(一)技术领域:本发明涉及一种生产改性氯化石蜡-70的方法。
(二)背景技术:“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”(原专利号:87106851.6)其技术方案是:将氯气送入反应釜空间,氯气和反应生成的氯化氢气体抽出,经喷射泵和贮液槽,被水吸收,余下氯气鼓压进鼓动器,如此连续快速反应。但用于生产氯化石蜡速度还不够理想,尤其是生产高氯化石蜡产品,到反应后期,速度趋缓。
(三)发明内容:本发明的任务是基于对原87106851.6发明专利的一种改进,提供一种更快的生产改性氯化石蜡-70的方法,采取的技术方案是加催化剂。由氯源供应的氯气经换热器直接通入鼓动器,对反应釜内物料进行鼓动。这样在强制循环鼓动下提高反应速度。在装置鼓动器与循环部分出口之间串联换热器,对进入鼓动器的反应气体先进行加热或者冷却后通入鼓动器,确保最佳反应温度,把原料石蜡加热到一定温度(110℃左右),然后按一定比例(5%左右)加入聚乙烯进行加热熔化,然后投入釜内氯化,并以热确保聚乙烯为熔化状。
(四)具体实施方式:一套“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”,使用500升反应釜,预先在石蜡中加入酮类过氧化物,浓度为0.01~6.00%。其氯源供应的氯气经换热器直接通入釜内鼓动器,用换热面2.5米2的换热器串联在鼓动器与循环部分出口之间,把原料石蜡加热到一定温度(110℃左右),然后按一定比例(5%左右)加入聚乙烯进行加热熔化,然后投入釜内氯化,并以热确保聚乙烯为熔化状。
本发明操作与“强制循环鼓动法生产氯化石蜡装置”同,料温低,换热器加热,反之冷却。
