The monitoring method and the monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for monitoring targets such as pets, children, old people and the like, the monitoring device can be carried on the monitoring target, and the monitoring device can be a neck ring, a necklace and the like worn on the neck of the monitoring target, a bracelet, a watch and the like worn on the wrist of the monitoring target or worn on the monitoring target in other modes. The monitoring method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below by taking a pet as a monitoring target and a collar as a monitoring device.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the monitoring method of the present invention is provided, and the monitoring method of the present embodiment is applied to a collar of a pet, and the method includes the following steps:
and S11, scanning wireless signals.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the pet starts to be monitored, the collar worn on the neck of the pet scans nearby wireless signals. The Wireless signal according to the embodiment of the present invention is a short-range Wireless Communication signal, such as a bluetooth signal, a WIFI (Wireless-Fidelity) signal, and an NFC (Near Field Communication) signal.
Optionally, when the pet monitoring mode is turned on by the user's terminal device (terminal device associated with the collar), an activation signal is sent by the server to activate the collar to scan the wireless signal, and of course, the activation key of the collar may be pressed to activate the scanning of the wireless signal.
Optionally, the collar monitors the motion state of the pet through a sensor (e.g., a vibration sensor, a gyroscope, etc.), counts the number of steps taken by the pet, and scans the wireless signal once each time the number of steps reaches a threshold, wherein the counter may be cleared when the number of steps reaches the threshold. The threshold value can be set according to actual needs or customized by a user, and for example, the threshold value can be set between 50 steps and 70 steps, such as 50 steps, that is, the wireless signal is scanned once every time the pet moves for 50 steps.
Optionally, the collar scans the wireless signal once every preset time. The preset time can be set according to actual needs, or can be set by a user in a customized manner, for example, the preset time can be set to be between 5 minutes and 10 minutes, for example, the preset time is set to be 5 minutes, that is, a wireless signal is scanned once every 5 minutes.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that other scanning conditions can be set, and the collar scans the wireless signals nearby once when the scanning conditions are met, which is not described in detail herein.
And S12, judging whether a preset reference wireless signal is scanned. When the reference wireless signal is scanned, no response is made; when the reference wireless signal is not scanned, the process proceeds to step S13.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reference wireless signal is preset, and the information of the reference wireless signal can be stored in the collar or the cloud. Only one reference wireless signal may be set, or two or more reference wireless signals may be set. Setting the reference wireless signal is equivalent to setting an electronic fence for the pet, because the signal range of the wireless signal is limited, the signal range of the reference wireless signal is the boundary range of the electronic fence.
In step S12, the collar determines whether there is a reference wireless signal in the scanned wireless signals according to the information of the scanned wireless signals and the information of the preset reference wireless signals, and determines that the reference wireless signal is scanned when there is the reference wireless signal, otherwise determines that the reference wireless signal is not scanned. The information of the wireless signal is, for example, a WIFI SSID (service set Identifier), a bluetooth device, an NFC name, or the like.
For example, the collar scans nearby WIFI signals to obtain a WIFI SSID list, searches for whether there is an SSID of a reference WIFI signal in the WIFI SSID list, and if there is an SSID of a reference WIFI signal, it is determined that the reference wireless signal has been scanned, and if there is no SSID of the reference WIFI signal, it is determined that the reference wireless signal has not been scanned.
Optionally, when the information of the reference wireless signal is stored in a cloud (e.g., a server), the collar may send the information of the scanned wireless signal to the cloud, the cloud searches for whether there is the reference wireless signal in the scanned wireless signal, and returns a search result to the collar, when the search result is that there is the reference wireless signal in the scanned wireless signal, it is determined that the reference wireless signal is scanned, otherwise, it is determined that the reference wireless signal is not scanned. In addition, the collar may also request the cloud to acquire information of the reference wireless signal, and then determine whether the reference wireless signal is scanned according to the acquired information of the reference wireless signal and the scanned information of the wireless signal.
Optionally, when the information of the reference wireless signal is stored locally in the collar, the collar directly searches whether the reference wireless signal exists in the scanned wireless signals, when the reference wireless signal exists, it is determined that the reference wireless signal is scanned, otherwise, it is determined that the reference wireless signal is not scanned.
In the embodiment of the invention, if a plurality of set reference wireless signals exist, when the scanned wireless signals have a preset number of reference wireless signals, the reference wireless signals are judged to be scanned, otherwise, the reference wireless signals are judged not to be scanned. The preset number may be one, two or more.
And S13, reporting the warning information.
In step S13, when the reference wireless signal is not scanned, it indicates that the pet has gone out of the signal range of the reference wireless signal, i.e. out of the boundary range of the electronic fence, the collar immediately alarms, and the user is notified when the alarm is given.
Alternatively, the collar may report the alert information directly to the terminal device associated therewith. After receiving the warning information, the terminal equipment immediately reminds the user, preferably reminds the user through sound information, can remind the user through light information, vibration information, visual information and the like, or reminds the user through the combination of any two or more of the above modes.
