Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a navigation voice fault solution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to a situation where a navigation voice fault is solved, the method may be executed by a navigation voice fault, and the apparatus may be implemented by hardware and/or software, and may be generally applied to a navigation system or an intelligent terminal configured with navigation software. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and step 110, if the navigation voice output fault event is generated, executing at least one preset fault solving operation, and continuously outputting the navigation voice in the operation process.
In this embodiment, the navigation voice output fault may be embodied as: no navigation voice output, low volume of the navigation voice output, other voice output and the like. The navigation voice output fault event can be generated in a variety of ways. For example: whether the navigation voice is normally output is detected through a sound collection device, such as a microphone, and when the navigation voice is in failure, a navigation voice output failure event is generated. Or receiving a confirmation operation of the navigation voice output fault input by the user. Illustratively, the navigation voice output fault event is generated by the operation of a user on a corresponding voice output fault button set on the navigation system or an intelligent terminal configured with navigation software. The voice output failure button may be a virtual button on the display screen or a physical button. And generating a navigation voice output fault event by receiving the operation of clicking a voice output fault button of the user. Because the navigation voice output fault event generated by the sound acquisition device is possibly influenced by other sounds in the cab, the navigation voice output fault event is generated by mistake. In this embodiment, a confirmation operation of receiving a navigation voice output failure input by the user may be taken as generating a navigation voice output failure event.
If a navigation voice output fault event is generated, a preset fault solving operation needs to be executed to solve the fault, so that the navigation system voice output is normal. The preset fault resolution operation may be a resolution operation corresponding to different types of faults that occur frequently, each fault resolution operation corresponding to one or more fault types. Exemplary, may include: and detecting a built-in voice file of the navigation system, judging whether the voice file is complete and available, and the like. The preset fault solving operation can be various, and at least one fault solving operation can be selected to be executed according to the type of the navigation system and the frequently-occurring fault category so as to solve the currently-generated navigation voice output fault. And continuously outputting the navigation voice during the execution of the preset trouble-solving operation to determine whether the operation has solved the navigation voice output trouble.
And step 120, if the voice normal confirmation event is generated, adopting voice playing setting corresponding to the current fault solving operation to output navigation voice.
In this embodiment, if the navigation system can normally issue a voice prompt, a voice normal confirmation event is generated. Likewise, the voice normality confirmation event may also be generated in a variety of ways. For example: whether the navigation voice is normally output is detected through a sound collection device such as a microphone, and when the navigation voice is normally output, a voice normal confirmation event is generated. Or receiving a confirmation operation of voice normal confirmation event input by the user. Illustratively, the voice normality confirmation event is generated by a user's operation of a button for setting a corresponding voice normality confirmation event on the navigation system. Preferably, a confirmation operation of receiving a voice normality confirmation event input by a user is employed as the voice normality confirmation event. The user can confirm normally in any case. That is, the execution of any one of the preset fault resolution operations may be performed in the process of executing any one of the preset fault resolution operations, or after the execution of any one of the preset fault resolution operations is completed. If the voice normal confirmation event is generated, the navigation voice fault is solved by the current fault solving operation, and the navigation system can normally send out a voice prompt. When the fault solving operation is executed, the configuration of the navigation system is correspondingly adjusted, and the adjusted configuration needs to be reserved so that the navigation system can normally send out a voice prompt. When the confirmation operation of receiving the voice normal confirmation event input by the user is adopted as the voice normal confirmation event, the corresponding settings, such as volume setting and the like, when the user confirms the normal are more in line with the requirements of the user because the sense of the user is more direct. And by adopting the voice playing setting corresponding to the current fault solving operation, more appropriate navigation voice can be output.
