片机的信号输入端口连接。
红外线对管利用其红外光的导通率来检测点滴滴数。在发射管和接收管之间留有适当的距离,当无液滴通过时,接收管受光导通,输出为“0”。当有液滴通过的瞬间,使光线折射,接收管的光通过量不足,输出为“1”。单片机据此判断液体点滴的有无。
发热元件80为PTC加热片或电热丝。PTC具有恒温发热、无明火、热转换率高、受电源电压影响极小、自然寿命长等优势。
输液管嵌槽也可以直接采用硅橡胶加热板制成,硅橡胶加热板主要是由电热丝和硅橡胶高温绝缘布组成,硅橡胶加热板可以根据工件大小制成各种形状和图案。硅橡胶加热板很薄,份量轻盈兼有灵活性。有了这种加热器,可以与被加热物体完全紧密接触,能够让热传递至任何所需的地方,在处理中改善热传递,加速升温和减少功率需要。
输液管6嵌槽中还设有一测温传感器81,该测温传感器与单片机的测温输出端口连接,为单片机提供发热元件80的加热温度,当发热元件80的温度大于单片机中设定的阈值(如40℃)时,单片机控制电源停止供电,当发热元件80的温度小于单片机中设定的阈值时,单片机控制电源继续供电,以保证输液管6嵌槽始终处于恒温状态。
在输液过程中,单片机根据设定输液点滴速度( 3~120滴/分钟)和滴速检测元件检测到的实时滴速,通过驱动控制电路控制直线电机不断修正挤压推板4位移距离,实行多次反馈的动态调节。
当检测元件检测到点滴停止时,单片机通过直线电机关闭输液管6,同时发出报警信号。除点滴停止外,也会出现漏针现象,输液速度会有较大波动。有可能是针头刺破血管壁而进行肌肉注射,这种情况常有出现,滴度会很慢;也有可能是病人睡着了,下意识地把针头拔掉,那么这时滴度会很快。因此,当滴速波动在5%以内时,单片机正常工作,当滴速波动超出10%时,单片机通过驱动控制电路控制直线电机关闭输液管6,同时发出报警信号。
最后,应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上具体实施方式所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种输液控制电路,其特征是所述系统包括单片机、温度传感器、滴速检测元件,所述滴速检测元件与滴速检测控制电路连接,所述滴速检测控制电路的输出端与单片机的信号输入端口连接,温度传感器经过A/D转化电路与单片机连接,单片机的串口与WIFI模块连接,单片机的输出端口经驱动控制电路分别与控制滴速的步进电机和控制阀杆的步进电机连接,单片机的另一输出端口与发热元件连接,所述控制主机是装有Android或iOS系统的移动终端,该移动终端经过WIFI网络与WIFI模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输液控制电路,其特征是所述单片机的另一输出端口与RFID射频芯片连接,RFID射频芯片与RFID腕带无线连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输液控制电路,其特征是所述滴速检测元件为红外线对管或电容传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输液控制电路,其特征是所述发热元件为PTC加热片或电热丝。
