It should be understood herein that "the wheel disc 300 is connected in a covering manner between the inner circumferential surface of the rim 100 and the outer circumferential surface of the hub 200" means that the wheel disc 300 is connected to the rim 100 and the hub 200 in such a manner as to cover the space between the rim 100 and the hub 200, respectively, to constitute a relatively closed wheel disc 300. By "relatively closed" is meant that the wheel disc 300 does not completely cover the space between the rim 100 and the axle 200, and that the process holes are also provided in the wheel disc 300. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the space between two adjacent ribs connecting the axle and the rim in the related art cannot be called a process hole, and the process hole is a different concept from that in the present invention.

Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the surface of the small disc region 320 on the same side as the at least one surface in the axial direction of the wheel shaft 200 is a smooth surface and smoothly transitions with the at least one surface. Thereby not only ensuring the structural strength of the pulley 1, but also reducing the noise generated by friction between the wheel disc 300 and the air, thereby further facilitating the reduction of the noise generated when the pulley 1 rotates. Further, since the surface of the small disc area 320 on the same side as the at least one surface and the at least one surface of the large disc area 310 smoothly transition, the formation of the smooth surface can be facilitated to facilitate the manufacture of the pulley 1.

In addition, since the reinforcing ribs 310 can prevent the sheave 300 from being bent and deformed, it is possible to prevent the frictional force between the pulley 1 and the air from being increased due to the deformation of the sheave 300, further facilitating the reduction of noise when the pulley 1 rotates.
Specifically, the front surface of the wheel disc 300 may be a smooth surface and the rear surface of the wheel disc 300 may be provided with linear reinforcing ribs 360 (the front-rear direction is shown by arrow a in fig. 2 and 3).
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the sum of the maximum width of the cross section of the wheel disc 300 and the maximum height of the linear stiffener 360 is less than or equal to the minimum width of the cross section of the axle 200. In this way, the friction force between the linear reinforcing ribs 360 and the air can be reduced, the noise generated when the belt pulley 1 rotates can be further reduced, the resistance generated when the belt pulley 1 rotates can be reduced, and the transmission efficiency of the belt pulley 1 can be improved.

8. The pulley for washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein a plurality of linear reinforcing ribs are provided on one of two surfaces of the disc which are opposite in the axial direction thereof.
9. The pulley for a washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein a sum of a maximum width of a cross section of the wheel disc and a maximum height of the linear reinforcing bead is less than or equal to a minimum width of a cross section of the wheel shaft.
10. The pulley for washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein a plurality of the linear reinforcing ribs are radially arranged centering on the wheel shaft.
11. A pulley for a washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the axle and the rim are offset in the axial direction of the axle.
12. A pulley for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rim, the wheel disc and the wheel shaft are integrally formed.
13. A washing machine comprising a pulley for a washing machine according to any one of claims 1-12.