In the embodiment, when a navigation voice fault event is generated, a preset fault solving operation is executed, and when the voice playing is confirmed to be normal, the navigation voice is normally played according to the setting corresponding to the current preset fault operation. The problem of the user can't solve the technical problem of navigation speech output trouble, can go on the investigation to speech output trouble reason automatically to when speech output is normal, set up the pronunciation of output navigation according to the pronunciation broadcast that the operation of solving the trouble corresponds, can promote the success rate that navigation speech output trouble was solved, and avoid the user to drive the vehicle-hour decentralized attention, guaranteed driving safety.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a navigation voice fault solution method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is optimized based on the above embodiment, and in the present embodiment, the preset fault solving operation is specifically optimized as follows: and presetting navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation and/or presetting external equipment voice output fault solving operation. Correspondingly, the navigation voice fault solution provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
and step 210, if a navigation voice output fault event is generated, executing at least one preset navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation and/or preset external equipment voice output fault solving operation.
At present, the voice output of the navigation system mainly outputs a voice prompt through a voice device configured in the navigation system itself, such as a speaker, or adopts an external device connected to the navigation system, for example: and the navigation voice prompt is output without Bluetooth, a wireless sound box and the like. The navigation voice output failure may be generated by the navigation voice device and/or the external device, and therefore, at least one preset navigation voice device output failure solving operation and/or preset external device voice output failure solving operation needs to be performed according to the actual use condition. For example, a list of external devices connected to the navigation system may be obtained, whether the external devices exist currently may be determined, and if the external devices exist, at least one preset navigation voice device output failure solving operation and a preset external device voice output failure solving operation may be performed, or only at least one preset external device voice output failure solving operation may be performed. And if the external equipment does not exist, executing at least one preset navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation.
And step 220, if the voice normal confirmation event is generated, adopting voice playing setting corresponding to the current fault solving operation to output navigation voice.
The present embodiment specifically optimizes the preset fault resolution operation as follows: and presetting navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation and/or presetting external equipment voice output fault solving operation. The corresponding fault solving operation can be selected according to different use conditions, the success rate of fault solving can be improved, and the time required by fault solving is reduced.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the performing at least one preset fault resolution operation may preferably be: and after the preset navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation is finished, executing the preset external equipment voice output fault solving operation. If the external equipment exists, the preset navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation and the preset external equipment voice output fault solving operation are possible to occur. Although the probability of the occurrence of the preset voice output fault of the external equipment is higher, if the voice output fault of the external equipment is only preset, the navigation equipment can still normally output the navigation voice. The anti-regularities do not necessarily hold. Based on the characteristics, the preset navigation voice equipment output fault solving operation is executed firstly, and if the navigation voice output fault still exists, the preset external equipment voice output fault solving operation is executed. The steps of performing the trouble-shooting operation can be reduced, and the time required to shoot a navigation voice trouble can be reduced.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a navigation voice fault solution method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the preset navigation device voice output fault solving operation is specifically optimized to be at least one of the following operations: adjusting the volume value until the maximum value of the system is reached; switching between playing scenes preset by a system; switching between different output signal channels. And the preset voice output fault solving operation of the external equipment can be specifically optimized to at least one of the following items: switching between the external voice output equipment and the navigation voice equipment; and when the external voice output equipment comprises the wireless voice output device, repeatedly establishing connection with the wireless voice output device.
Correspondingly, the navigation voice fault solution provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
s301, if a navigation voice output fault event is generated, adjusting the volume value until the system maximum value, and continuously outputting the navigation voice in the adjusting process.
Usually, most of navigation voice output faults are caused by misoperation of a user, so that preset fault solving operation can be selected according to the misoperation occurrence probability of the user. Since the user can adjust the volume of voice in the navigation system, occasionally, the volume is reduced or muted due to misoperation of the user, or the volume is reduced or muted by other users when the navigation system is used. A voice output malfunction may be generated. Therefore, the current volume value is adjusted to be higher until the maximum value of the preset volume of the system is adjusted. The user can determine whether the voice trouble is solved by the current operation by listening to the voice information outputted in the adjustment process. Through the operation, whether the reason of the current navigation voice output fault is that the current system volume is too low or mute can be judged.
