Abstract
An efficient paper roll distributing device comprises a bracket for receiving paper rolls, wherein only one bracket walks back and forth between two paper roll unloading mechanisms, and the paper rolls are unloaded from the bracket by the paper roll unloading mechanisms; two paper roll temporary storage racks are arranged beside the two paper cutters respectively, and the two paper roll temporary storage racks respectively receive paper rolls unloaded by the two paper roll unloading mechanisms; two paper roll feeding mechanisms are arranged to respectively transfer the paper rolls on the two paper roll temporary storage racks to the paper cutter. Compared with the prior art adopting a paper storage mechanism to distribute paper rolls for paper cutters, the paper roll distribution device shortens the transfer time of the paper rolls from upstream equipment to the paper cutters, has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, occupies small space, and can reduce the production cost of the paper rolls.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to paper roll manufacturing equipment, and more particularly to a paper roll dispensing apparatus for dispensing paper rolls for paper cutters.
Background
In the production of rolls, it is necessary to cut rolls produced by upstream equipment with a paper cutter. Since the cutting speed of the paper cutter is often lower than the paper roll output speed of the upstream equipment, a distributing device is required to be arranged between the upstream equipment and the plurality of paper cutters, and the paper rolls fed by the upstream equipment are distributed to different paper cutters in turn. In the prior art, this dispensing is done by a paper store. The paper storage mechanism is composed of a plurality of layers of paper storage frames, paper rolls sent from upstream equipment are conveyed onto the paper storage frames one by one, and after the paper storage frames pass through a plurality of zigzag walking routes, the paper rolls are unloaded to the paper cutting machine, so that the effect of buffering production speed difference between the upstream equipment and the paper cutting machine is achieved. However, the paper storage mechanism has the defect of long running time of the paper roll in the paper storage mechanism, and wastes a large amount of production time under the condition that the difference between the paper roll output speed of upstream equipment and the paper cutting speed of the paper cutting machine is small, so that the production efficiency is not improved. In addition, the paper storage mechanism has the defects of huge structure, high manufacturing cost and large occupied space, and increases the production cost of paper rolls.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to provide an efficient paper roll dispensing device, which overcomes the drawbacks of the paper storage mechanism.
The invention is realized in the following way: an efficient paper roll distributing device comprises a bracket for supporting paper rolls sent by upstream equipment, wherein only one bracket is arranged, the bracket is in reciprocating motion between two paper roll unloading mechanisms, when the bracket is in a position where any paper roll unloading mechanism is located, the paper roll unloading mechanism in the position unloads paper rolls from the bracket, so that the paper rolls roll off the bracket; two paper roll temporary storage racks are arranged beside the two paper cutters respectively, and the two paper roll temporary storage racks respectively receive paper rolls unloaded by the two paper roll unloading mechanisms; two paper roll feeding mechanisms are arranged to respectively transfer the paper rolls on the two paper roll temporary storage racks to the paper cutter.
As a preferred embodiment or further improvement, the present invention may also adopt the following attached technical solutions.
The bracket is hinged on a reciprocating driving belt through a hinge shaft, the bracket is hung below the hinge shaft and can swing freely around the hinge shaft, the two paper roll unloading mechanisms are blocking pieces fixed on the frame, and when the bracket walks to the position of the blocking piece, the bracket is blocked by the blocking piece to turn on one's side.
The two paper roll temporary storage racks can turn around respective fixed shafts, and the two paper roll feeding mechanisms are mechanisms for respectively driving the two paper roll temporary storage racks to turn.
The upper reaches of one of the scroll temporary storage racks is provided with a third scroll temporary storage rack and a third scroll feeding mechanism corresponding to the third scroll temporary storage rack, and scroll rolls to the scroll temporary storage rack firstly rolls to the third scroll temporary storage rack and then is unloaded to the scroll temporary storage rack by the third scroll feeding mechanism.
The invention has the advantages that the invention has only one bracket which moves back and forth between two fixed positions, the bracket has short traveling time, is suitable for a production line with small difference between the paper cutting speed of the paper cutter and the paper roll output speed of upstream equipment, compared with the prior art for distributing paper rolls for the paper cutter by adopting a paper storage mechanism, the invention obviously shortens the transfer time of the paper rolls from the upstream equipment to the paper cutter, saves a large amount of production time, and has simple structure, low manufacturing cost and small occupied space, and can reduce the production cost of the paper rolls.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, an efficient paper roll dispensing apparatus according to the present invention includes a carriage 1 for receiving paper rolls fed from an upstream apparatus, only one carriage 1. The carriage 1 in fig. 1 is in a position facing the roll of paper, and the roll of paper 2 fed from an upstream device, such as a rewinder, rolls down onto the carriage 1 stopped in this position. The carrier 1 is hinged to a belt 4 by means of a hinge shaft 3, the carrier 1 being suspended below the hinge shaft 3 and being free to oscillate about the hinge shaft 3. The driving belt 4 reciprocates. The drive belt 4 may be a chain. When the belt 4 travels in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 2, as shown in fig. 2, the carriage 1 travels from the position shown in fig. 1 to the position where the paper roll unloading mechanism 5 is located; when the belt 4 travels in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 3, the carriage 1 travels from the position shown in fig. 1 to the position where the other roll unloading mechanism 6 is located, as shown in fig. 3. In this way, the carriage 1 is driven by the belt 4 to travel back and forth between the two paper roll unloading mechanisms 5, 6.
