Abstract

一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,包括以下重量百分比的原料:45‑65%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、28‑38%的吡蚜酮、7‑22%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。本发明提出一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,稀释后用于浸泡稻种,使稻种在催芽、种植期间具有抵抗病虫害的免疫力,同时在其三种组分的混合复配下,其浸泡后的稻谷,即便是播种量降低了,但其结实率还比常规播种量的结实率要高,并且稻谷的饱满度也要比普通的高8%左右,降低生产成本的同时,实现增产。

一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液
技术领域
本发明涉及水稻种植技术领域,尤其涉及一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液。
背景技术
现有水稻,是世界最主要的粮食作物之一,中国水稻播种面积占全国粮食作物的四分之一,而产量则占了一半以上。目前,水稻的栽培离不开病虫害的控制,喷洒农药是最主要的手段之一。
水稻农药的喷洒,主要带来了如下几个问题:
1、耗费大量的劳动力。一般一季水稻从播种到收割,需要喷洒三到四次,遇到病虫害严重的年景,次数更多。
2、水稻的农药残留问题。农药的喷洒,尤其是水稻收割前1个月内的农药喷洒,或多或少都会有一些农药残留,超过标准的,还会对人体的健康产生一定的影响。
3、水稻在生长周期遭受到的病、虫灾害,对水稻本身的生长产生了一定负面影响,哪怕发现病虫害后及时的喷洒农药,也是属于补救措施,治标不治本,容易出现病虫害的反复。
因此,需要开发一种抗虫、抗病的水稻浸种液,以提高水稻的抗病虫能力,并农药残留量符合国家标准要求,甚至达到绿色有机标准。使水稻在栽培过程中少施农药,甚至不施农药,并能对当季水稻起到增量增产的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,稀释后用于浸泡稻种,使稻种在催芽、种植期间具有抵抗病虫害的免疫力,同时在其三种组分的混合复配下,其浸泡后的稻谷,即便是播种量降低了,但其结实率还比常规播种量的结实率要高,并且稻谷的饱满度也要比普通的高8%左右,降低生产成本的同时,实现增产。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,包括以下重量百分比的原料:45-65%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、28-38%的吡蚜酮、7-22%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。
更进一步的说明,所述肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂中肟菌酯与戊唑醇的质量分数之比为1:2。
更进一步的说明,所述氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂为浓度为20%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂。
更进一步的说明,优选的浸种原液配方为:包括以下重量百分比的原料:57%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、29%的吡蚜酮、14%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。
本发明的有益效果:
1、选用氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、吡蚜酮及肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂,形成一种毒性低的浸种原液,配置简单,使用安全;
2、可防治稻蓟马、稻纵卷叶螟、三化螟、二化螟和稻飞虱病害虫,防治穗颈瘟、稻曲病、纹枯病和稻瘟病,水稻在生育过程中的虫害和病害均可防治,水稻的生长过程不受干扰,保证稻田的稳产,甚至可增产5-12%;
3、种植期基本无需使用农药,对种植水和土壤无污染,可完全保护虫害的天敌,不影响生态环境的平衡,获得无农药残留的稻米,解决了现有水稻种植为治理病虫害而喷洒农药出现稻米农药残留的技术问题,同时,也省去了种植期间时的喷洒农药的人工成本,成本降低的同时仍能稳产甚至增产,带来巨大的经济效益的同时也确保了粮食的绿色健康。
具体实施方式
下面结通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,包括以下重量百分比的原料:45-65%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、28-38%的吡蚜酮、7-22%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。
本申请提出一种由多种有机化合物进行组合的浸种液原,早稻、中稻和晚稻均可适用,经过本申请的浸种液浸泡催芽后的稻种,在水稻的生育前期和中期对病虫病害均能起到免疫防控作用,其中早稻可以全程免人工防治病虫害,中晚稻在生长后期(即蜡熟期)针对疫情严重的纹枯病和稻飞虱以防治一次为佳,普通疫情年份则完全不用防治,稻谷亩产均能达到或者超过同区域的平均水平。
选用氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、吡蚜酮及肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂获得由三种组分混合复配而成的浸种原液,形成一种毒性低的浸种原液,使用时用水进行稀释后即可用来浸种,配置简单,使用安全,通过浸泡后稻种充分吸收浸种液,可防治稻蓟马、稻纵卷叶螟、三化螟、二化螟和稻飞虱病害虫,防治穗颈瘟、稻曲病、纹枯病和稻瘟病,水稻在生育过程中的虫害和病害均可防治,水稻的生长过程不受干扰,水稻的生长健壮,保证稻田的稳产,甚至可增产5-12%,能给种植户增收,且种植期基本无需使用农药,对种植水和土壤无污染,可完全保护虫害的天敌(青蛙、蜘蛛、寄生蜂、寄生蝇或瓢虫等),不影响生态环境的平衡,获得无农药残留的稻米。本申请解决了现有水稻种植为治理病虫害而喷洒农药出现稻米农药残留的技术问题,并可达到全生长周期完全免人工防病虫的效果,省去了种植期间时的喷洒农药的人工成本,成本降低的同时仍能稳产甚至增产,带来巨大的经济效益的同时也确保了粮食的绿色健康。
更进一步的说明,所述肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂中肟菌酯与戊唑醇的质量分数之比为1:2。
可以选择现有技术中的的有效成分含量为75%的肟菌·戊唑醇溶剂,其中肟菌酯含量为25%,戊唑醇的含量为50%,稻种的内吸性强,具有较长的持效期。
进一步的说明,将上述复配剂用于浸种液中,对稻种进行浸泡,水稻在生育过程无需喷洒农药即可避免其纹枯病、稻曲病或稻瘟病,对田水无污染,使田水可排入江河、湖泊、水渠及养鱼等水产养殖塘。
更进一步的说明,所述氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂为浓度为20%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂。
更进一步的说明,优选的浸种原液配方为:包括以下重量百分比的原料:57%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、29%的吡蚜酮、14%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。通过最优配方三种组分的混合复配,可有效的确保水稻生长期没有病虫危害,生长健壮,具有更强的抗倒伏性,使得结实率更高、饱满度更高而增产。
实施例
A、浸种液的配置:按下表1的配比称取各原料进行混合,搅拌均匀获得浸种原液,备用;
B、浸种原液稀释:向浸种液中加入其重量的8倍的水进行稀释,备用;
C、稻种浸泡:将稻种浸泡在步骤B配置好的浸种液中(浸泡比例为稻种重量:浸种液重量为5:2),浸泡1天后取出沥干;
D、稻种催芽:对步骤C沥干获得稻种进行催芽,在30℃下完成催芽,催芽完成后即可在稻田进行撒播种植。