S302, judging whether a voice normal confirmation event is generated, if so, turning to the step S310.
S303, if no voice normal confirmation event is generated, switching between preset playing scenes of the system, and continuously outputting the navigation voice in the switching process.
The current playing scene is a mute or conference mode or other playing scenes which may cause the mute, and a voice output fault is generated. Therefore, switching is performed between playing scenes preset by the system so as to switch to a scene capable of normally playing voice. Through the operation, whether the reason of the current navigation voice output fault is that the current playing scene is set to be mute or not can be judged, and corresponding adjustment is carried out on the playing scene so as to normally output the navigation voice.
S304, judging whether a voice normal confirmation event is generated, if so, turning to the step S310.
S305, if no voice normal confirmation event is generated, switching between different output signal channels, and continuously outputting the navigation voice in the switching process.
The navigation system can simultaneously execute a plurality of tasks, and for example, the intelligent terminal as the navigation application software can simultaneously run other tasks such as playing music, watching videos and the like while navigating. The signal channels of these tasks may occupy the sound output devices, such as speakers, etc., of the navigation system or the smart terminal simultaneously with the navigation application. This may make the user unable to hear the navigation voice. In this embodiment, the number of the output signal channel of each task is obtained, and each output signal channel is sequentially switched according to the number, so that the corresponding channel of the navigation voice output signal can be input to the sound output device.
S306, judging whether a voice normal confirmation event is generated, and if the voice normal confirmation event is generated, turning to the step S310.
S307, if no voice normal confirmation event is generated, switching between the external voice output equipment and the navigation voice equipment, and continuously outputting the navigation voice in the switching process.
If the external voice output device exists, the navigation voice signal output channel generally outputs signals to only one of the external voice output device and the navigation voice device. If the currently used voice output device fails and another voice output device does not receive the navigation voice signal, a navigation voice output failure is generated. Therefore, switching between the external voice output apparatus and the navigation voice apparatus is required. The navigation voice signal output channel can output voice navigation signals to all voice output equipment in sequence so as to judge whether the currently connected voice output equipment is in fault or not and can normally output navigation voice signals through other voice output equipment.
S308, judging whether a voice normal confirmation event is generated, if so, turning to the step S310
S309, if no voice normal confirmation event is generated, when the external voice output equipment comprises the wireless voice output device, repeatedly establishing the connection with the wireless voice output device.
If the external voice output device comprises a wireless voice output device, the position is not fixed because the wireless voice output device, such as a Bluetooth headset, is convenient to carry. Whether a connection can be established depends on the strength of the signal. Therefore, in voice navigation, the wireless voice output device and the navigation system cannot be connected or the connection is unstable. In the present embodiment, the connection with the wireless voice output apparatus is repeatedly established. The method judges whether the current navigation voice fault is caused by the connection fault of the wireless voice output device and the navigation system, and establishes stable connection between the wireless voice output device and the navigation system through repeated connection so as to normally output voice navigation signals.
And S310, adopting voice playing setting corresponding to the current fault solving operation to output navigation voice.
The embodiment specifically optimizes the preset navigation device voice output fault solving operation to at least one of the following items: adjusting the volume value until the maximum value of the system is reached; switching between playing scenes preset by a system; switching between different output signal channels. The method can basically cover various reasons of voice output faults and can effectively solve the navigation voice output faults. And the operation sequence is set according to the probability of the fault reason, so that the steps of executing fault solving operation can be reduced, and the time for solving the navigation voice fault is reduced.

the setting adopting module 420 is configured to adopt a voice playing setting corresponding to the current troubleshooting operation to output the navigation voice if the voice normal confirmation event is generated.
The navigation voice fault solving device provided by the embodiment executes the preset fault solving operation when the navigation voice fault event is generated, and normally plays the navigation voice according to the setting corresponding to the current preset fault operation when the voice playing is confirmed to be normal.
