Abstract
The invention provides a curved surface full-wrapping type packing material which comprises a foam main body and a paper box sleeved on the periphery of the foam main body, wherein the foam main body comprises front shield foam, back foam, upper foam and lower foam, the front shield foam is provided with a first mounting groove, the groove surface of the first mounting groove is a convex curved surface, the back foam is provided with a second mounting groove, and the groove surface of the second mounting groove is a concave curved surface. The invention adopts the full-packaging type packaging materials with four directions to package the television or the display with the curved screen, and the packaging is more attached and compact by matching with the mounting groove of the curved surface, thereby effectively protecting the curved screen. The top cover paper box and the bottom cover paper box are matched and fixed in a nested manner, so that a foam main body and goods are further included, the packaging mode is simple to operate, and the packaging efficiency is improved.

Background

However, the existing packaging material design is designed for a screen on a horizontal plane, only a front foam and a rear foam enclose an electric appliance and are directly applied to a curved screen, a certain moving space exists between the curved screen and the packaging material, namely a dead zone is protected, and therefore the curved screen is easily damaged due to insufficient protection in the transportation process.

The invention provides a curved surface full-wrapping type packing material which comprises a foam main body and a paper box sleeved on the periphery of the foam main body, wherein the foam main body comprises front shield foam, back foam, upper foam and lower foam which are respectively positioned in front of, behind, above and below the foam main body, the front shield foam is provided with a first mounting groove, the groove surface of the first mounting groove is a convex curved surface, the back foam is provided with a second mounting groove, the groove surface of the second mounting groove is a concave curved surface, the upper foam is provided with a third mounting groove, the lower foam is provided with a fourth mounting groove, the first mounting groove, the second mounting groove, the third mounting groove and the fourth mounting groove enclose a cavity, and the cavity is a containing part of an electric appliance of a curved surface screen.

referring to fig. 1-2, a curved surface fully-wrapped packing material comprises a foam body and a paper box sleeved on the periphery of the foam body, wherein the foam body comprises a front shield foam 1, a back foam 2, an upper foam 3 and a lower foam 4 which are respectively positioned in front of, behind, above and below the foam body, the front shield foam 1 is arc-shaped, the front shield foam 1 is provided with a first installation groove 11, the groove surface of the first installation groove 11 is a convex curved surface, the back foam 2 is provided with a second installation groove 21, the groove surface of the second installation groove 21 is a concave curved surface, the upper foam 3 is provided with a third installation groove 31, the lower foam 4 is provided with a fourth installation groove 41, and the first installation groove 11, the second installation groove 21, the third installation groove 31 and the fourth installation groove 41 form a cavity which is a containing part of a television 5 with a curved surface screen. With the curved screen 51 of the television 5 as the front, the structures of the first installation groove 11, the second installation groove 21, the third installation groove 31 and the fourth installation groove 41 respectively correspond to the front, rear, upper and lower structures of the television 5.

8. The fully wrapped curved packing material of claim 6, wherein the front shield foam has projections on both sides of the grid-like grooves.
9. The curved fully-enclosed package according to claim 6, wherein the groove wall of the second mounting groove of the backfoam is a convex block.
