As shown in fig. 5, the elastic body 46 is formed of a rubber strip long up and down. When the elastic body 46 is provided on the inner surface of the rear case 1b in this manner, the battery 27 is pressed against the battery case 26 by the elastic body 46 that is elastically deformed, and the operation of the battery 27 can be restricted. Even if there is a slight gap between the battery 27 and the holding claws 33 and 34, the elastic body 46 can restrict the battery 27 from rattling, and noise can be prevented from being generated.
As described above, the reason why the protruding length H1 of the holding claws 34 from the loading port 31 is set to be larger than the protruding length H2 of the holding claws 33 from the loading port 31 is to facilitate loading of the battery unit 27 in the battery housing 28. Specifically, when the battery unit 27 is loaded, the battery unit 27 is temporarily assembled by placing the battery unit between the holding claws 34 and the holding walls 29R with the protective circuit board 43 side as a loading start end as shown by the imaginary line in fig. 6. In this state, the arc-shaped peripheral surface of the battery cell 27 is pressed against the holding claws 33, and the holding claws 33 and 34 are loaded in the battery housing section 28 while being elastically deformed, whereby the battery cell 27 is loaded in the battery housing section 28. In other words, the battery unit 27 can be fitted tightly into the battery case 26 by temporarily assembling the battery unit 27 on the side of the holding claws 34 having a large projection length H1, and bringing the peripheral surface of the battery unit 27 into contact with the holding claws 33 having a small projection length H2 to perform a press-in operation. The projecting ends of the holding claws 34 and the projecting ends of the holding claws 33 are located at a position lower than the top of the battery cell 27 (the position where the battery cell collides with the elastic body 46) mounted in the battery case 26. This is because, when the projecting ends of the holding claws 34 and the projecting ends of the holding claws 33 are located higher than the top of the battery cell 27, the height space occupied by the battery case 26 and the battery cell 27 increases, and the battery cannot be downsized.
As described above, in the state where the battery unit 27 is loaded in the battery housing portion 28, a part of the peripheral surface of the battery unit 27 enters the space S of the escape portion 32 from the inner surface of the holding walls 29L, 29R. As shown in fig. 6, the amount T2 of the battery cell 27 entering the escape space S is preferably at least half the thickness T1 of the escape space S. If the amount T2 of entering the battery cell 27 is less than half the thickness T1 of the escape space S, the effect of reducing the space occupied by the battery 27 and the battery case 26 inside the main body case 1 cannot be sufficiently exhibited. More preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the amount T2 of the battery 27 entering is the same as the thickness T1 of the escape space S, and in this case, the lower portion of the arc circumferential surface of the battery cell 27 is the same as the lower opening surface of the escape portion 32.
If the escape portion 32 is formed in the inner side (front side) of the battery case 26, in a state where the battery unit 27 is loaded in the battery housing portion 28, a part of the peripheral surface of the battery unit 27 enters the escape space S of the escape portion 32, and therefore, the space occupied by the battery unit 27 and the battery case 26 in the main body case 1 can be reduced, and the main body case 1 can be made smaller. In a state where the battery unit 27 is loaded in the battery housing 28, two locations of the peripheral surface of the battery unit 27 are caught by the left and right peripheral wall of the escape space S, and therefore, the battery unit 27 can be held in a stable state.
If the relief portion 32 is formed as a through hole in the inner surface (front surface) of the rectangular case-shaped battery case 26, the structural strength of the battery case 26 is reduced and the battery case is easily fragile. However, when the fastening seats 37 are protruded toward both outer ends of the holding walls 29L and 29R of the battery case 26 and the fastening seats 37 are fixed to the main body case 1 by the screws 39, the holding walls 29L and 29R receiving an external force can be reliably prevented from being bent and deformed. Therefore, the structural strength of the battery case 26 can be increased and the durability can be improved, and the case strength of the main body case 1 can be increased by the battery case 26 and the rigidity can be improved.
