The working principle is as follows: when the heat dissipation device is used for dissipating heat of computer hardware, the computer hardware is placed in the placing groove 4 and the box cover 3 is covered. Add appropriate amount of water to water tank 6 in through filler pipe 10, then start water pump 7, water pump 7 passes through 8 basin 5 with the water in the water tank 6 in, and the water of suction basin 5 carries out the heat dissipation work to the computer hardware in the standing groove 4. The water in the water tank 5 is pumped back into the water tank 6 through the water pumping device 9, so that water can be recycled, and water resources can be saved. And in the process of pumping water by the water pumping device 9, water circulates, so that the heat dissipation effect on computer hardware can be improved.
Because the water pumping device 9 comprises a first cylinder 91, a first piston 92, a vertical plate 93, an electric cam 94, a first check valve 95, a first spring 96, a second check valve 97, a first water pipe 98, an electric control valve 99 and a second water pipe 910, the first cylinder 91 is arranged in the middle of the left side surface in the box body 1, the first piston 92 is horizontally arranged in the first cylinder 91, the first piston 92 is in sliding fit with the first cylinder 91, the first spring 96 is connected between the left side and the right side of the top of the first piston 92 and the left side and the right side of the top in the first cylinder 91, the vertical plate 93 is arranged on the right side of the top in the first cylinder 91 between the two first springs 96 in a bolt connection mode, the electric cam 94 is arranged on the lower part of the vertical plate 93 in a bolt connection mode, the electric cam 94 is matched with the first piston 92, the first water pipe 98 is connected between the bottom of the right side surface of the first cylinder 91 and the, first cylinder body 91 and basin 5 are through intercommunication in first water pipe 98, be equipped with second check valve 97 in the first water pipe 98, be equipped with automatically controlled valve 99 on the second check valve 97, be connected with second water pipe 910 between first cylinder body 91 bottom left side and the left side of water tank 6 top, first cylinder body 91 and water tank 6 are through intercommunication in the second water pipe 910, be equipped with first check valve 95 in the second water pipe 910, so when needing to draw the water in basin 5 in water tank 6, control automatically controlled valve 99 and open, start electronic cam 94 and rotate, under the mating reaction of first spring 96, thereby drive first piston 92 and reciprocate, in the in-process that first piston 92 reciprocated, second check valve 97 and first check valve 95 are started, the water in basin 5 is drawn first in first cylinder body 91 through first water pipe 98, rethread second water pipe 910 flows in water tank 6.
Because the heat dissipation device 11 is further included, the heat dissipation device 11 is arranged at the top in the placing groove 4, the heat dissipation device 11 includes a housing 111, an air cylinder 112, a second cylinder 113, a second piston 114, an air outlet pipe 117, a third check valve 118, an air inlet pipe 119 and a fourth check valve 1110, the housing 111 is horizontally arranged, the housing 111 is connected with the top in the placing groove 4 in a bolt connection manner, the second cylinder 113 is installed at the right side of the bottom in the housing 111 in a bolt connection manner, the second piston 114 is vertically arranged in the second cylinder 113, the second piston 114 is in sliding fit with the second cylinder 113, the air cylinder 112 is horizontally arranged at the middle of the left side in the second cylinder 113, the air cylinder 112 is connected with the middle of the left side in the housing 111 in a bolt connection manner, an expansion link of the air cylinder 112 penetrates through the middle of the left side 113 of the second cylinder and is connected with the middle of the left side of the second piston 114 in a bolt connection manner, a cavity 115 is transversely, the shell 111 at the bottom of the cavity 115 is provided with an air outlet 116, the top of the right side surface of the second cylinder 113 is connected with an air inlet pipe 119, the air inlet pipe 119 is communicated with the inside of the second cylinder 113, a fourth one-way valve 1110 is arranged in the air inlet, the tail end of the air inlet pipe 119 penetrates through the shell 111 and the box 1 and extends out of the box 1, an air outlet pipe 117 is connected between the bottom of the right side surface of the second cylinder 113 and the top of the right side surface of the cavity 115, the air outlet pipe 117 is communicated with the inside of the second cylinder 113, and a third one-way valve 118 is arranged in the air outlet pipe 117, so when the heat dissipation device is used for dissipating heat of computer hardware, the air cylinder 112 is started to perform telescopic motion at the same time, the air cylinder 112 drives the second piston 114 to move left and right in the second cylinder 113, in the process that the second piston 114 moves left and right, the third one-way valve 118 and the fourth one-way valve are, and finally, the air is emitted into the placing groove 4 through the air outlet 116, so that the computer hardware is subjected to heat dissipation work. Therefore, the heat dissipation effect on the computer can be improved, and the working efficiency of the invention is improved.
Because the computer hardware storage box also comprises a movable plate 12, a second spring 13, a fixed sleeve 14 and a cross rod 15, the movable plate 12 is arranged in the placing groove 4, the left side surface of the movable plate 12 is contacted with the left side surface in the placing groove 4, the right side surface of the movable plate 12 is contacted with the right side surface in the placing groove 4, the movable plate 12 is in sliding fit with the placing groove 4, the second spring 13 is connected between the rear side surface of the movable plate 12 and the rear side surface in the placing groove 4 at even intervals, the fixed sleeves 14 are symmetrically arranged on the left side surface and the right side surface in the placing groove 4 at the front side of the movable plate 12, the fixed sleeves 14 at the left side and the right side are respectively connected with the left side surface and the right side surface in the placing groove 4 in a bolt connection mode, the cross rod 15 is arranged between the fixed sleeves 14 at the left side and the right side, the cross rod 15 is firstly taken out from, thereby fixing the computer hardware and covering the case cover 3. When the computer hardware with the heat dissipation completed needs to be taken out, the box cover 3 is opened, the cross rod 15 is taken out, and the computer hardware is pushed out through the movable plate 12 under the action of the second spring 13, namely, the computer hardware is more convenient to take.
Because the air filter element 16 is further included, the air filter element 16 is arranged on the upper portion of the right side surface of the box body 1, the air filter element 16 is located at the right end of the air inlet pipe 119, the air filter element 16 is connected with the air inlet pipe 119, when the outside air is sucked into the second cylinder body 113 through the air inlet pipe 119, the air filter element 16 filters the sucked air, and the quality of the heat dissipation computer hardware cannot be affected.
Because still including roller bearing 17, the bottom is equipped with many roller bearings 17 in the standing groove 4, and roller bearing 17 is the level setting, and roller bearing 17 will need radiating computer hardware to place at the standing groove 4 at roller bearing 17 top along the even spaced distribution of axial direction of standing groove 4, and roller bearing 17 can reduce frictional force, is convenient for take out computer hardware more.
