本发明公开了保温微通风内开下悬窗,包括下悬窗本体,所述下悬窗本体通过绳索与百叶帘铰链连接,且百叶帘下端设置有拉环,所述下悬窗本体表面上端设置有提拉把手,所述提拉把手一侧焊接有固定板,所述提拉把手表面开设有防滑螺纹,且防滑螺纹下方设置有卡扣柱,所述下悬窗本体外表面套接有窗框,所述窗框内表壁设置有软胶层,所述窗框表面上端开设有卡扣槽,所述窗框通过螺栓与定位板卡扣连接,且定位板表面焊接有定位杆,所述定位杆内部设置有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆外边缘处焊接有连接杆,所述下悬窗本体底部设置有连接合页。本发明中,该下悬窗整体结构设计简单合理,操作灵活便捷,具有较强的遮阳保温效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及下悬窗技术领域,尤其涉及保温微通风内开下悬窗。
背景技术
下悬窗是指合页装于窗下侧,向室内方向开启的窗,内平开下悬窗,俗称内开内倒窗,是内开下悬窗与左开或右开的内平开窗的合体窗型,定义为开启扇可分别采取内平开和下悬开启形式的窗,虽然内平开下悬窗源自内开下悬窗等窗型,但它和内开下悬窗一样是一种独立的窗型,不是从属关系,也是现代建筑中较为常见的一种窗。
然而现有的内开下悬窗在使用过程中存在着一些不足之处,在开闭过程中相互摩擦阻力较大,影响了正常的开闭操作,同时握取不够稳定,易出现脱手的现象,降低了下悬窗的实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的保温微通风内开下悬窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:保温微通风内开下悬窗,包括下悬窗本体,所述下悬窗本体通过绳索与百叶帘铰链连接,且百叶帘下端设置有拉环,所述下悬窗本体表面上端设置有提拉把手,所述提拉把手一侧焊接有固定板,所述提拉把手表面开设有防滑螺纹,且防滑螺纹下方设置有卡扣柱,所述下悬窗本体外表面套接有窗框,所述窗框内表壁设置有软胶层,所述窗框表面上端开设有卡扣槽,所述窗框通过螺栓与定位板卡扣连接,且定位板表面焊接有定位杆,所述定位杆内部设置有伸缩杆,且伸缩杆外边缘处焊接有连接杆,所述下悬窗本体底部设置有连接合页。

本发明中,首先通过设置的软胶层,能够降低下悬窗本体在开闭操作时与窗框之间的相对摩擦力,进而降低了两者的使用磨损,同时也方便了下悬窗本体的开闭操作,提高了下悬窗的使用寿命,其次通过卡扣柱和卡扣槽的直径大小相等,能够在下悬窗关闭时将卡扣柱嵌入到卡扣槽内部,对下悬窗起到稳定的固定效果,避免外界风力过大将下悬窗吹开,从而增强了该下悬窗的使用安全性,最后通过在提拉把手内表面设置的指型凹槽,能够增强手掌与提拉把手之间的摩擦力,避免在操作中出现脱手的现象,提高了该下悬窗的实用性。

参照图1-3,保温微通风内开下悬窗,包括下悬窗本体5,其特征在于,下悬窗本体5通过绳索与百叶帘1铰链连接,且百叶帘1下端设置有拉环2,下悬窗本体5表面上端设置有提拉把手8,提拉把手8一侧焊接有固定板15,提拉把手8表面开设有防滑螺纹13,且防滑螺纹13下方设置有卡扣柱14,下悬窗本体5外表面套接有窗框6,窗框6内表壁设置有软胶层4,窗框6表面上端开设有卡扣槽9,窗框6通过螺栓与定位板10卡扣连接,且定位板10表面焊接有定位杆3,定位杆3内部设置有伸缩杆11,且伸缩杆11外边缘处焊接有连接杆12,下悬窗本体5底部设置有连接合页7。
定位杆3共安装有两个,且两个定位杆3关于下悬窗本体5中心线处对称,连接合页7共安装有两个,且两个连接合页7均处于同一水平面上,提拉把手8内表面开设有等间距的指型凹槽,卡扣柱14内弯式弧形结构,且卡扣柱14的直径与卡扣槽9的直径大小相等。
软胶层4的厚度为2mm,在不影响下悬窗本体5开闭操作的同时,还能够降低开闭操作中的摩擦力,减少使用磨损,同时其方便安装和拆卸,降低了使用负担。
工作原理:使用时,通过窗框6将下悬窗本体5进行安装固定,当开启下悬窗时,上提提拉把手8将卡扣柱14从卡扣槽9内拔出,然后向下拉拽,此时下悬窗本体5通过连接合页7转动然后带动定位杆3转动,当向下拉拽幅度达到一般时,伸缩杆11受力会从定位杆3内部伸出,起到加长拉拽幅度的效果,同时也可以通过拉环2将百叶帘1向下伸展,起到遮阳保温的效果,当关闭下悬窗时,其操作过程相反,则该下悬窗完整使用。

1.保温微通风内开下悬窗,包括下悬窗本体(5),其特征在于,所述下悬窗本体(5)通过绳索与百叶帘(1)铰链连接,且百叶帘(1)下端设置有拉环(2),所述下悬窗本体(5)表面上端设置有提拉把手(8),所述提拉把手(8)一侧焊接有固定板(15),所述提拉把手(8)表面开设有防滑螺纹(13),且防滑螺纹(13)下方设置有卡扣柱(14),所述下悬窗本体(5)外表面套接有窗框(6),所述窗框(6)内表壁设置有软胶层(4),所述窗框(6)表面上端开设有卡扣槽(9),所述窗框(6)通过螺栓与定位板(10)卡扣连接,且定位板(10)表面焊接有定位杆(3),所述定位杆(3)内部设置有伸缩杆(11),且伸缩杆(11)外边缘处焊接有连接杆(12),所述下悬窗本体(5)底部设置有连接合页(7)。