In order to protect the warm head 3 and the cold/hot head 4 of the beauty appliance in an unused state, a protective cover 51 is provided to cover the entire skin treatment head 2. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the protective cover 51 is formed of a hood-shaped plastic molded product including a front protective portion 52 covering the front and upper surfaces of the thermal head 3 and the skin electrode 24, and a rear protective portion 53 covering the upper portion of the main body case 1 and the thermal head 4 provided on the upper rear surface of the case 1. The front protection portion 52 includes a circular front cover wall 54 covering the front surfaces of the thermal head 3 and the skin electrode 24, and a front tapered front support wall 55 covering the upper half peripheral surfaces of the skin electrode 24 and the cover attachment portion 23. The rear protection portion 53 includes a rear support wall 57 covering the upper end peripheral surface of the main body case 1 and a circular rear cover wall 58 covering the rear surface of the thermal head 4.
The front protector 52 and the rear protector 53 are integrated by a pair of left and right elastically deformable band-shaped lateral bridging walls 60 and a band-shaped upper bridging wall 61 that connects the upper portions of the protectors 52, 53. Each of the bridging walls 60, 61 is formed in an m-shape by a valley portion 62 recessed toward the inner surface of the protective cover 51 and a peak portion 63 projecting outward continuously from the valley portion 62, and a clip piece 64 is provided on the inner surface of the valley portion 62 of the pair of lateral bridging walls 60, and a regulation portion 65 is provided on the inner surface of the valley portion 62 of the upper bridging wall 61. Further, triangular finger hook pieces 66 for attaching and detaching the protective cover 51 are provided on the outer surfaces of the lower portions 62 of the pair of lateral bridging walls 60. The front support wall 55 and the rear support wall 57 between the cross bridging wall 60 and the upper bridging wall 61 are hollowed out as ventilation windows 67. In this way, when the ventilation windows 67 are opened between the upper bridging wall 61 and the left and right lateral bridging walls 60, the skin treatment head 2 facing the ventilation windows 67 and the surface of the main body portion a can be made to face the external space in the state where the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body portion a, and therefore, drying of the cosmetic liquid or the like adhering to the surface of the skin treatment head 2 and the main body case 1 can be promoted.
As described above, when the lateral bridging wall 60 is formed of the valley portions 62 and the peak portions 63, the length of the elastically deformable wall portion can be increased as compared with the case where the lateral bridging wall 60 is engaged by a flat strip-shaped wall, and the lateral bridging wall 60 can be easily elastically deformed. Further, since the finger hook pieces 66 are provided so as to protrude from the outer surface of the lateral bridging wall 60, the protective cover 51 can be easily and reliably attached and detached by attaching and detaching the protective cover 51 to and from the neck portion 22 in a state where the thumb and the index finger are hooked on the left and right finger hook pieces 66. Further, since the protective cover 51 can be reliably attached to and detached from the neck portion 22, the front cover wall 54 and the skin electrode 24 can be prevented from rubbing against each other during attachment and detachment. In particular, when the finger hook piece 66 is provided so as to protrude from the trough portion 62, the configuration of the trough portion 62 can be reinforced by the finger hook piece 66, and the trough portion 62 is restricted from being excessively deformed when the lateral bridging wall 60 is elastically deformed in the expanding direction. Further, since the finger hook piece 66 is positioned in the vicinity of the clip body B, the pushing force and the pulling force applied to the finger hook piece 66 can be effectively transmitted to the clip body B, and the protective cover 51 can be attached to and detached from the skin treatment head 2 with a good click feeling.
