Abstract

本发明涉及一种可生物降解的胶黏剂,该胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:低分子天然树脂:10%‑80%;可生物降解材料:20%‑90%。上述胶黏剂能最大限度的减少在自然环境中的残留量,有效减少生产过程及最终产品对环境的破坏,同时降低企业的生产成本。

一种可生物降解的保护膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可生物降解的保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜(工业胶带)是使用在各种工业场合的胶带的总称。主要用来固定和保护各种产品,以及为生产过程提供保护等等。尤其对于玻璃或触摸屏领域,在玻璃或触摸屏生产或输送过程中,为了防止被刮花,通常会在玻璃或触摸屏上贴有保护膜。
然而,由于该保护膜在产品生产完成后或者使用时需要撕掉,保护膜的膜材上涂有胶黏剂,该胶黏剂与保护膜基材皆为不可生物降解材料,存在于土壤中可能会造成环境的破坏。而且现有的保护膜在生产时需要通过有机溶剂才能把胶黏剂涂布在膜材上,而目前的有机溶剂挥发到空气中会对人体造成伤害,还增加了保护膜的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题而提供的一种可生物降解的保护膜,所述保护膜具有:胶黏剂和膜材,所述胶黏剂涂布在所述膜材上,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
低分子天然树脂:10%-80%;
可生物降解材料:20%-90%。
优选地,所述低分子天然树脂由松香树脂或蓖麻油或棕榈油或豆油中的一种或多种形成。
优选地,可生物降解材料由PLA或PCL或PVA或PHA中的一种或多种形成。
优选地,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:10-20%;
棕榈油:1-10%;
可生物降解材料:70-90%。
优选地,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:20-40%;
蓖麻油:1-20%;
可生物降解材料:40-80%。
优选地,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:1-20%;
蓖麻油:10-30%;
棕榈油:1-10%;
可生物降解材料:50%-90%。
优选地,膜材由PLA或PCL或PVA或PHA中的一种或多种形成。
本发明的有益效果在于:本实施例的可生物降解保护膜,达到的主要技术指标如下:1.可生物降解保护膜在海水、土壤中皆可生物降解,在堆肥条件下4-7个月90%以上可生物降解;2.针对于不同膜材、不同膜材厚度、不同胶层厚度所制得保护膜,所述保护膜对SUS304不锈钢板180°剥离力可调,其范围由200-800g/inch;3.具有初粘较低、不残胶、易撕除、透光率高等特性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步阐述:
本发明的保护膜具有:胶黏剂和膜材,胶黏剂涂布在膜材上,其中,胶黏剂包含:低分子天然树脂和可生物降解材料。低分子天然树脂由松香树脂或蓖麻油或棕榈油或豆油中的一种或多种形成。可生物降解材料由不同分子量的PLA或PCL或PVA或PHA中的一种或多种形成。此外,膜材也包含上述可生物降解材料。
胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
低分子天然树脂:10%-80%;
可生物降解材料:20%-90%。
以无溶剂热涂覆方式,在50-80℃下将可生物降解的胶黏剂涂覆在膜材上,制备成可生物降解保护膜。
实施例一:
胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:10-20%;
棕榈油:1-10%;
可生物降解材料:70-90%。
以无溶剂热涂覆方式,在50-80℃下将可生物降解的胶黏剂涂覆在膜材上,制备成可生物降解保护膜。
经测试,本实施例的可生物降解保护膜,达到的主要技术指标如下:1.可生物降解保护膜在海水、土壤中皆可生物降解,在堆肥条件下4-7个月90%以上可生物降解;2.针对于不同膜材、不同膜材厚度、不同胶层厚度所制得保护膜,所述保护膜对SUS304不锈钢板180°剥离力可调,其范围为10-800g/inch;3.具有不残胶、易撕除、透光率高等特性。

松香树脂:20-40%;

以无溶剂热涂覆方式,在50-80℃下将可生物降解的胶黏剂涂覆在膜材上,制备成可生物降解保护膜。
经测试,本实施例的可生物降解保护膜,达到的主要技术指标如下:1.可生物降解保护膜在海水、土壤中皆可生物降解,在堆肥条件下4-7个月90%以上可生物降解;2.针对于不同膜材、不同膜材厚度、不同胶层厚度所制得保护膜,所述保护膜对SUS304不锈钢板180°剥离力可调,其范围为200-600g/inch;3.具有初粘大、不残胶、易撕除、透光率高等特性。
实施例三:
胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:1-20%;
蓖麻油:10-30%;
棕榈油:1-10%;
可生物降解材料:50%-90%。
以无溶剂热涂覆方式,在50-80℃下将可生物降解的胶黏剂涂覆在膜材上,制备成可生物降解保护膜。
经测试,本实施例的可生物降解保护膜,达到的主要技术指标如下:1.可生物降解保护膜在海水、土壤中皆可生物降解,在堆肥条件下4-7个月90%以上可生物降解;2.针对于不同膜材、不同膜材厚度、不同胶层厚度所制得保护膜,所述保护膜对SUS304不锈钢板180°剥离力可调,其范围为200-800g/inch;3.具有初粘较低、不残胶、易撕除、透光率高等特性。
通过调节不同的组分配比,调制出不同粘性的胶黏剂,以适应不同的产品需求,以及生产工艺需求。
上述保护膜,在其生产过程中,采用无溶剂热涂覆方式涂布,相比于目前广泛使用的溶剂型涂布方式,能最大限度的减少有机溶剂的使用量,有效减少生产过程及最终产品对环境的破坏,同时降低企业的生产成本。

1.一种可生物降解的保护膜,所述保护膜具有:胶黏剂和膜材,所述胶黏剂涂布在所述膜材上,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
低分子天然树脂:10%-80%;
可生物降解材料:20%-90%。
2.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解的保护膜,其特征在于,所述低分子天然树脂由松香树脂或蓖麻油或棕榈油或豆油中的一种或多种形成。
3.如权利要求2所述的可生物降解的保护膜,其特征在于,可生物降解材料由PLA或PCL或PVA或PHA中的一种或多种形成。
4.如权利要求3所述的可生物降解的保护膜,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:10-20%;
棕榈油:1-10%;
可生物降解材料:70-90%。
5.如权利要求3所述的可生物降解的保护膜,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:20-40%;
蓖麻油:1-20%;
可生物降解材料:40-80%。
6.如权利要求3所述的可生物降解的保护膜,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂的组分及各组分的重量百分比如下:
松香树脂:1-20%;
蓖麻油:10-30%;
棕榈油:1-10%;
可生物降解材料:50%-90%。
7.如权利要求6所述的保护膜,其特征在于,膜材由PLA或PCL或PVA或PHA中的一种或多种形成。
