Abstract
The invention discloses a fire fighting truck which comprises a chassis, a rotary table arranged on the chassis, an arm support arranged on the rotary table, a first driving device used for driving the arm support to fold or unfold and a breaking and detaching device arranged at the tail end of the arm support. The three-section Z-shaped folding arm structure enables the tail end of the last section arm, namely the tail end of the third-stage arm to be located at the tail part of the whole fire fighting truck, and the tail end of the third-stage arm is more convenient to take, place, replace and maintain for a breaking and dismantling device arranged behind the tail end of the fire fighting truck, and is more beneficial to improving the fire extinguishing efficiency and the safety performance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a fire fighting truck.
Background
The forcible entry fire truck is a fire truck with forcible entry shears, forcible entry hammers, buckets and other forcible entry devices, is added on the basis of a lifting type fire truck, can replace the forcible entry devices according to different requirements when fire fighting, lifting and forcible entry, and emergency rescue, and can tear barriers such as billboards and the like which block fire extinguishing actions through the forcible entry shears, quickly break through escape channels of hammering broken concrete walls and thin steel plates through forcible entry, and the buckets tear the roof to implement fire extinguishing work and the like, so that the application range is wide.
However, in actual rescue, due to the structural form of the arm support, the taking, the maintenance and the replacement of the breaking-in device are complicated, and other objects are easy to collide for various reasons, so that unnecessary loss is caused. For example, when the external environment is severe, particularly when smoke is large and dust is large due to fire, fire fighters are difficult to see the specific position of the placement area of the breaking-in device to cause collision; secondly, the placement area of the breaking-in device is close to the positions of a cab, a water pump chamber and the like, so that collision is easily caused by improper operation; thirdly, when the fire is great and the task is urgent, the fire fighters may reduce the arm support regulation and control accuracy to cause collision in order to accelerate the fire extinguishing speed.
Therefore, how to provide a boom convenient for the breaking-in device to pick, place, maintain and replace is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field of fire fighting at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a fire fighting truck, which includes a chassis, a turntable disposed on the chassis, an arm support disposed on the turntable, a first driving device for driving the arm support to fold or unfold, and a breaking and detaching device disposed at a tail end of the arm support;
the arm support comprises a primary arm, a secondary arm and a tertiary arm which are sequentially connected with the rotary table; in the folded state, the secondary arm is located below the primary arm, and the tertiary arm is located below the secondary arm.
Further, the rotary table is arranged at the front part of the chassis, and a storage area for storing the breaking-in device is arranged at the rear part of the chassis.
Furthermore, at least one groove is formed in the arm support;
the first driving device comprises a first driving component arranged between the rotary table and the primary arm, a second driving component arranged between the primary arm and the secondary arm, and a third driving component arranged between the secondary arm and the tertiary arm; at least one or more of the first drive assembly, the second drive assembly, and the third drive assembly is disposed within the recess.
Furthermore, the upper side of the secondary arm is provided with the groove; one end of the third driving assembly is hinged to the bottom end of the groove, and the other end of the third driving assembly is hinged to the third-stage arm.
Furthermore, the first driving assembly, the second driving assembly and the third driving assembly are hydraulic oil cylinders, two ends of the first driving assembly are directly connected with the turntable and the primary arm, two ends of the second driving assembly are directly connected with the primary arm and the secondary arm, and two ends of the third driving assembly are directly connected with the secondary arm and the tertiary arm.
Further, the first driving assembly comprises two hydraulic oil cylinders which are respectively arranged on two sides of the primary arm.
Furthermore, the fire engine further comprises a second driving device and a quick-release joint, the second driving device is connected with the breaking-in device through the quick-release joint, and the second driving device is used for driving the breaking-in device to pitch.
Further, the second driving device comprises a driving oil cylinder, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; one end of the driving oil cylinder is connected with the third-stage arm, and the other end of the driving oil cylinder is connected with one end of the first connecting rod and one end of the second connecting rod; the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the third-stage arm; the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with one end of the quick-release joint, and the other end of the quick-release joint is connected with the third-stage arm; the quick-release connector is detachably connected with the breaking-in device.
Further, the first connecting rod is an arc rod, and the breaking and dismantling device comprises any one or more of a breaking and dismantling hammer, a breaking and dismantling shear and a bucket.
Furthermore, the fire engine also comprises a medium supply system arranged on a chassis, a conveying pipe arranged along the arm support and a spraying device arranged at the tail end of the conveying pipe; the medium supply system is in communication with the spraying device via the transport pipe for providing the spraying device with extinguishing medium.
The fire fighting truck provided by the invention is the biggest difference from the prior art in that three-section Z-shaped folding arms are adopted, in the folding state, the second-stage arm is positioned below the first-stage arm, and the third-stage arm is positioned below the second-stage arm, so that the tail end of the last-stage arm and the tail end of the third-stage arm are positioned at the tail part of the whole fire fighting truck, and for a breaking and dismantling device arranged behind the tail end, the fire fighting truck is more convenient to take, replace and maintain, and the fire fighting efficiency and the safety performance are more favorably improved.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. To explain the fire fighting truck of the present invention in detail, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-3 (fig. 1 is a front view of a fire fighting truck, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a folded state of a boom of the fire fighting truck, and fig. 3 is a schematic view of an unfolded state of the boom of the fire fighting truck), an embodiment of the fire fighting truck of the present invention is shown, which includes a chassis 100, a turntable 200 disposed on the chassis 100, a boom 300 disposed on the turntable 200, a first driving device 400 for driving the boom 300 to fold or unfold, and a breaking and detaching device 500 disposed at an end of the boom 300, as shown in fig. 2, the boom 300 includes a primary arm 310, a secondary arm 320, and a tertiary arm 330 connected to the turntable 200 in sequence, in which in the folded state, the secondary arm 320 is located below the primary arm 310, and the tertiary arm 330 is located below the secondary arm 320.
