The polymer layer 12 is formed by coating one side surface of the base layer 11 with a polymer material, and has a coating area smaller than the surface area of the base layer 11, so that the polymer layer 12 is enclosed between the base layer 11 and the pen touch panel 13. In order to facilitate the application of an external electric field to clear the writing of the electronic paper 1, an electrode connected to the polymer layer 12 is further provided between the base layer 11 and the pen touch panel 13. The pen touch panel 13 is used to protect the polymer layer 12, and a user can write directly on the pen touch panel 13. The pen touch panel 13 may be made of various materials, which is a thin film layer. In other embodiments, the electrodes may be configured in other forms, for example, the electrodes may be provided in the form of contacts printed on the surface of the polymer layer 12 at the proximal end; correspondingly, electrode holes 16 are provided at corresponding positions of the pen touch panel 13 so that contacts are exposed to the pen touch panel 13. The shape and number of the electrodes may be set according to the need, and are not limited to the electrode form described in the present embodiment, and may be printed by conductive material or flexible film electrode sheet as long as the electrodes are exposed to the pen touch panel 13 to facilitate contact connection with the conductive posts 3. The base layer 11, the polymer layer 12, the pen touch panel 13 and the electrodes form the electronic paper 1, and the base layer 11 and the pen touch panel 13 are flexible layers, and the whole of the flexible layers forms the flexible electronic paper. The flexible electronic paper 1 is used in a manner similar to that of real paper, can be clamped in the clamp 2 for use, can be taken down for being spread on other planes for writing, has a soft display effect and no dazzling effect, can be erased for repeated writing, and has strong practicability.
The clip 2 is used for clamping the electronic paper 1, and can carry out screen cleaning control on the electronic paper 1, the end part of the clip is provided with a cleaning device, the cleaning device comprises a control unit 5, a control button 4 and a conductive column 3, when the electronic paper 1 is clamped on the clip 2, a first electrode 14 and a second electrode 15 of the electronic paper 1 can be in contact with the conductive column 3, and therefore the cleaning of the screen content of the electronic paper 1 can be realized through the control button 4. Specifically, the clip 2 includes a flat plate portion 22, a clip body 21, and a removal device.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the flat plate portion 22 and the clip 21 are pivotally connected together, so as to facilitate clamping the electronic paper 1. The conductive posts 3 are provided on the opposite side surfaces of the flat plate portion 22 and the clip body 21 so that the conductive posts 3 can be in close contact with the electrodes of the electronic paper 1 when the clip body 21 and the flat plate portion 22 are clipped. The conductive posts 3 may be provided on the flat plate portion 22 as needed or on the clip body 21 as needed. In order to make the whole device thinner, in this embodiment, the conductive posts 3 and the control unit 5 are both disposed on the clip body 21. In other embodiments, according to the inventive concept, adaptation is possible, whereby both the conductive studs 3 and the control unit 5 are arranged on the plate part 22.
In this embodiment, the clamping body 21 includes a first handle portion 211, a first clamping portion 212, and a first pivot seat 213. The first clamping portion 212 includes a cover 2121 and a base 2122 connected in a butt joint, and a receiving cavity is formed therebetween. The cover 2121 is detachably connected to the base 2122, and is connected to the base 2122 by a screw, and the cover 2121 is integrally connected to the first handle 211 and the first pivot base 213. The first pivot seat 213 is disposed between the first handle portion 211 and the cover 2121, and has a pivot hole for passing through the pivot 23 to pivot with the flat plate portion 22. The cover 2121 has a square cover shape, and a control button 4 is provided on an outer surface thereof. The substrate 2122 is flat and is configured to hold the electronic paper 1 together with the flat plate portion 22.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the flat plate portion 22 has a flat plate shape, a second handle portion 221 is provided at an end portion thereof, and a second pivot seat 222 is provided between the flat plate portion 22 and the second handle portion 221. The flat plate 22 is integrally connected to the second handle 221 and the second pivot base 222. The second rotating shaft seat 222 is provided with a rotating shaft hole, and the second rotating shaft seat 222 is provided with a rotating shaft hole for penetrating the rotating shaft 23 to be pivoted with the clamp body 21.