As shown in fig. 10, the clip body B is configured to include a clip claw 70 having a partial arc shape in which the clip piece 64 is elastically deformable in the left-right direction at a lower portion of an inner side of the clip piece 64, and the protective cover 51 attached to the body portion a can be held without being pulled out by press-fitting the clip claw 70 to the neck portion 22 of the head housing 13. The clip claw 70 in this state is in close contact with the lower half circumferential surface of the neck portion 22 having a circular cross section, and draws down the protective cover 51 by its own elastic deformation force. Thereby, the protective cover 51 is held by its own elastic deformation force with respect to the main body a itself. When the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a, the cover 11 for sandwiching the cotton pad can be attached without any problem even in a state where the cover is attached to the cover attachment portion 23. As shown in fig. 7 and 9, since the inner surface of the front support wall 55 faces the skin electrode 24 and the head case 13 with a sufficient gap therebetween, the protective cover 51 does not cushion the cover 11 even after the attachment of the protective cover 51. Therefore, the cover 11 does not need to be detached from the skin electrode 24 when not in use, and is stored separately from the main body a, and dropping or loss of the cover 11 at a place can be reliably eliminated. The protective cover 51 not only protects the skin electrode 24 (the thermal head 3) and the thermal head 4, but also covers the upper half peripheral surface of the cover 11 stored around the skin electrode 24 in a state of being engaged with the cover mounting portion 23, and protects the cover 11 from impact and the like. Since the gap between the front cover wall 54 and the skin electrode 24 is smaller than the front-rear thickness of the cover 11 (see fig. 7), the cover 11 may not fall out of the protective cover 51 even if it falls off from the cover attachment portion 23. That is, in the state where the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a, the cover 11 is not detached and cannot be attached due to the presence of the protective cover 51. Even if the protective cover 51 falls off from the main body a, the cover 11 alone remains on the skin electrode 24, and therefore, the protective cover 51 and the cover 11 can be reliably prevented from being mixed into a bag or the like. In some cases, the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a with the thin sheet-like liquid absorbent member M such as a cotton pad fixed to the skin electrode 24 by the cover 11, and three of the thin sheet-like liquid absorbent member M, the cover 11, and the skin electrode 24 can be protected by the protective cover 51 from external force. In this case, the user can remove the protective cover 51 and immediately permeate the cosmetic liquid into the sheet-like liquid absorbent M, thereby reducing the time taken for skin care.
The restricting portion 65 includes a base wall 71 projecting from the inner surface of the valley portion 62 of the upper bridging wall 61, and four restricting ribs 72 projecting from the front surface of the base wall 71. As shown in fig. 7 and 10, in a state where the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a, the base wall 71 and the restricting rib 72 abut against the upper peripheral surface of the neck portion 22 to restrict downward movement. Further, the base wall 71 and the restricting rib 72 are caught by the front wall of the front case 1a facing the neck portion 22 and the protruding base end of the cap mounting portion 23, and restrict the forward and backward movement. That is, in a state where the clip body B is engaged with and attached to the neck portion 22, the regulating portion 65 is engaged and held by the head case 13 and the main body case 1 so as to be immovable forward and backward, and the front cover wall 54 of the front protector 52 faces the skin electrode 24 with a slight gap therebetween. This prevents the front cover wall 54 and the skin electrode 24 from rubbing against each other, and reliably prevents the skin electrode 24 from being damaged. Similarly, since the rear cover wall 58 faces the thermal head 4 with a small gap therebetween, damage to the thermal head 4 can be reliably prevented.
The finger tabs 66 limit the concentration of excessive deformation stress in the valleys 62 when the clip claws 70 engage or disengage with the neck 22. Further, since the finger hook pieces 66 are provided in the vicinity of the clip claws 70, the pushing force and the pulling force applied to the finger hook pieces 66 can be effectively transmitted to the clip claws 70, and the protective cover 51 can be attached to and detached from the skin treatment head 2 with a good click feeling. When the regulating portion 65 is formed on the inner surface of the upper bridging wall 61, the front protector 52 and the rear protector 53 can be positioned by the regulating portion 65 in a state where the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a. Further, the rear guard 53 can be supported by the left and right lateral bridging walls 60 and the upper bridging wall, and the structural strength of the rear guard 53 can be enhanced. In addition, in a state where the clip body B is press-fitted and engaged with the neck portion 22, the restriction portion 65 is brought into close contact with the neck portion 22 by the elasticity of the clip body B and the lateral bridging wall 60, and the protective cover 51 can be prevented from being shaken. Further, the protective function of the protective cover 51 attached to the main body a can be enhanced, and the structural strength can be enhanced by optimizing the protective structure of the protective cover 51.
