本发明涉及一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除系统,其包括描迹装置、肿胀麻醉装置、靶向可视化显微装置,所述描迹装置中装有龙胆紫和2%的碘酒,所述肿胀麻醉装置中装有肿胀麻醉溶液,还涉及一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除方法。所述纳米可视靶向定位清除系统和方法只需要在腋下褶皱处开口0.3‑0.5cm,在可视状态下能准确的定位大汗腺并清出体外,具有微创、无痛、无疤痕、费用低、愈合快、随治随走等优点。

技术领域
本发明医疗领域,更特别地,涉及一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除方法及系统。
背景技术
对腋臭的传统临床治疗中往往手术的切口较大,在腋部留下的瘢痕较为明显,容易使上肢的活动受到限制,外用药物治疗不能够对深部的组织起到作用,也会对患者的皮肤产生一定损害,治疗效果不理想。
因此,需要微创手术装置和方法来移除腋下的大汗腺。
发明内容
发明人在科研和医疗工作中发明了一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除术手术,在进行狐臭治疗时,只需在腋下切开个小口(3-5mm)的切口,在可视技术的支持下可以定位到大汗腺,将其清除体外,从而达到治疗的目的,且手术安全。
基于此,本发明提供了一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除系统,其包括描迹装置、肿胀麻醉装置、靶向可视化显微装置,所述描迹装置中装有龙胆紫和2%的碘酒,所述肿胀麻醉装置中装有肿胀麻醉溶液。
优选地,所述靶向可视化显微装置利用电子波技术和扫描显微镜技术。
优选地,所述肿胀麻醉溶液由20ml质量分数为2%的利多卡因注射液、300ml质量分数为0.9%的氯化钠注射液和0.1-0.2ml质量分数为0.1%的肾上腺素溶液组成。
本发明还提供了一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除方法,通过使用上述纳米可视靶向定位清除系统进行。
优选地,所述纳米可视靶向定位清除方法包括以下步骤:
S1:用所述描迹装置中的龙胆紫沿患者腋窝的腋毛画标记线标记出手术区域,然后用所述碘酒固定所述标记线;
S2:用所述麻醉装置将所述肿胀麻醉溶液注射至所述手术区域,待所述手术区域的皮下脂肪层肿胀扩大;
S3:在腋皱壁最低处切开长度小于1cm的切口;
S4:用所述靶向可视化显微装置对腋下组织进行定向探测大汗腺;
S5:用脑膜在脂肪层向四周扇形分离皮下组织,达到上述手术区域内,形成皮肤脂肪瓣,先用剪刀剪除脂肪组织,破坏汗腺及毛囊;
S6:用腋臭专用的刮匙紧贴皮瓣刮尽皮瓣下汗腺及毛囊组织,使之基本成为一含真皮下血管网皮片,再用眼科剪翻转修剪切口周围残留的毛囊和大汗腺。
上述纳米可视靶向定位清除系统和方法只需要在腋下褶皱处开口0.3-0.5cm,在可视状态下能准确的定位大汗腺并清出体外,具有微创、无痛、无疤痕、费用低、愈合快、随治随走等优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
1.术前准备:术前常规检查,术区常规备皮,并检查腋窝皮肤情况,有无红肿、破溃等情况。用龙胆紫沿腋毛边缘1cm左右标记出手术区域,2%碘酒固定标记线。
2.手术方法:患者取仰卧,常规消毒、铺盖无菌巾单,术中双上臂外展,(麻药配比2%利多卡因注射液20ml+0.9%氯化钠注射液300ml+0.1%肾上腺数5滴沿着标记线从四周向中心注射),腋窝麻醉后,局部皮肤膨隆,我们利用临床抽脂术的肿胀麻醉技术,使皮下脂肪层肿胀扩大,减少手术操作对腋下深部组织的误伤,且临床麻醉效果满意。切口选择在腋皱壁最低处,这样比较隐蔽,有利于术后引流,设计小于1cm长切口,通过电子波技术的微观控制和扫描显微镜技术的特定功能,对人体腋下组织进行定向探测大汗腺,用脑膜剪在脂肪层向四周扇形分离皮下组织,达手术区域标记线内,使其形成一皮肤脂肪瓣,先用剪刀剪除脂肪组织,破坏汗腺及毛囊,再用腋臭专用的刮匙紧贴皮瓣刮尽皮瓣下汗腺及毛囊组织,使之基本成为一含真皮下血管网皮片,再用眼科剪翻转修剪切口周围残留的毛囊和大汗腺。
判断手术清除标准以皮片表面出现淡紫色为止生理盐水、稀碘伏彻底冲洗后,确认创面没有活动性出血点,放置引流皮片,切口不缝合,酒精纱、无菌纱布及厚棉垫加压包扎。
3.术后护理
1)术后腋窝部厚层敷料用肩关节8字绷带包扎,使术侧上肢轻度外展,利于固定和伤口愈合;
2)注意防止伤口感染,常规应用抗生素;
3)术后10-14日分次拆线;
4)术后口服抗生素3天,术后1-2天拔除引流条,7天拆线;
5)术后敷料包扎应固定良好,上肢上抬不能超过90度,避免剧烈活动,防止血肿发生;
6)术后患者有轻微疼痛,如疼痛剧烈,可能出现血肿,应该到医院进行处理;
7)腋臭整形修复手术是应用整形外科原则和技术对腋臭进行整形修复,手术简便,术后瘢痕不明显,术后效果理想,成功率较高。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除系统,其特征在于,包括描迹装置、肿胀麻醉装置、靶向可视化显微装置,所述描迹装置中装有龙胆紫和2%的碘酒,所述肿胀麻醉装置中装有肿胀麻醉溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米可视靶向定位清除系统,其特征在于,所述靶向可视化显微装置利用电子波技术和扫描显微镜技术。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纳米可视靶向定位清除系统,其特征在于,所述肿胀麻醉溶液由20m l质量分数为2%的利多卡因注射液、300ml质量分数为0.9%的氯化钠注射液和0.1-0.2ml质量分数为0.1%的肾上腺素溶液组成。
4.一种治疗腋臭的纳米可视靶向定位清除方法,其特征在于,使用权利要求1-3中任一项所述的纳米可视靶向定位清除系统进行。
5.根据权利要求4所述的纳米可视靶向定位清除方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:用所述描迹装置中的龙胆紫沿患者腋窝的腋毛画标记线标记出手术区域,然后用所述碘酒固定所述标记线;
S2:用所述麻醉装置将所述肿胀麻醉溶液注射至所述手术区域,待所述手术区域的皮下脂肪层肿胀扩大;
S3:在腋皱壁最低处切开长度小于1cm的切口;
S4:用所述靶向可视化显微装置对腋下组织进行定向探测大汗腺;
S5:用脑膜在脂肪层向四周扇形分离皮下组织,达到上述手术区域内,形成皮肤脂肪瓣,先用剪刀剪除脂肪组织,破坏汗腺及毛囊;
S6:用腋臭专用的刮匙紧贴皮瓣刮尽皮瓣下汗腺及毛囊组织,使之基本成为一含真皮下血管网皮片,再用眼科剪翻转修剪切口周围残留的毛囊和大汗腺。