Optionally, the collar may also report warning information to the server, and after receiving the warning information, the server immediately pushes the warning information to the corresponding terminal device (terminal device associated with the collar), for example, sends a short message, a multimedia message, instant messaging information, an email, a call, or the like to the terminal device, or pushes notification information to a specific Application (APP) of the terminal device, or the like. And after the terminal equipment receives the warning information, the terminal equipment immediately reminds the user.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, when the information of the reference wireless signal is stored locally in the collar, step S10 is further included before step S11: information of the reference wireless signal is acquired and stored.
Specifically, the collar scans nearby wireless signals and reports information of the scanned wireless signals, so that a user selects at least one wireless signal from the wireless signals as a reference wireless signal, and then receives and stores information of the reference wireless signal.
Alternatively, the collar may report information of the scanned nearby wireless signals directly to the terminal device associated therewith. The terminal equipment receives the information of the nearby wireless signals and then displays the information to the user, the user can select at least one wireless signal from the nearby wireless signals as a reference wireless signal, the terminal equipment sends the information of the reference wireless signal to the collar, and the collar receives the information of the reference wireless signal and stores the information in the local.
Optionally, the collar may report the scanned information of the nearby wireless signals to the server, and the server pushes the information of the nearby wireless signals to the corresponding terminal device (terminal device associated with the collar), for example, send a short message, a multimedia message, instant messaging information, an email, and the like to the terminal device, or push notification information to a specific Application (APP) of the terminal device, and other various manners. The terminal equipment receives information of nearby wireless signals and displays the information to a user, the user can select at least one wireless signal from the nearby wireless signals as a reference wireless signal, and the terminal equipment reports the information of the reference wireless signal to the server, for example, replies a short message, a multimedia message, instant messaging information, an e-mail and the like to the server, or reports the information through a specific application. The server sends the information of the reference wireless signal to the collar, and the collar receives the information of the reference wireless signal and stores the information in the local.
For example, the collar scans nearby WIFI signals, acquires a WIFI SSID list, reports the WIFI SSID list to the server, and the server pushes the WIFI SSID list to the terminal device. The terminal device receives and displays the WIFISID list through a specific application, the user selects at least one WIFI SSID from the displayed WIFI SSID list as a reference WIFI signal, the SSID of the reference WIFI signal is reported to the server through the specific application, the server sends the SSID of the reference WIFI signal to the collar, and the collar receives and stores the SSID of the reference WIFI signal locally.
In other embodiments, the user may also directly input the information of the reference wireless signal to the collar, for example, by inputting the information of the reference wireless signal to the collar through a voice input, a key input, a touch input, or other input methods.
In other embodiments, the collar may also receive information from a reference wireless signal sent by a server or terminal device and store the information locally. For example, the user sets the reference wireless signal through the terminal device, such as directly inputting information of the reference wireless signal to the terminal device or selecting the reference wireless signal among wireless signals in the vicinity scanned by the terminal device, and transmits the information of the reference wireless signal directly to the collar or through the server to the collar.
The terminal device in the embodiment of the present invention is preferably a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet, and may also be a fixed terminal such as a personal computer, which is not limited in the present invention.
According to the monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the reference wireless signal is preset, the signal range of the reference wireless signal is used as the boundary range of the electronic fence, and when the reference wireless signal is not scanned, the condition that a monitoring target such as a pet is currently positioned outside the signal range of the reference wireless signal, namely, the monitoring target runs out of the boundary range of the electronic fence is indicated, and the warning information is immediately reported to remind a user in time. Therefore, hardware equipment does not need to be additionally added, only the existing WIFI modules, Bluetooth modules and other wireless communication modules in monitoring devices such as pet collars are needed to be utilized, monitoring of the monitored target can be achieved, the trend of the monitored target can be known in time, the user does not need to set an electronic fence on the terminal equipment, user operation is simplified, the terminal equipment does not need to perform distance calculation processing, the requirement on the processing capacity of the terminal equipment is lowered, therefore, the implementation scheme of pet monitoring is greatly simplified, and the implementation cost is lowered. And moreover, when the user arrives at any place, the wireless signal of the place can be set as the reference wireless signal to monitor the monitored target, the monitoring mode is extremely flexible, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the monitoring device of the present invention is proposed, where the monitoring device may be a collar, a necklace, or the like worn on a neck of a monitoring target, or may be a bracelet, a watch, or the like worn on a wrist of the monitoring target, or may be worn on the monitoring target in other ways. The monitoring device comprises a scanning module 10, a judging module and an alarming module 30, wherein:
the scanning module 10: for scanning for wireless signals.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when monitoring a monitoring target such as a pet is started, the scanning module 10 scans nearby wireless signals through the wireless communication module. The wireless signal in the embodiment of the present invention is a short-range wireless communication signal, for example, the scanning module 10 scans a WIFI signal, a bluetooth signal, an NFC signal, and the like through a wireless communication module such as a WIFI module, a bluetooth module, an NFC module, and the like.
Optionally, the monitoring device may further include an initiating unit, which is configured to initiate the scanning module 10 to scan for the wireless signal when receiving the initiating signal sent by the server. Wherein, the starting signal is generated when the terminal equipment of the user starts the pet monitoring mode. Of course, the activation unit may also be an activation button provided on the collar.