The two reel unloading mechanisms 5, 6 in fig. 1 are stops fixed to the frame and are in the form of bars. When the carriage 1 walks to the position of the blocking member 5 or the blocking member 6 under the drive of the belt 4, as shown in fig. 2 or 3, the carriage 1 is blocked by the blocking member 5 or the blocking member 6 to roll over around the hinge shaft 3. After the bracket 1 is turned sideways, the paper roll 2 rolls off the bracket 1, and thus the action of detaching the paper roll 2 from the bracket 1 is completed. After the roll 2 rolls off the carriage 1, the belt 4 then drives the carriage 1 back to the position shown in fig. 2 or 3, so that the carriage 1 returns to the position shown in fig. 1. Instead of using a blocking element as the roll unloading mechanism, an actuating element may be used as the roll unloading mechanism, for example a cylinder driving a plunger to push the roll off the carriage.
The paper rolls unloaded by the two paper roll unloading mechanisms are respectively accepted by the two paper roll temporary storage racks 7 and 8. Two paper roll temporary storage frames 7, 8 are respectively positioned beside the two paper cutters 9, 10. Wherein a roll temporary storage rack 7 is shown in fig. 2 for receiving rolls unloaded by the roll unloading mechanism 5, and another roll temporary storage rack 8 is shown in fig. 4 for receiving rolls unloaded by the other roll unloading mechanism 6. The paper roll discharged by the paper roll discharging mechanism 6 is dropped onto a downward inclined pallet 11 as shown in fig. 3, and then rolled onto the paper roll temporary storage rack 8 along the pallet 11 as shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 1, the two paper roll temporary storage frames 7 and 8 have the same structure, and can be respectively turned around a fixed shaft 12, and the fixed shaft 12 is fixed on the frame. As shown in fig. 5, the roll 2 rolled onto the roll holding frame 7 is transferred to the paper cutter 9 by the roll feeding mechanism 13. As shown in fig. 6, the roll 2 rolled onto the other roll holding frame 8 is transferred to the other paper cutter 10 by the other roll feeding mechanism 14. The two paper roll feeding mechanisms 13 and 14 have the same structure and are mechanisms for driving the paper roll temporary storage rack to turn over. In this embodiment, the mechanism for driving the paper roll temporary storage frames 7 and 8 to turn over is an air cylinder, and the air cylinder drives the paper roll temporary storage frames 7 and 8 to turn over and reset. Besides the air cylinder, actuating components such as a motor, an electromagnetic valve and the like can be used for driving the paper roll temporary storage frame to turn over and reset. As an alternative, the two paper roll temporary storage frames 7, 8 may be stationary, and an actuating member may be used as a paper roll feeding mechanism, for example, a cylinder may drive a push rod to push the paper roll from the paper roll temporary storage frames to the paper cutter.
The working principle of this embodiment is that the carriage 1 receives the paper roll sent from the upstream apparatus at the position shown in fig. 1, and sends the paper roll streams received each time to the two paper roll unloading mechanisms 5, 6; the two paper roll unloading mechanisms 5 and 6 alternately unload paper rolls to the two paper roll temporary storage frames 7 and 8; when the paper cutter beside a paper roll temporary storage frame is idle, the corresponding paper roll feeding mechanism transfers the paper roll on the paper roll temporary storage frame to the idle paper cutter; when both roll holders 7, 8 store rolls, the carriage 1 stays in the position shown in fig. 1.
Example two
Referring to fig. 7, this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a third roll holding frame 15 and a third roll feeding mechanism 16 corresponding to the third roll holding frame 15 are added upstream of one of the roll holding frames 8. The paper roll rolled to the paper roll temporary storage frame 8 is rolled to the third paper roll temporary storage frame 15, and then is unloaded to the paper roll temporary storage frame 8 by the third paper roll discharging mechanism 16. The third paper roll temporary storage rack 15 has the same structure as the other two paper roll temporary storage racks 7 and 8, and can be turned around a fixed shaft 17. The third paper roll feeding mechanism 16 has the same structure as the other two paper roll feeding mechanisms 13 and 14, and is also an air cylinder, and the air cylinder drives the third paper roll temporary storage frame 15 to turn over and reset. The other structure of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment.
The present embodiment, compared with the first embodiment, adds a third paper roll temporary storage rack 15 and a third paper roll feeding mechanism 16, enhances the buffering capacity of the dispensing device, and enables the action of the dispensing device to be more compactly matched with upstream equipment.
Claims (3)
1. An efficient paper roll dispensing apparatus comprising a carriage for receiving a roll of paper from an upstream device, characterized by: when the bracket walks to the position of any paper roll unloading mechanism, the paper roll unloading mechanism at the position unloads the paper roll from the bracket, so that the paper roll rolls are rolled off the bracket; two paper roll temporary storage racks are arranged beside the two paper cutters respectively, and the two paper roll temporary storage racks respectively receive paper rolls unloaded by the two paper roll unloading mechanisms; two paper roll feeding mechanisms are arranged to respectively transfer paper rolls on the two paper roll temporary storage racks to the paper cutter; the bracket is hinged on a reciprocating driving belt through a hinge shaft, the bracket is hung below the hinge shaft and can swing freely around the hinge shaft, the two paper roll unloading mechanisms are blocking pieces fixed on the frame, and when the bracket walks to the position of the blocking piece, the bracket is blocked by the blocking piece to turn on one's side.
2. The efficient paper roll dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the two paper roll temporary storage racks can turn around respective fixed shafts, and the two paper roll feeding mechanisms are mechanisms for respectively driving the two paper roll temporary storage racks to turn.

An efficient paper roll dispensing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: the upper reaches of one of the scroll temporary storage racks is provided with a third scroll temporary storage rack and a third scroll feeding mechanism corresponding to the third scroll temporary storage rack, and scroll rolls to the scroll temporary storage rack firstly rolls to the third scroll temporary storage rack and then is unloaded to the scroll temporary storage rack by the third scroll feeding mechanism.