As shown in fig. 11, the beauty appliance may be placed on a placement surface F such as a table or a dressing table in a lying posture. In this case, in order to place the beauty appliance in a stable state, rib-shaped placement pieces 73 are provided projecting to the left and right on the rear surface of the lower half portion of the rear cover wall 58. When the beauty appliance is placed on the placement surface F, the upper end of the placement piece 73 and the clip end near the lower end of the clip electrode 14 of the body a abut against the placement surface F, and the body a in the lying state can be supported in a stable state.
The beauty appliance switches between the first to fourth modes each time the mode button 7 is pressed after the power button 6 is turned on, and controls the operation state of each device according to each operation mode. In addition, a weak pulse current is output to the clip electrode 14 and the skin electrode 24 or the polarity thereof is switched as necessary. When the beauty appliance is used, the cotton pad M impregnated with a beauty solution such as a cosmetic water as needed is placed on the outer surface of the skin electrode 24, and is used in a state where the periphery thereof is fixed by the cover 11 press-fitted to the cover attachment portion 23.
In the first operation mode, the cotton pad M impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is attached to the skin electrode 24, and ion extraction treatment is performed to remove fine dirt penetrating into wrinkles, folds, pores, and the like of the facial skin. At this time, the heater 17 is driven to heat the skin electrode 24, and a pulse current of positive polarity is supplied to the skin electrode 24. When a predetermined time has elapsed after the first operation mode is started, the supply of the pulse current is stopped, and the first operation mode is ended. In the second operation mode, the cotton pad M impregnated with the lotion is attached to the skin electrode 24 and the iontophoresis treatment is performed, as in the first operation mode. At this time, the heater 17 is driven to heat the skin electrode 24, and a pulse current of negative polarity is supplied to the skin electrode 24. When the second operation mode is started and a predetermined time elapses, the supply of the pulse current is stopped, and the second operation mode is ended. In the second operation mode, a cosmetic liquid such as a gel-like cosmetic liquid or lotion having a high viscosity may be applied to the warm head 3 without using the cotton pad M impregnated with the cosmetic liquid.
In the third operation mode, the cotton pad M impregnated with the cosmetic liquid is attached to the skin electrode 24, and the skin electrode is supplied with the pulse current of the positive polarity and the pulse current of the negative polarity alternately to perform the cosmetic treatment. In addition, the cosmetic treatment is performed in a state where the facial skin is covered with a mask or in a state where the lotion is applied to the facial skin. When a predetermined time has elapsed after the third operation mode is started, the supply of the pulse current is stopped, and the third operation mode is ended. In the fourth operation mode, the cosmetic treatment is performed in a state where the thermal head 4 is cooled by the peltier element 18. Specifically, as in the case of using the cosmetic puff, the hot and cold head 4 is repeatedly brought into contact with or separated from the facial skin from the center of the facial skin toward the periphery thereof to tighten the facial skin. When a predetermined time has elapsed after the start of the fourth operation, the supply of the drive current to the peltier element 18 is stopped, and the fourth operation mode is ended.
As described above, according to the protective cover 51 including the front protective portion 52, the pair of clip bodies B, and the regulating portion 65, the regulating portion 65 can be engaged and held in a state where the clip bodies B are engaged and attached to the neck portion 22 so as to be immovable forward and backward by the head housing 13 and the main body housing 1.
According to the configuration in which the front and rear protection portions 52 and 53 are connected by the pair of elastically deformable strip-shaped lateral bridging walls 60 and the protection cover 51 of the clip piece 64 is provided on the inner surface thereof, when the clip piece 64 is engaged with the neck portion 22 while being elastically deformed, the lateral bridging walls 60 are elastically deformed, and the engagement load is prevented from being concentrated on the clip piece 64, so that the fatigue damage can be eliminated in advance. In addition, in a state where the clip piece 64 is press-fitted and engaged with the neck portion 22, the restriction portion 65 is brought into close contact with the neck portion 22 by the elasticity of the clip piece 64 and the lateral bridging wall 60, and the protective cover 51 can be prevented from rattling.