Alternatively, the scanning module 10 scans the wireless signal once every preset time. The preset time can be set according to actual needs, or can be set by a user in a customized manner, for example, the preset time can be set to be between 5 minutes and 10 minutes, for example, the preset time is set to be 5 minutes, that is, a wireless signal is scanned once every 5 minutes.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the scanning module 10 includes a step counting unit 11 and a scanning unit 12. The step counting unit 11 is used for monitoring the motion state of the pet through a sensor (such as a vibration sensor, a gyroscope and the like) and counting the number of steps of the motion of the pet; the scanning unit 12 is used for reading the counting information of the step counting unit 11 and scanning the wireless signal once each time the step number reaches the threshold value. The step counting unit 11 may be cleared when the number of steps reaches a threshold value. The threshold value can be set according to actual needs or customized by a user, and for example, the threshold value can be set between 50 steps and 70 steps, such as 50 steps, that is, the wireless signal is scanned once every time the pet moves for 50 steps.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that other scanning conditions can be set, and the scanning module 10 scans a nearby wireless signal once when the scanning conditions are met, which is not described in detail herein.
The judging module 20: and the method is used for judging whether a preset reference wireless signal is scanned.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reference wireless signal is preset, and the information of the reference wireless signal is stored in the cloud.
The determining module 20 determines whether a reference wireless signal exists in the scanned wireless signals according to the information of the scanned wireless signals and the information of the preset reference wireless signals, and determines that the reference wireless signal is scanned when the reference wireless signal exists, or determines that the reference wireless signal is not scanned. The information of the wireless signal is WIFI SSID, Bluetooth equipment name, NFC name and the like.
For example, the scanning module 10 scans nearby WIFI signals to obtain a WIFI SSID list, the determining module 20 searches the WIFISSID list for an SSID of a reference WIFI signal, if so, determines that the reference wireless signal is scanned, and if not, determines that the reference wireless signal is not scanned.
In this embodiment, the determining module 20 may send the information of the scanned wireless signal to the cloud end, and the cloud end searches whether there is a reference wireless signal in the scanned wireless signal, and returns the search result to the monitoring device, and when the search result is that there is a reference wireless signal in the scanned wireless signal, the determining module 20 determines that the reference wireless signal is scanned, otherwise, determines that the reference wireless signal is not scanned. In addition, the determining module 20 may also request the cloud end to acquire the information of the reference wireless signal, and then determine whether the reference wireless signal is scanned according to the acquired information of the reference wireless signal and the information of the scanned wireless signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if there are a plurality of set reference wireless signals, the determining module 20 determines that the reference wireless signal is scanned only when there are a preset number of reference wireless signals in the scanned wireless signals, and otherwise determines that the reference wireless signal is not scanned. The preset number may be one, two or more.
The alarm module 30: and the warning device is used for reporting the warning information when the reference wireless signal is not scanned.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the reference wireless signal is not scanned, the pet runs out of the signal range of the reference wireless signal, namely, the boundary range of the electronic fence, the alarm module 30 immediately gives an alarm, and the user is informed when the alarm is given.
Optionally, the alarm module 30 may directly report the warning information to the terminal device associated therewith, so that the terminal device can timely remind the user after receiving the warning information. The terminal equipment preferably reminds the user through sound information, can also remind the user through light information, vibration information, visual information and other modes, or reminds the user through the combination of any two modes or multiple modes.
Optionally, the alarm module 30 may also report the warning information to the server, so that the server pushes the warning information to the corresponding terminal device, and the user is prompted in time after the warning information is received.
The monitoring device of the embodiment of the invention utilizes the signal range of the preset reference wireless signal as the boundary range of the electronic fence, and when the reference wireless signal is not scanned, the monitoring device judges that the monitoring target such as a pet is currently positioned outside the signal range of the reference wireless signal, namely, the monitoring target runs out of the boundary range of the electronic fence, and immediately reports the warning information to remind a user in time.
5, a further embodiment of the monitoring apparatus of the present invention is provided, in which an obtaining module 40 is added on the basis of the first embodiment, and is used for obtaining and storing the information of the reference wireless signal, that is, the embodiment can store the information of the reference wireless signal locally. When the information of the reference wireless signal is stored in the monitoring device, the determining module 20 directly searches whether the reference wireless signal exists in the wireless signals scanned by the scanning module 10, determines that the reference wireless signal is scanned when the reference wireless signal exists, and determines that the reference wireless signal is not scanned otherwise.
As shown in fig. 6, the obtaining module 40 includes a reporting unit 41 and a receiving unit 42. The reporting unit 41 is configured to scan nearby wireless signals through the scanning module 10, and report information of the scanned wireless signals, so that a user selects at least one wireless signal from the wireless signals as a reference wireless signal; the receiving unit 42 is used for receiving and storing the information of the reference wireless signal.
Alternatively, the reporting unit 41 may directly report the information of the nearby wireless signals scanned by the scanning module 10 to the terminal device associated therewith.