上述实施例中分别选用黄华占品种的稻种进行浸泡,具体的种植时间及生长状态如下表2,种植地点为湖南南县民和村。
其中对照组为传统的防治方式,即清水浸种、种植过程喷施3-4次农药,且实施例组内播种量仅为对照组播种量的80%。

本申请浸种液对稻种进行浸泡,水稻在生育过程无需喷洒农药即可避免其纹枯病、稻曲病或稻瘟病,对稻田无污染,使田水可排入江河、湖泊、水渠及养鱼等水产养殖塘。更进一步的,在上述中稻时期的稻田进行养鱼时,实施例1-1到实施例1-4中的鱼收获时,鱼肉中均不存在农药残留,而对照组的稻田进行养殖时,收获的鱼经检测,其鱼肉中含有农药残留,残留量平均值0.54mg/kg(农药种类包括稻瘟灵、叶枯灵、吡虫啉等)。
其中,实施例1-2在早稻和中稻时段中,其田地不仅增产5%以上,且其获得的稻谷,比对照组同期获得的稻谷的饱满度要增加要8%以上,达到了不仅增产还有效的提高粮食的质量,播种量减少了,其收成仍可大大提升,带来了无法预料的有益效果,明显降低生产成本。
实施例2
A、浸种原液的配置:按上表1中实施例1-2的配比称取各原料进行混合,搅拌均匀获得浸种原液,备用;
B、浸种原液稀释:向浸种原液中加入其重量的12倍的水进行稀释,备用;
C、稻种浸泡:将稻种浸泡在步骤B配置好的浸种液中(浸泡比例为稻种重量:浸种液重量为5:2),浸泡1天后取出沥干;
D、稻种催芽:对步骤C晾干获得稻种进行催芽,在30℃下完成催芽,催芽完成后即可在稻田进行撒播种植(对应着早稻、中稻和晚稻不同时期进行播种)。
其中,实施例2在早稻和中稻时段中,其田地不仅增产6%以上,且其获得的稻谷,比对照组同期获得的稻谷的饱满度要增加要8%。

1.一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比的原料:45-65%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、28-38%的吡蚜酮、7-22%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,其特征在于:所述肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂中肟菌酯与戊唑醇的质量分数之比为1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,其特征在于:所述氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂为浓度为20%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种水稻抗病虫浸种原液,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比的原料:57%的氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、29%的吡蚜酮、14%的肟菌酯和戊唑醇的复配剂。