The beauty appliance of the above embodiment can be implemented as follows.

According to this cosmetic device, the striking electrode 24 can be protected by the protective cover 51 when not in use. Since the cover 11 does not need to be detached from the skin electrode 24 when not in use and stored separately from the main body a, it is possible to prevent the cover 11 from being mixed or lost. Even if the protective cover 51 is detached from the main body a, the cover 11 alone remains on the skin electrode 24, and therefore, the protective cover 51 and the cover 11 can be reliably prevented from being mixed into a bag or the like.

the mounting portion 22 is provided on the main body portion a near the skin electrode 24,
the protective cover 51 includes a front protective part 52 covering the front surface of the skin electrode 24 and a clip body B detachably attached to the attachment part 22 of the main body A,

In the state where the clip body B is engaged with and attached to the attachment portion 22, the clip claws 70 of the clip body B preferably come into close contact with the lower half circumferential surface of the attachment portion 22.

the lateral bridging wall 60 is composed of a valley portion 62 recessed toward the inner surface of the protective cover 51 and a peak portion 63 projecting toward the outer surface continuously from the valley portion 62.

finger tabs 66 project from the valleys 62 of the bridging walls 60.
If the finger hook pieces 66 are provided so as to protrude from the trough portions 62 of the lateral bridging wall 60, the configuration of the finger hook pieces 66 to reinforce the trough portions 62 can be used to restrict excessive deformation of the trough portions 62 when the lateral bridging wall 60 is elastically deformed in the expanding direction. Further, since the finger hook piece 66 is provided in the vicinity of the clip body B, the pushing force and the pulling force applied to the finger hook piece 66 can be effectively transmitted to the clip body B.
In the beauty treatment appliance of the above-mentioned structure,
the upper portions of the front guard 52 and the rear guard 53 are connected to each other by a band-shaped upper bridging wall 61,

When the front protector 52 and the rear protector 53 are connected by the upper bridging wall 61 and the stopper 65 is formed on the inner surface thereof, the front protector 52 and the rear protector 53 can be positioned by the stopper 65 in a state where the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a. Further, since the rear guard portion 53 is supported by three of the left and right lateral bridging walls 60 and the upper bridging wall 61, the structural strength of the rear guard portion 53 can be enhanced.
In the beauty treatment appliance of the above-mentioned structure,
a louver 67 is provided between the upper bridging wall 61 and the left and right lateral bridging walls 60.
If the ventilation windows 67 are opened between the upper bridging wall 61 and the left and right lateral bridging walls 60, the surface of the main body a facing the ventilation windows 67 can be made to face the external space in the state where the protective cover 51 is attached to the main body a, and therefore, drying of the cosmetic liquid or the like adhering to the surface of the main body casing 1 can be promoted.
In the beauty treatment appliance of the above-mentioned structure,
a placing piece 73 is protruded from the outer surface of either one of the front protection part 52 and the rear protection part 53,
the clip end of the body a and the mounting piece 73 abut against the mounting surface F, and support the body a in a lying state.
When the placing piece 73 is provided so as to protrude from either one of the front protective part 52 and the rear protective part 53, the beauty appliance can be placed in a stable state in a lying posture without rattling by placing the beauty appliance in a state where the clip end of the main body a and the placing piece 73 are in contact with the placing surface F.
Fig. 12 and 13 show a battery case 26 according to still another embodiment. Here, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 76 bridging the pair of holding walls 29L, 29R are provided on the outer opening side of the escape portion 32, so that the holding walls 29L, 29R are reinforced, and the structural strength of the battery case 26 is enhanced. In a state where the battery unit 27 is loaded in the battery housing portion 28, as shown in fig. 12, the peripheral surface of the battery unit 27 entering the escape space S is caught by the reinforcing rib 76, and therefore, the battery unit 27 can be positioned at an appropriate position. The rest is the same as the battery case 26 of the first embodiment, and therefore, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and their descriptions are omitted.
