The invention discloses a fire fighting truck which comprises a chassis, a rotary table arranged on the chassis, an arm support arranged on the rotary table, a first driving device used for driving the arm support to fold or unfold and a breaking and detaching device arranged at the tail end of the arm support. The three-section Z-shaped folding arm structure enables the tail end of the last section arm, namely the tail end of the third-stage arm to be located at the tail part of the whole fire fighting truck, and the tail end of the third-stage arm is more convenient to take, place, replace and maintain for a breaking and dismantling device arranged behind the tail end of the fire fighting truck, and is more beneficial to improving the fire extinguishing efficiency and the safety performance.

However, in actual rescue, due to the structural form of the arm support, the taking, the maintenance and the replacement of the breaking-in device are complicated, and other objects are easy to collide for various reasons, so that unnecessary loss is caused. For example, when the external environment is severe, particularly when smoke is large and dust is large due to fire, fire fighters are difficult to see the specific position of the placement area of the breaking-in device to cause collision; secondly, the placement area of the breaking-in device is close to the positions of a cab, a water pump chamber and the like, so that collision is easily caused by improper operation; thirdly, when the fire is great and the task is urgent, the fire fighters may reduce the arm support regulation and control accuracy to cause collision in order to accelerate the fire extinguishing speed.
Therefore, how to provide a boom convenient for the breaking-in device to pick, place, maintain and replace is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field of fire fighting at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a fire fighting truck, which includes a chassis, a turntable disposed on the chassis, an arm support disposed on the turntable, a first driving device for driving the arm support to fold or unfold, and a breaking and detaching device disposed at a tail end of the arm support;
the arm support comprises a primary arm, a secondary arm and a tertiary arm which are sequentially connected with the rotary table; in the folded state, the secondary arm is located below the primary arm, and the tertiary arm is located below the secondary arm.
Further, the rotary table is arranged at the front part of the chassis, and a storage area for storing the breaking-in device is arranged at the rear part of the chassis.
Furthermore, at least one groove is formed in the arm support;
the first driving device comprises a first driving component arranged between the rotary table and the primary arm, a second driving component arranged between the primary arm and the secondary arm, and a third driving component arranged between the secondary arm and the tertiary arm; at least one or more of the first drive assembly, the second drive assembly, and the third drive assembly is disposed within the recess.

In this embodiment, a specific embodiment of the fire fighting truck of the present invention is provided, which is the most different from the prior art in that it employs three-segment Z-shaped folding arms, in the folded state, the second-stage arm 320 is located below the first-stage arm 310, and the third-stage arm 330 is located below the second-stage arm 320, so that the end of the last-stage arm, i.e., the third-stage arm 330, is located at the tail of the fire fighting truck, and for the breaking and dismantling device 500 arranged behind it, the taking, replacing and maintaining are more convenient, and the fire fighting efficiency and safety performance are more improved. It should be noted that the chassis 100 may be selected but not limited to a chassis of an automobile, the turntable 200 may be selected but not limited to a swing mechanism, the first driving device 400 may be selected but not limited to a hydraulic cylinder disposed between each arm section, and the breaking-in device 500 may be selected but not limited to any one or more of a breaking-in shear, a breaking-in hammer, and a bucket. That is, the turntable 200, the first driving device 400 and the breaking device 500 may be any structure in the prior art, and are not limited to the illustration shown in fig. 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the turntable 200 is provided at the front of the chassis 100, and the storage area a for storing the demolition apparatus 500 is located at the rear of the chassis 100. On one hand, the spatial layout of the arm support 300 is expanded as much as possible, the length of the arm support 300 is prolonged on the premise that the height and the length of the whole fire truck are fixed, the working range of the whole fire truck is expanded, and fire is extinguished in a larger range; on the other hand, the breaking-in device 500 is convenient to take, replace and maintain.

In this embodiment, the arrangement position of the first driving device 400 is further refined, and the grooves are formed in the arm support, so that the driving assemblies at all positions are arranged in the corresponding grooves, the occupied space is smaller, the folding attractiveness of the arm support can be further improved, the overall height of the fire fighting truck is further reduced, and under the condition that the overall height is limited, the length of the arm support is improved to a certain extent.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the first drive assembly 410, the second drive assembly 420, and the third drive assembly 430 are hydraulic cylinders. The first driving assembly 410 is directly connected to the turntable 200 and the primary arm 310 at both ends thereof, the second driving assembly 420 is directly connected to the primary arm 310 and the secondary arm 320 at both ends thereof, and the third driving assembly 430 is directly connected to the secondary arm 320 and the tertiary arm 330 at both ends thereof.
In the embodiment, each driving component is limited to be only a hydraulic oil cylinder, each arm section is directly driven to act through the oil cylinder, a connecting rod structure is omitted, gaps of connecting parts of the arm sections can be reduced to the maximum extent, overall shaking of the arm support is reduced, and stability and safety of the whole fire truck are further improved.
More preferably, the first driving assembly 410 includes two hydraulic cylinders respectively disposed at two sides of the primary arm 310, so as to further improve the rigidity of the arm support 300, which is beneficial to improving the breaking and dismantling efficiency.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the fire fighting truck of the present invention further includes a second driving device 600 and a quick release joint 700. The second driving device 600 is connected to the breaking-in device 500 through the quick-release joint 700, and is used for driving the breaking-in device 500 to pitch. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the second driving device 600 may optionally, but not exclusively, include a driving cylinder 610, a first link 620 and a second link 630.