In this embodiment, a specific embodiment of the fire fighting truck of the present invention is provided, which is the most different from the prior art in that it employs three-segment Z-shaped folding arms, in the folded state, the second-stage arm 320 is located below the first-stage arm 310, and the third-stage arm 330 is located below the second-stage arm 320, so that the end of the last-stage arm, i.e., the third-stage arm 330, is located at the tail of the fire fighting truck, and for the breaking and dismantling device 500 arranged behind it, the taking, replacing and maintaining are more convenient, and the fire fighting efficiency and safety performance are more improved. It should be noted that the chassis 100 may be selected but not limited to a chassis of an automobile, the turntable 200 may be selected but not limited to a swing mechanism, the first driving device 400 may be selected but not limited to a hydraulic cylinder disposed between each arm section, and the breaking-in device 500 may be selected but not limited to any one or more of a breaking-in shear, a breaking-in hammer, and a bucket. That is, the turntable 200, the first driving device 400 and the breaking device 500 may be any structure in the prior art, and are not limited to the illustration shown in fig. 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the turntable 200 is provided at the front of the chassis 100, and the storage area a for storing the demolition apparatus 500 is located at the rear of the chassis 100. On one hand, the spatial layout of the arm support 300 is expanded as much as possible, the length of the arm support 300 is prolonged on the premise that the height and the length of the whole fire truck are fixed, the working range of the whole fire truck is expanded, and fire is extinguished in a larger range; on the other hand, the breaking-in device 500 is convenient to take, replace and maintain.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 3 to 5 (fig. 4 is an isometric view of the arm support; fig. 5 is an enlarged view of a circle of fig. 4), the arm support 300 has at least one groove 340 formed thereon, and the first driving device 400 includes a first driving assembly 410 disposed between the turntable 200 and the primary arm 310, a second driving assembly 420 disposed between the primary arm 310 and the secondary arm 320, and a third driving assembly 430 disposed between the secondary arm 320 and the tertiary arm 330. Wherein at least one or more of first drive assembly 410, second drive assembly 420, and third drive assembly 430 are disposed within recess 340. For example, as shown in fig. 5, a groove 340 is formed on the upper side of the secondary arm 320, one end of the third driving assembly 430 is hinged to the bottom end of the groove 340, and the other end of the third driving assembly 430 is hinged to the tertiary arm 330.
In this embodiment, the arrangement position of the first driving device 400 is further refined, and the grooves are formed in the arm support, so that the driving assemblies at all positions are arranged in the corresponding grooves, the occupied space is smaller, the folding attractiveness of the arm support can be further improved, the overall height of the fire fighting truck is further reduced, and under the condition that the overall height is limited, the length of the arm support is improved to a certain extent.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the first drive assembly 410, the second drive assembly 420, and the third drive assembly 430 are hydraulic cylinders. The first driving assembly 410 is directly connected to the turntable 200 and the primary arm 310 at both ends thereof, the second driving assembly 420 is directly connected to the primary arm 310 and the secondary arm 320 at both ends thereof, and the third driving assembly 430 is directly connected to the secondary arm 320 and the tertiary arm 330 at both ends thereof.
In the embodiment, each driving component is limited to be only a hydraulic oil cylinder, each arm section is directly driven to act through the oil cylinder, a connecting rod structure is omitted, gaps of connecting parts of the arm sections can be reduced to the maximum extent, overall shaking of the arm support is reduced, and stability and safety of the whole fire truck are further improved.
More preferably, the first driving assembly 410 includes two hydraulic cylinders respectively disposed at two sides of the primary arm 310, so as to further improve the rigidity of the arm support 300, which is beneficial to improving the breaking and dismantling efficiency.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the fire fighting truck of the present invention further includes a second driving device 600 and a quick release joint 700. The second driving device 600 is connected to the breaking-in device 500 through the quick-release joint 700, and is used for driving the breaking-in device 500 to pitch. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the second driving device 600 may optionally, but not exclusively, include a driving cylinder 610, a first link 620 and a second link 630. One end of the driving cylinder 610 is connected to the tertiary arm 330, the other end of the driving cylinder 610 is connected to one end of the first link 620 and one end of the second link 630, and the other end of the first link 620 is connected to the tertiary arm 330; the other end of the second connecting rod 630 is connected with one end of a quick release joint 700, and the other end of the quick release joint 700 is connected with the third-stage arm 300; the quick release coupling 700 is removably coupled to the break-in device 500. More specifically, the first link 620 may be, but is not limited to, an arc rod.
In this embodiment, the fire fighting truck further includes a second driving device 600 for pitching the quick release device 500 and a quick release joint 700 for realizing quick release, and then the mechanical structure and connection mode of the second driving device 600 are specifically limited, and the quick release joint 700 and the quick release device 500 detachably connected therewith are driven to pitch by a four-bar linkage structure formed by the tertiary arm 330, the driving cylinder 610, the first link 620 and the second link 630, so that the working range and the flexibility of the quick release joint 500 can be further improved, and the fire extinguishing efficiency of the whole fire fighting truck is further improved.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the fire fighting vehicle of the present invention further includes a medium supply system 800 disposed on the chassis, a delivery pipe 900 disposed along the boom 300, and a spraying device 1000 disposed at a distal end of the delivery pipe 900. The delivery pipe 900 communicates with the spraying device 1000 to supply the spraying device 1000 with the extinguishing medium.
In this embodiment, the medium supply system 800, the delivery pipe 900 and the injection device 1000 are added, so that the fire fighting truck not only has the breaking-in function, but also has the fire extinguishing function of injecting the fire extinguishing medium, thereby improving the use and function of the whole fire fighting truck and realizing the multipurpose use of the truck.

