Abstract

本发明涉及一种秸秆沼气半连续/连续发酵沼液回用预处理方法,在秸秆沼气装置正常运行的基础上,采用沼液水热处理后回用,或者沼液回用浸泡沼气发酵原料后进行水热处理,作为沼气发酵的更新物料,进行沼气发酵的半连续或连续补料发酵。发酵过程中采用进出料等量原则,先出料,后进料,进行半连续或连续预处理,循环使用。从而达到提高原料利用率、稳定发酵条件和避免污水排放的效果,具有广泛应用性。

技术领域
本发明属于生物质能技术领域,具体涉及一种秸秆沼气半连续/连续发酵沼液回用预处理方法。
背景技术
由于石化能源日渐枯竭和环境问题日益突出,开发可再生新能源已成为人类解决能源危机、环境危机的必要手段,也是本世纪以来亟需解决的问题。在众多新能源中,厌氧消化产沼气具有能量投入少、环境友好及可再生等优势,成为人们研究的重点和热点。在厌氧消化的众多原料中,农业废弃物用于厌氧消化具有很大的优势,如价格低廉、产量巨大和来源广泛等,是生物质能源转化的极佳原料。但是,在以农业固体废弃物为原料的厌氧消化过程中,经常遇见生物质物料由于其吸水特性,生产过程中可能需要加水进行稀释,且用水量较大,发酵液中底物浓度较低(5~8%)导致产气量低、废水量大无处排放,同时沼液进入污水处理厂处理也会增加运行成本,成为农业水环境治理的老大难和沼气工程的沉重负担。
为了降低运行成本,减轻后端污水处理的负担,工艺上通常选择设计沼液作为过程水回流,稀释原料或调整浆液的固含量,以保证后端厌氧发酵的顺利运行。但是沼液中含有的活性微生物和积累的化学物质(如氨氮等)在回用过程中会对沼气本身的生态平衡造成较大的负面影响,导致产气量下降、pH值改变而出现碱化现象,从而导致发酵失败。
因此,从沼气发酵工艺应用情况分析,需要对沼液进一步处理以降低对发酵系统的影响,进一步提高原料利用率和沼气发酵效率,同时也解决沼液的排放问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种秸秆沼气半连续/连续发酵沼液回用预处理方法,在秸秆沼气装置正常运行的基础上,采用沼液水热处理后回用,或者沼液回用浸泡沼气发酵原料后进行水热处理,作为沼气发酵的更新物料,进行沼气发酵的半连续或连续补料发酵。发酵过程中采用进出料等量原则,先出料,后进料,进行连续预处理,循环使用。
所述水热处理过程为将沼液在高温条件下进行水解稳定化处理,对沼液进行高温消毒和降解,提高其可消化利用率。
水热预处理条件为60~170℃,处理时间为0.1~1h。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
1)将半连续或连续沼气发酵罐放出的部分发酵液Wg经过固液分离得到沼液和沼渣;
2)沼液加入到水热处理设备中升温至60~170℃,保持0.1~1h后回用到沼气原料的配料过程中,调节底物浓度至8~10%(不足部分用水补充);
3)混合原料按照等量原则(与放出的部分发酵液Wg等量)泵入发酵罐用于厌氧消化产沼气,进行半连续或连续发酵,循环使用。
或者如下技术方案:
1)将半连续或连续沼气发酵罐放出的部分发酵液Wg经过固液分离得到沼液和沼渣;
2)沼液加入到沼气原料中配料,调价底物浓度至8~10%(不足部分用水补充),后将混合物料升温至60~170℃,保持0.1~1h;
3)水热处理后混合原料按照等量原则(与放出的部分发酵液Wg等量)泵入发酵罐用于厌氧消化产沼气,进行半连续或连续发酵,循环使用。

具体实施方式
以下以玉米秸秆为原料进行半连续发酵沼气过程中沼液循环回用为例对本发明方法作进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例一
1)将半连续沼气发酵罐放出的部分发酵液1000g经过固液分离得到沼液769g和沼渣231g;
2)769g沼液加入到水热处理设备中升温至85℃,保持0.8h后回用到沼气原料的配料过程中,加入玉米秸秆100g和水131g至底物浓度10%;
3)混合原料泵入发酵罐用于厌氧消化产沼气,进行半连续发酵沼气。
实施例二
1)将半连续沼气发酵罐放出的部分发酵液1000g经过固液分离得到沼液762g和沼渣238g;
2)762g沼液加入到100g玉米秸秆中配料,补充水138g至底物浓度为10%,后将混合物料加入到水热处理设备中升温至160℃,保持0.1h;
水热处理后混合原料泵入发酵罐用于厌氧消化产沼气,进行半连续发酵沼气。

Claims (3)

1.一种秸秆沼气半连续/连续发酵沼液回用预处理方法,其特征在于其生产工艺为:
1)将半连续或连续沼气发酵罐放出的部分发酵液经过固液分离得到沼液和沼渣;
沼液升温至60~170℃,保持0.1~1h后回用到沼气原料的配料过程中,调节底物浓度至8~10%(不足部分用水补充);
2)混合原料按照等量原则(与放出的部分发酵液等量)泵入发酵罐用于厌氧消化产沼气,进行半连续或连续发酵,循环使用。
2.一种秸秆沼气半连续/连续发酵沼液回用预处理方法,其特征在于其生产工艺为:
1)将半连续或连续沼气发酵罐放出的部分发酵液经过固液分离得到沼液和沼渣;
沼液加入到沼气原料中配料,调价底物浓度至8~10%(不足部分用水补充),后升温至60~170℃,保持0.1~1h;
2)水热处理后混合原料按照等量原则(与放出的部分发酵液等量)泵入发酵罐用于厌氧消化产沼气,进行半连续或连续发酵,循环使用。
3.如权利要求1和2所述一种秸秆沼气半连续/连续发酵沼液回用预处理方法,其特征在于,固液分离方式为离心,板框压滤,挤压过滤等方式。
