In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, a friction plate 2 of this embodiment is provided with a plurality of friction portions 21 capable of abutting against the pin 1 on one side, and a nut 3 screwed to the pin 1 on the other side, the pin 1 is provided with a pin friction plate 11, and the nut 3 abuts against the friction portions 21 of the friction plate 2 against the pin friction plate 11 of the pin 1 by screwing the nut 3.

In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the friction portion 21 is provided in three layers, and it is understood that the friction portion 21 is not limited to be provided in three layers, and may be provided according to an installation space of the upper cover 20 and the base 10.
Further, the damper 40 of the present embodiment further includes a spring 4 sleeved on the pin 1 and in a compressed state, specifically, a groove 22 is disposed on a side of the friction plate 2 not provided with the friction portion 21, the spring 4 is disposed in the groove 22, the nut 3 is screwed, and the spring 4 is compressed between the side of the friction plate 2 not provided with the friction portion 21 and the nut 3. The spring 4 in a compressed state is arranged, when one friction part 21 of the friction plate 2 is abraded, the spring 4 can push the whole friction plate 2 to the direction of the pin shaft friction plate 11, so that the next friction part 21 of the friction plate 2 is continuously abutted to the pin shaft friction plate 11, the service life of the friction plate 2 is further prolonged, and the service life of the upper cover 20 is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the friction plate 2 and the pin friction plate 11 are both made of zinc alloy, and the zinc alloy has good wear resistance, so that the service life of the friction plate 2 can be further prolonged.
In this embodiment, the friction plate 2 is provided with a connecting portion 23, and the connecting portion 23 is connected to the upper cover 20 by a fastening member (not shown).
The invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises the damper 40, and the upper cover 20 can be prevented from being worn through the damper 40, so that the problems of shaking and falling of the upper cover 20 are avoided.