1. The fire fighting truck is characterized by comprising a chassis (100), a rotary table (200) arranged on the chassis (100), an arm support (300) arranged on the rotary table (200), a first driving device (400) used for driving the arm support (300) to fold or unfold and a breaking and dismantling device (500) arranged at the tail end of the arm support (300);
the arm support (300) comprises a primary arm (310), a secondary arm (320) and a tertiary arm (330) which are sequentially connected with the rotary table (200); in the folded state, the secondary arm (320) is located below the primary arm (310), and the tertiary arm (330) is located below the secondary arm (320);
a storage area for storing the breaking-in device (500) is located at the rear of the chassis (100), and the turntable (200) is arranged at the front of the chassis (100).
2. A fire engine as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the arm support (300) is provided with at least one recess (340);
the first driving device (400) comprises a first driving assembly (410) arranged between the turntable (200) and the primary arm (310), a second driving assembly (420) arranged between the primary arm (310) and the secondary arm (320), and a third driving assembly (430) arranged between the secondary arm (320) and the tertiary arm (330); at least one or more of the first drive assembly (410), the second drive assembly (420), and the third drive assembly (430) are disposed within the recess (340).

A fire fighting vehicle as defined in claim 2, characterized in that the secondary arm (320) is provided with the groove (340) on its upper side; one end of the third driving component (430) is hinged with the bottom end of the groove (340), and the other end of the third driving component (430) is hinged with the tertiary arm (330).

A fire fighting vehicle as defined in claim 2, wherein the first drive assembly (410), the second drive assembly (420), and the third drive assembly (430) are hydraulic rams, the first drive assembly (410) being connected at both ends directly to the turntable (200) and the primary arm (310), the second drive assembly (420) being connected at both ends directly to the primary arm (310) and the secondary arm (320), and the third drive assembly (430) being connected at both ends directly to the secondary arm (320) and the tertiary arm (330).
5. A fire fighting vehicle as defined in claim 4, wherein the first drive assembly (410) comprises two hydraulic rams, one on each side of the primary arm (310).

A fire fighting vehicle as defined in any of claims l-5, further comprising a second driving device (600) and a quick release coupling (700), wherein the second driving device (600) is connected to the breaking-in device (500) through the quick release coupling (700), and the second driving device (600) is used for driving the breaking-in device (500) to pitch.

A fire fighting vehicle as defined in claim 6, characterized in that the second drive device (600) comprises a drive cylinder (610), a first link (620) and a second link (630); one end of the driving oil cylinder (610) is connected with the tertiary arm (330), and the other end of the driving oil cylinder (610) is connected with one end of the first connecting rod (620) and one end of the second connecting rod (630); the other end of the first connecting rod (620) is connected with the tertiary arm (330); the other end of the second connecting rod (630) is connected with one end of the quick-release joint (700), and the other end of the quick-release joint (700) is connected with the tertiary arm (330); the quick-release connector (700) is detachably connected with the breaking-in device (500).
8. The fire engine as recited in claim 7, wherein the first linkage (620) is a curved rod and the break-in device (500) comprises any one or more of a break-in hammer, a break-in shear, and a bucket.
9. A fire fighting vehicle as claimed in any of claims l-5, characterized by further comprising a media supply system (800) arranged on the chassis (100), a conveying pipe (900) arranged along the boom (300) and a spraying device (1000) arranged at the end of the conveying pipe (900); the medium supply system (800) communicates with the spraying device (1000) through the transport pipe (900) for supplying the spraying device (1000) with extinguishing medium.
