The protection grade of the shell is not lower than IP65, the dustproof and waterproof performance is very strong, and the waterproof paint can be safely used in indoor and outdoor places; the O-shaped sealing ring is made of anti-aging silicon rubber, so that the protection capability of equipment can be effectively ensured; the filler of the explosion-proof stuffing box is made of epoxy resin with ageing resistance, so that the filler can be prevented from ageing, deteriorating and losing flame retardant capability in the service life of a product; the feedback circuit board adopts weak current elements.
Because the rotation stroke is short and the speed is slow, high friction heating and friction spark cannot be generated. The circuit board is a weak current element, the voltage and the current are lower, and the high-temperature heating phenomenon cannot be generated during use. The internal components are lighter in weight, causing less eccentricity of the shaft, and the amount of eccentricity is within a controlled range, without exacerbating the friction risk.
The working principle is as follows: the rotary displacement measuring device is installed on the rotary equipment through the elastic shifting fork, when the rotary equipment is electrified to work, the elastic shifting fork drives a shaft in the rotary displacement measuring device to rotate, the potentiometer fixed at the shaft end rotates together with the shaft to cause the resistance value of the potentiometer to change, the change of the resistance value is converted into a signal of 4-20 mA through the feedback circuit board, or a switching value signal of a full-on position and a full-off position, and the signal is transmitted to a field and a remote control operation station, so that the angle measurement of the rotary equipment is realized.