As shown in fig. 1,2 and 3, the rotating shaft holes of the first rotating shaft seat 213 and the second rotating shaft seat 222 are provided with rotating shafts 23, and the flat plate portion 22 and the clamp 21 are pivoted together by the rotating shafts 23. The torsion spring 25 is sleeved on the rotation shaft 23, the torsion arm of the torsion spring 25 is respectively abutted against the first handle portion 211 and the second handle portion 221, in a default state, the substrate 2122 of the first clamping portion 212 is clamped with the flat plate portion 22 by the torsion force of the torsion spring 25, and when the first handle portion 211 and the second handle portion 221 are pressed against each other, the first clamping portion 212 and the flat plate portion 22 are separated, so that the electronic paper 1 can be clamped between the first clamping portion 212 and the flat plate portion 22. The flat plate 22, the first handle 211, the first clamping 212, the first pivot seat 213, the second pivot seat 222, the second handle 221, the pivot 23, the torsion spring 25, and the removing device form the clip, which is used for clamping the electronic paper 1 and removing the screen content of the electronic paper 1. The flat plate portion 22 may also serve as a pad, so that the electronic paper 1 may be conveniently padded thereon for writing.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to facilitate the screen cleaning, in this embodiment, two conductive post holes 2123 are provided on the substrate 2122, and the distance between the two conductive post holes matches the distance between the first electrode 14 and the second electrode 15. The conductive post 3 is disposed in the conductive post hole 2123, one end of the conductive post 3 is located outside the substrate 2122 and faces the flat plate portion 22, and the other end extends into the accommodating groove and is electrically connected to the control unit 5. In other embodiments, a receiving cavity may be provided at an end of the flat plate 22 for installing the control unit 5, and the conductive post 3 may be disposed on the flat plate 22 such that one end faces the clip 21, and the other end extends into the receiving cavity to be connected to the control unit 5. The position of the conductive post 3 may be set as required, which is sufficient to be in contact with the electrode of the electronic paper 1 when the electronic paper 1 is clamped between the flat plate portion 22 and the clamp 21, and is not limited to the specific position shown in the present embodiment.
The control unit 5 is disposed in the accommodating groove, and is fixed in the accommodating groove in a known manner. A control button 4 is provided on the outer surface of the cover 2121, and the control button 4 is electrically connected to the control unit 5, and is used for controlling the application of an electric field to the electronic paper 1 to clean the screen content of the electronic paper 1. The electronic paper device is provided with the cleaning device on the clamp 2, the cleaning device is provided with the conductive column 3, and the exposed electrode is arranged at the end part of the electronic paper 1, so that when the electronic paper 1 is clamped in the clamp 2, the electrode of the electronic paper 1 can correspond to the conductive column 3 of the clamp 2, the two can conduct electricity through contact, and further an external electric field can be applied to the electronic paper 1 through the control button 4, and the screen content of the electronic paper 1 is cleaned. In order to facilitate the rapid positioning of the electrode with the conductive post 3, various positioning structures may be provided for positioning, for example, the width of the flat plate portion 22 of the clip 2 may be set to be identical to the width of the electronic paper 1, so long as the electronic paper 1 is aligned with the edge of the clip 2, the electrode thereof may be in contact with the conductive post 3. For another example, a positioning portion may be disposed at an end portion of the electronic paper 1 where the electrode is disposed, where the positioning portion may be a concave notch or a convex portion that is convex, so that the positioning portion may be aligned with an edge of the first clamping portion 212, and thus the electrode may be aligned with the conductive post 3 by aligning the first clamping portion 212 with an edge of the positioning portion of the electronic paper 1. For another example, the marking area may be drawn on the surface of the electronic paper 1, and when the clip 21 is clipped in the marking area, the electrode of the electronic paper 1 may be aligned with the positioning column. Since there are many ways for quickly aligning the electrode with the positioning post, this embodiment is not limited to the above, and may be set according to the need. The electronic paper device of the invention, the electronic paper 1 is light and thin and flexible, the clip 2 is provided with the flat plate part 22 for placing the electronic paper 1 and the clearing device for clearing screen content, which not only can be used as real paper and folders, but also can clamp the electronic paper 1 on the clip 2 for use or take down for use in other planes in a flattening way, and the use is very flexible; the electronic paper 1 has a paper-like display effect and a slim appearance, can be erased for repeated writing, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and has strong practicability.