Fig. 14 shows another embodiment of a battery case 26. Here, the battery case 26 is formed integrally with the front case 1a, and the space occupied by the battery case 26 and the battery 27 in the main body case 1 can be further reduced. Specifically, the holding walls 29L and 29R and the holding claws 33 and 34 are formed integrally with the front case 1 a. A recess is formed in the inner surface of the front case 1a, and the recess functions as a relief portion 32. The battery 27 of this embodiment is composed of a battery main body 42 and a shrink film 44 covering the peripheral surface thereof. The rear case 1b is detachably assembled to the front case 1a and also serves as a battery cover, and an elastic body 46 is fixed to the inner surface thereof. Thus, the escape portion 32 may be formed of a concave portion, and is not necessarily formed of a through hole.
In the first embodiment, the thermal head 4 is provided on the back surface of the skin treatment head 2, but the thermal head 4 may be omitted. In this case, the rear protection portion 53 may be formed in a shape along the upper outer surface of the main body case 1 with the rear support wall 57 and the rear cover wall 58. This can prevent damage to the upper outer surface of the main body case 1. Alternatively, the rear protector 53 may be omitted, and the protective cover 51 may be configured by the front protector 52, the clip piece 64, the regulating portion 65, and the finger hook piece 66. The battery 27 need not be a rechargeable battery, but may be a primary battery.
The fastening base 37 of the battery case 26 may be fastened and fixed by a fusion pin provided in the front case 1a or may be fastened and fixed by a blind rivet, in addition to the fastening by the screw 39. The loading piece 73 may be provided in front of the front guard 52 if necessary. A resilient tab 35 may be provided on the underside of the retaining end wall 30. In the first embodiment, the cover 11 is engaged with and attached to the cover attachment portion 23 of the head case 13, but the cover 11 can be directly engaged with and attached to the skin electrode 24. The pair of clip bodies B of the first embodiment may be omitted, and the rear protector 53, the lateral bridging wall 60, and the bridging wall 61 may constitute an attachment body (clip body B) to cover the upper portion of the main body case 1 and attach and fix the protective cover 51. The main body case 1 and the head case 13 may be formed of an integral body.

Claims (7)

1. A cosmetic device, in which a protective cover (51) is detachably attached to a main body section (A) having a skin electrode (24),
a cover (11) for attaching the sheet-like liquid absorbing body (M) to the skin electrode (24) is detachably attached to the skin electrode (24),
a protective cover (51) is detachably attached to the main body section (A) in a state where the cover (11) is attached to the skin electrode (24),
an installation part (22) is arranged on the main body part (A),
the protective cover (51) comprises a front protective part (52) covering the front surface of the skin electrode (24) and a clip body (B) detachably mounted on the mounting part (22) of the main body part (A),
the front cover wall (54) of the front protection part (52) is opposite to the skin electrode (24) with a gap in the state that the clip body (B) is clamped and installed on the installation part (22),
the protective cover (51) comprises a front protective part (52) covering the outer surface of the skin electrode (24) and a rear protective part (53) covering the back surface of the main body shell (1),
the front protection part (52) and the rear protection part (53) are connected by a pair of left and right belt-shaped transverse bridging walls (60) which can be elastically deformed,
a clip body (B) is provided on the inner surface of the lateral bridging wall (60).
2. The cosmetic device of claim 1,
the lateral bridging wall (60) is composed of a valley portion (62) recessed toward the inner surface of the protective cover (51) and a peak portion (63) protruding toward the outer surface continuously from the valley portion (62).
3. The cosmetic device of claim 2,
a finger hook piece (66) for assembling and disassembling the protective cover (51) is arranged on the outer surface of the transverse bridging wall (60) in a protruding way.
