本发明涉及手术室麻醉护理用装置,包括生命特征监测仪、生命特征监测仪状态检测器、主控制器、医疗信息库、进程诊疗端、氧气阀、氧气注射器、笑气阀、笑气注射器和显示器,生命特征监测仪用于监测患者的生命特征数据并将其传送到主控制器,生命特征监测仪状态检测器用于检测生命特征监测仪的状态并将其传送到主控制器,医疗信息库用于存储患者的医疗信息并使主控制器能获取医疗信息,远程诊疗端用于确定麻醉用气体流量和手术模式,主控制器调节笑气阀和氧气阀以控制注射量,显示器用于生命特征数据、状态数据、麻醉用气体流量和手术模式。该装置能监测各种数据,并可进行远程会诊,且能自动控制麻醉气量,能保证手术安全,且监控数据直观。

Description

一种手术室麻醉护理用装置
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种护理用装置,尤其涉及一种手术室麻醉护理用装置。
背景技术
在医疗过程中,尤其是在手术过程中,往往需要对患者进行麻醉。在麻醉的过程中,必须要对患者的身体状况等进行监控,以便于了解患者的状况;同时,还需要实现对患者进行护理,以便于手术的顺利进行。
但是,现有的监控设备都比较简单,往往都是采用人工观察的方式。另外,虽然有一些采用监控设备进行监控的方法,监控的数据也往往比较少,能实现的功能也比较弱,难以满足现在社会对人的生命健康的重视程度的要求。而且,现有的设备往往难以实现远程诊断以及麻醉过程的自动控制,人为因素影响较大。
鉴于现有技术的上述技术缺陷,迫切需要研制一种新型的手术室麻醉护理用装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种手术室麻醉护理用装置,该手术室麻醉护理用装置能监测各种生命特征数据,并可结合患者的医疗信息进行远程会诊,且能自动控制麻醉气量,能保证手术安全,同时,其监控数据直观。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技本方案:一种手术室麻醉护理用装置,其包括生命特征监测仪、生命特征监测仪状态检测器、主控制器、医疗信息库、远程诊疗端、氧气阀、氧气注射器、笑气阀、笑气注射器和显示器,其中,所述生命特征监测仪用于监测患者的生命特征数据并将监测到的生命特征数据传送到所述主控制器,所述生命特征监测仪状态检测器用于检测所述生命特征监测仪的状态并将监测到的状态数据传送到所述主控制器,所述医疗信息库用于存储患者的医疗信息并使所述主控制器能够获取所述医疗信息,所述远程诊疗端用于根据所述生命特征数据、状态数据和医疗信息确定麻醉用气体流量和手术模式,所述主控制器根据所述麻醉用气体流量调节所述笑气阀和氧气阀以控制所述笑气注射器和氧气注射器的注射量,所述显示器用于所述生命特征数据、状态数据、麻醉用气体流量和手术模式。
进一步地,其中,所述生命特征监测仪包括脑电波监测仪、动脉收缩压监测仪、动脉扩张压监测仪、体温监测仪、脉搏监测仪、肌肉张力监测仪和痛觉监测仪。
与现有的护理用装置相比,本发明的手术室麻醉护理用装置具有如下有益技术效果:
1、能够监测患者的各种生命特征数据,确保患者的安全。
2、能够监测各种生命特征监测仪的状态,防止错误生命特征数据的发生,进一步确保患者的安全。
3、能够依据患者的生命状况和医疗信息进行远程会诊,从而确定合适的手术模式和麻醉气体用量。
4、能够实现麻醉气体用量的自动调节。
5、能够对整个麻醉过程进行显示,更加直观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例的内容不作为对本发明的保护范围的限制。
图1示出了本发明的手术室麻醉护理用装置的构成示意图。参见图1,本发明的手术室麻醉护理用装置包括生命特征监测仪1、生命特征监测仪状态检测器2、主控制器3、医疗信息库4、远程诊疗端5、氧气阀6、氧气注射器7、笑气阀8、笑气注射器9和显示器10。
其中,所述生命特征监测仪1用于监测患者的生命特征数据并将监测到的生命特征数据传送到所述主控制器3。在本发明中,为了更好地了解患者的生命状况,优选地,所述生命特征监测仪1包括脑电波监测仪、动脉收缩压监测仪、动脉扩张压监测仪、体温监测仪、脉搏监测仪、肌肉张力监测仪和痛觉监测仪。这样,可以监测患者的脑电波数据、动脉收缩压数据、动脉扩张压数据、体温数据。脉搏数据、肌肉张力数据和痛觉数据,从而全面了解患者的生命特征,便于合理确定麻醉方案和手术模式。
所述生命特征监测仪状态检测器2用于检测所述生命特征监测仪1的状态并将监测到的状态数据传送到所述主控制器3。通过所述生命特征监测仪状态检测器2,可以检测所述生命特征监测仪1的状态,从而可以了解各个生命特征监测仪的工作状态、是否正常等,从而能够防止各种生命特征监测仪向所述主控制器3发送错误的生命特征数据,以进一步确保安全。
所述医疗信息库4用于存储患者的医疗信息。所述医疗信息包括患者的病情信息、就诊信息、用药信息、身体状况信息等。所述主控制器3能够从所述医疗信息库4获取所述医疗信息,从而便于所述远程诊疗端5对患者进行诊疗。
所述主控制器3能够将所述生命特征数据、状态数据和医疗信息发送给所述远程诊疗端5。在所述远程诊疗端5处,诊疗专家可以根据所述生命特征数据、状态数据和医疗信息确定麻醉用气体流量和手术模式。这样,可以充分发挥远程诊疗专家的作用,确保获得最好的诊疗效果。
所述主控制器3根据所述远程诊疗端5确定的麻醉用气体流量调节所述笑气阀8和氧气阀6以控制所述笑气注射器9和氧气注射器7的注射量。具体地,先根据所述麻醉用气体量调节所述笑气阀8以使得所述笑气注射器9的注射量满足所述远程诊疗端5确定的量。然后,按照氧气与笑气的比例为1∶3的比例调节所述氧气阀6,以使得所述氧气注射器7的注射量满足要求。这样,可以确保给予患者最合适的麻醉气体用量,一方面防止麻醉气体用量过多而损失患者的身体健康,另一方面防止麻醉气体用量过少而麻醉效果不佳,再另一方面能够确保氧气和笑气的流量为1∶3,从而确保安全。
所述显示器10用于所述生命特征数据、状态数据、麻醉用气体流量和手术模式。这样,便于对整个麻醉过程中的各种数据等进行观察,使得整个监控过程更加直观。
此外,现场的医生可以所述显示器10上显示的手术模式,即,所述远程诊疗端5给出的手术模式进行手术,以确保手术的顺利进行。具体地,当各项生命特征数据的指标正常时,按照普通手术模式进行手术。当其中一项或多项生命特征数据超过正常值时切换到急救手术模式进行手术,并按照急救手术模式进行生命体征数据显示,持续采集并分析生命体征数据,当各项生命体征数据都恢复正常值后自动切换到按照普通手术模式显示。这样,能够确保手术的正常进行和患者的生命安全。
本发明的手术室麻醉护理用装置能监测各种生命特征数据,并可结合患者的医疗信息进行远程会诊以确定手术模式和麻醉气体用量,且能自动控制麻醉气量,从而能保证手术安全,同时,其能显示各种监控数据,使监控过程更加直观。

