本发明涉及室内安全门，具体说是一种室内安全钢质门，包括门扇，该门扇由锁孔侧门板、中间门板和铰链侧门板依次拼接而成；所述锁孔侧门板和铰链侧门板均包括侧芯板，在每一侧芯板的外表面包覆有一层木皮；每一所述侧芯板包括围成侧容纳空间的侧钢板，侧容纳空间内填充有防火材料；所述中间门板包括中间芯板，该中间芯板外表面设置有木质板材。本发明通过三块门板拼接而成，其与现有的钢制门相比，工艺较为简单；且本发明的外部全由木质材料组成，内部填充有耐火材料，不仅外形美观，而且防火、防盗性能强，大大增加安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及室内门，具体说是一种室内安全钢质门。
背景技术
近年来，随着建筑的增加，房门的美观和安全在建筑物中的重要性益发突出。然而，目前室内安全门大多采用木材制成，并于表面涂上颜料以配合屋内装潢，但此种作法在火灾发生时，颜料会产生化学毒气对人体有害，且木质材料易燃，存在严重的安全隐患；同时，木质门强度不够，防盗性能较差。在现有技术中还出现了室内玻璃门，这种门在发生火灾时容易炸裂，不仅耽误了救援时间，同样存在严重的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供一种可防火、防盗的室内安全钢质门。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种室内安全钢质门，包括门扇，该门扇由锁孔侧门板、中间门板和铰链侧门板依次拼接而成。
作为优选，所述锁孔侧门板和铰链侧门板均包括侧芯板，在每一侧芯板的外表面包覆有一层木皮。
作为优选，每一所述侧芯板包括围成侧容纳空间的侧钢板，侧容纳空间内填充有防火材料。
作为优选，所述中间门板包括中间芯板，该中间芯板外表面设置有木质板材。
作为优选，所述中间芯板包括围成中间容纳空间的中心钢板，中间容纳空间内填充有防火材料。
作为优选，所述侧钢板围成的侧容纳空间呈“”状，侧容纳空间通过其开口与所述中间容纳空间连通。
作为优选，所述侧钢板开口侧的台阶面与中间钢板端部铆接。
作为优选，所述木质板材设置在台阶面上。
作为优选，还包括门框，所述铰链侧门板与门框的边框铰接，锁孔侧门板可通过锁具与门框的另一边框锁紧，两边框通过与上框两端插接进行定位。
作为优选，所述两边框和上框的外表面均包覆有木皮。
作为优选，所述门框的上框两端设置有数块连接板，两边框上端通过连接板与上框两端螺钉连接。
从以上技术方案可知，本发明通过三块门板拼接而成，其与现有的钢质门相比，工艺较为简单；且本发明的外部全由木质材料组成，内部填充有耐火材料，不仅外形美观，而且防火、防盗性能强，大大增加安全性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合图1和图2详细说明本发明，在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明，但并不作为对本发明的限定。
一种室内安全钢质门，包括门扇1，如图1，该门扇由锁孔侧门板11、中间门板12和铰链侧门板13依次拼接而成，其加工方便，安装简单；其中所述锁孔侧门板和铰链侧门板均包括侧芯板14，侧芯板的外表面包覆有一层木皮2，所述中间门板包括中间芯板15，该中间芯板外表面设置有木质板材3；由此，可知本发明的门从外表看，与木门无异，高端、大气、美观，且侧芯板和中间芯板采用防火材料制成，达到防火的目的。
具体来说，每一所述侧芯板包括围成侧容纳空间的侧钢板16，侧容纳空间内填充有防火材料4；同样，所述中间芯板包括围成中间容纳空间的中心钢板17，中间容纳空间内填充有防火材料4。由此可知，侧钢板和中间钢板硬度较高，可达到防盗的目的。
在实施过程中，所述侧钢板围成的侧容纳空间呈“”状，侧容纳空间通过其开口与所述中间容纳空间连通，使整个门内部形成连续的钢框架，增加门的强度，进一步提高防盗性能。两侧钢板开口侧形成的台阶面可方便与中间钢板两端的端部铆接，不仅结构紧凑，而且安装省时省力。所述木质板材两端设置在台阶面上，起到支撑木质板材的作用，且可保证木质板材表面与侧钢板表面平齐，加工安装较为方便。
如图2所示，本发明还包括门框5，所述铰链侧门板与门框的边框51铰接，锁孔侧门板可通过锁具与门框的另一边框锁紧，两边框通过与上框52两端插接进行定位，保证安装顺利、快捷。在实施过程中通过插头和插口进行插接；且所述两边框和上框的外表面均包覆有木皮，外形美观；作为优选，所述门框的上框两端设置有数块连接板53，两边框上端通过连接板与上框两端螺钉连接，在方便连接固定的同时可防止损坏门框。 在实施过程中，还可在门扇与门框之间安装防火条，进一步提高防火性能。
由上可知，本发明的室内安全钢质门由外层的木质材料、中层的钢质材料和内层的防火材料组成，其不仅加工组装方便、外形美观，而且防火防盗能力强，适用范围广。

2.根据权利要求1所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述锁孔侧门板和铰链侧门板均包括侧芯板，在每一侧芯板的外表面包覆有一层木皮。
3.根据权利要求2所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：每一所述侧芯板包括围成侧容纳空间的侧钢板，侧容纳空间内填充有防火材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述中间门板包括中间芯板，该中间芯板外表面设置有木质板材。
5.根据权利要求4所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述中间芯板包括围成中间容纳空间的中心钢板，中间容纳空间内填充有防火材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述侧钢板围成的侧容纳空间呈“”状，侧容纳空间通过其开口与所述中间容纳空间连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述侧钢板开口侧的台阶面与中间钢板端部铆接。
8.根据权利要求7所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述木质板材设置在台阶面上。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：还包括门框，所述铰链侧门板与门框的边框铰接，锁孔侧门板可通过锁具与门框的另一边框锁紧，两边框通过与上框两端插接进行定位。
10.根据权利要求9所述室内安全钢质门，其特征在于：所述两边框和上框的外表面均包覆有木皮。
