Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical supplies, in particular to a disposable closed ultrasonic probe sleeve.
Background
When performing an ultrasonic examination during an operation, in order to prevent a patient from being infected with germs carried by an ultrasonic probe and a data line at the tail of the ultrasonic probe, it is necessary to isolate the patient from the operation region using a sterile film. As no special ultrasonic probe sterile isolation film exists at present, an endoscope sleeve is usually sleeved on the ultrasonic probe and the ultrasonic probe data line, and a silk thread is tied at the joint of the ultrasonic probe and the data line for fixing. The length of the endoscope sleeve is about 1 meter, so that the sleeving process is time-consuming and labor-consuming; in addition, the head of the endoscope sleeve is not matched with the shape of the ultrasonic probe and cannot be tightly attached, and air remained in the gap can interfere with the inspection result; the ligation is carried out by silk threads, which is not only troublesome, but also can not completely close the endoscope sleeve head, thereby increasing the probability of bacterial pollution.

The disposable closed ultrasonic probe sleeve provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, economy and practicability. The mode of combining the pipe sleeve and the film sleeve is adopted, so that the film sleeve can be quickly and conveniently sleeved on the ultrasonic probe and the ultrasonic probe data line and can be removed from the ultrasonic probe and the ultrasonic probe data line; the shape of the film sleeve is matched with that of the ultrasonic probe, and the film sleeve and the ultrasonic probe are tightly combined, so that the detection result deviation caused by air retention is effectively avoided; the fastener that sets up on the film cover can conveniently fix film cover and ultrasonic probe, has reduced bacterial contamination's risk.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the disposable closed ultrasound probe cover of the present invention includes a film cover 1 covering the ultrasound probe and the ultrasound probe data line, and is made of a material, such as plastic or rubber, which is permeable to ultrasound waves and has a soft texture. The front end of the film sleeve 1 is matched with the appearance of the ultrasonic probe, the tail end is provided with an elastic rubber ring 2, and the surface of the film sleeve 1 is provided with a first fastening piece 3 and a second fastening piece 4 at intervals as shown in figure 3. The first fastener 3 is positioned at the joint of the ultrasonic probe and the ultrasonic probe data line, and the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 positioned between the elastic rubber ring 2 and the second fastener 4 is sleeved outside the film sleeve 1. The telescopic pipe sleeve 5 is a rigid plastic product with folds, can contract and extend along the long axis direction, and is provided with an upper support ring 6 and a lower support ring 7 at two ends respectively as shown in fig. 2. The elastic rubber ring 2 is folded outwards and fixed on the upper support ring 6, and the lower support ring 7 is contacted with the second fastener 4.
The first fastener 3 is a rubber ring arranged on the film sleeve 1 or a belt with a magic tape fixed on the surface of the film sleeve 1, and is used for tying the film sleeve 1 at the joint of the ultrasonic probe and the ultrasonic probe data line, so that the film sleeve 1 is tightly attached to the ultrasonic probe, and the influence of air on the detection result is prevented.
The second fastener 4 is a rubber ring arranged on the film sleeve 1 or a belt with a magic tape fixed on the surface of the film sleeve 1, so that the film sleeve 1 can be fastened around the data line of the ultrasonic probe, the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 can be limited, and the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 is prevented from sliding down under the action of gravity to pollute an operation area.
The diameters of the upper and lower support rings 6 and 7 are larger than the diameter of the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 and larger than the maximum transverse diameter of the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic probe can smoothly pass through the telescopic pipe sleeve 5, and the elastic rubber band 2 at the tail end of the thin film sleeve 1 is conveniently sleeved and fixed with the upper support ring 6.
In order to facilitate storage and transportation and to maintain an aseptic environment, the film sleeve 1 and the telescopic tube sleeve 5 of the present invention are shipped in a combined form as shown in fig. 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the film sleeve 1 is firstly folded inwards to enable the first fastening piece 3 and the second fastening piece 4 to be located at the inner sides, the elastic rubber ring 2 is sleeved on the upper support ring 6, then the wall surface of the film sleeve 1 is pulled down to be sleeved on the outer side cylinder wall of the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 in the contraction state, as shown in fig. 5, the closed end of the film sleeve 1 covers the surface of the upper support ring 6, and the wall surface is sleeved on the outer side of the cylinder wall of the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 in a double-layer tightening state. Then, the mixture is sealed in a sterile bag for storage and transportation.

After use, when the thin film sleeve 1 needs to be removed, the telescopic pipe sleeve 5 is pulled to drive the thin film sleeve 1 to be separated from the ultrasonic probe.

A disposable closed ultrasound probe cover, characterized in that: the ultrasonic probe comprises a film sleeve (1) coated on an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic probe data line, wherein the front end of the film sleeve (1) is matched with the appearance of the ultrasonic probe, an elastic rubber ring (2) is arranged at the tail end of the film sleeve, first fasteners (3) and second fasteners (4) are arranged on the surface of the film sleeve (1) at intervals, the first fasteners (3) are positioned at the joint of the ultrasonic probe and the ultrasonic probe data line, a telescopic pipe sleeve (5) is sleeved outside the film sleeve (1), an upper support ring (6) and a lower support ring (7) are respectively arranged at two ends of the telescopic pipe sleeve (5), the elastic rubber ring (2) is outwards turned and fixed on the upper support ring (6), and the second fasteners (4) are clamped below the lower support ring (7);