1.一种手术室麻醉护理用装置,其包括生命特征监测仪(1)、生命特征监测仪状态检测器(2)、主控制器(3)、医疗信息库(4)、远程诊疗端(5)、氧气阀(6)、氧气注射器(7)、笑气阀(8)、笑气注射器(9)和显示器(10),其中,所述生命特征监测仪(1)用于监测患者的生命特征数据并将监测到的生命特征数据传送到所述主控制器(3),所述生命特征监测仪状态检测器(2)用于检测所述生命特征监测仪(1)的状态并将监测到的状态数据传送到所述主控制器(3),所述医疗信息库(4)用于存储患者的医疗信息并使所述主控制器(3)能够获取所述医疗信息,所述远程诊疗端(5)用于根据所述生命特征数据、状态数据和医疗信息确定麻醉用气体流量和手术模式,所述主控制器(3)根据所述麻醉用气体流量调节所述笑气阀(8)和氧气阀(6)以控制所述笑气注射器(9)和氧气注射器(7)的注射量,所述显示器(10)用于所述生命特征数据、状态数据、麻醉用气体流量和手术模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术室麻醉护理用装置,其特征是,所述生命特征监测仪(1)包括脑电波监测仪、动脉收缩压监测仪、动脉扩张压监测仪、体温监测仪、脉搏监测仪、肌肉张力监测仪和痛觉监测仪。