1. An electronic paper device is characterized in that,

The clamp body (21) comprises a first handle part (211), a first clamping part (212) and a first rotating shaft seat (213), wherein the first rotating shaft seat (213) is arranged between the first handle part (211) and the first clamping part (212),
A second handle part (221) integrally connected is arranged at the end part of the flat plate part (22), a second rotating shaft seat (222) is arranged between the flat plate part (22) and the second handle part (221), the first rotating shaft seat (213) and the second rotating shaft seat (222) are pivoted together through a rotating shaft (23), a torsion spring (25) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (23), and torsion arms of the torsion spring (25) are respectively abutted against the first handle part (211) and the second handle part (221);
the first clamping part (212) is provided with a clearing device capable of clearing the screen content of the electronic paper (1), the clearing device comprises a conductive column (3) and a control unit (5), the electronic paper (1) is provided with an exposed electrode,
When the electronic paper (1) is used, the electronic paper (1) can be clamped between the flat plate part (22) and the first clamping part (212) or separated from the clamp (2) to write, when the content written on the electronic paper (1) needs to be removed, the electronic paper (1) is clamped between the flat plate part (22) and the first clamping part (212), and the electrode is correspondingly arranged on the conductive column (3), so that the electronic paper (1) can be in contact conduction with the control unit (5), and further the removal of the screen content of the electronic paper (1) can be controlled.

The electronic paper device according to claim 1, wherein the electronic paper (1) comprises a base layer (11), a polymer layer (12) and a pen touch panel (13) which are sequentially compounded, the polymer layer (12) is connected with the electrode, the pen touch panel (13) covers the polymer layer (12), an electrode hole (16) is arranged on the pen touch panel (13), and the electrode hole (16) corresponds to the position of the electrode, so that the electrode is exposed to the pen touch panel (13).

The electronic paper device according to claim 2, wherein the base layer (11) is a flexible film layer, the polymer layer (12) is formed by coating a polymer material on the base layer (11), the electrode is formed by printing a conductive material on the base layer (11), and the electrode is connected to the polymer layer (12).
4. An electronic paper device according to claim 3, characterized in that the base layer (11) is a flexible PVC film layer.

An electronic paper device according to claim 2, characterized in that the electrodes comprise a first electrode (14) and a second electrode (15) which are connected to the same end portion of the polymer layer (12), respectively, the electrode holes (16) being provided at respective positions of the pen touch panel (13).

The electronic paper device according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping portion (212) includes a cover (2121) and a base plate (2122) which are connected in a butt joint manner, the base plate (2122) is in a flat plate shape and is detachably connected with the cover (2121), the cover (2121) is integrally connected with the first rotating shaft seat (213) and the first handle portion (211), a containing cavity is formed between the cover (2121) and the base plate (2122), the control unit (5) is disposed in the containing cavity, a conductive column (3) is disposed on the base plate (2122), one end of the conductive column (3) is located outside the base plate (2122) and faces the flat plate portion (22), and the other end of the conductive column extends into the containing cavity and is electrically connected with the control unit (5).

The electronic paper device according to claim 6, wherein a battery (6), a battery holder (7), a first conductive sheet (8) and a second conductive sheet (9) are further disposed in the accommodating cavity, one ends of the first conductive sheet (8) and the second conductive sheet (9) are respectively connected with the control unit (5), and the other ends thereof respectively extend into the battery holder (7) and can be contacted with the battery (6) mounted in the battery holder (7); the cleaning device further comprises a control button (4) which is arranged on the clamp body (21) or the flat plate part (22), wherein the control button (4) is electrically connected with the control unit (5) and is used for cleaning the content displayed on the screen of the electronic paper (1).
