Abstract
The invention relates to a set top box dynamic regulation and control method and a system, which monitors a sound decibel value of a television program in real time through a mobile phone of a user, compares the sound decibel value with a basic decibel value, carries out different regulation and control on the set top box according to which interval the sound decibel value monitored by the mobile phone is positioned, sends the audio and video of the television program to the mobile phone for corresponding playing according to the sound decibel value, monitors the position change of the user according to the sound decibel value monitored by the mobile phone, and further dynamically regulates and controls the set top box, so that the user can well watch the television program, and great convenience and good use experience are brought to the user.
