the support (4) comprises a support side plate (4-1) and a support bottom plate (4-5), the upper die box (1) is slidably mounted on the support side plate (4-1) from the top of the support side plate (4-1) through a track structure, the lower die box (2) is slidably mounted on the support side plate (4-1) from the bottom of the support side plate (4-1) through a track structure, box body cavities of the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) are opposite to each other, the baffle plate (3) is mounted on the support side plate (4-1) and supports and fixes the lower die box (2) on the support side plate (4-1), and the pressing plate (5) can slide into the box body cavity of the lower die box (2) from the box body cavity of the upper die box (1).

The hard pack trademark forming die of claim 1, wherein a T-shaped guide rail (4-2), a cross beam (4-3) and a straight groove (4-4) are formed on the support side plate (4-1), the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) extends in the vertical direction, the cross beam (4-3) and the straight groove (4-4) extend in the horizontal direction, the straight groove (4-4) is formed at the bottom end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2), the baffle (3) is mounted on the support side plate (4-1) through the straight groove (4-4), the cross beam (4-3) is formed in the middle of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2), and the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) are vertically spaced through the cross beam (4-3).

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 2, wherein the T-shaped guide rail (4-2), the cross beam (4-3) and the linear groove (4-4) are formed on the inner side surface of the bracket side plate (4-1) facing the bracket bottom plate (4-5), the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) is a T-shaped guide rail structure formed by inward protruding of the inner side surface of the bracket side plate (4-1), the cross beam (4-3) is formed at a half length position of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2), and the cross beam (4-3) is a bead structure formed by inward protruding of the inner side surface of the bracket side plate (4-1), and the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) penetrates through the cross beam (4-3); the straight groove (4-4) is of a straight groove structure formed on the support side plate (4-1) at the bottom end position of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2), and the baffle plate (3) is installed on the support side plate (4-1) by being inserted into the straight groove structure.

A hard pack brand forming die as in claim 2, wherein one end of the bracket side plate (4-1) is integrally and vertically connected to one end of the bracket bottom plate (4-5); the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) comprises two mutually parallel guide rails, and the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) vertically extends downwards from the top end of the bracket side plate (4-1) to two thirds of the height of the bracket side plate (4-1); the thickness of the cross beam (4-3) is 3-5mm.

A hard pack brand forming die as in claim 3, wherein one end of the bracket side plate (4-1) is integrally and vertically connected to one end of the bracket bottom plate (4-5); the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) comprises two mutually parallel guide rails, and the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) vertically extends downwards from the top end of the bracket side plate (4-1) to two thirds of the height of the bracket side plate (4-1); the thickness of the cross beam (4-3) is 3-5mm.

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 2, wherein the upper die box (1) comprises a box body (1-1), the box body (1-1) is formed by surrounding a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a rear side plate into a box-shaped structure with a front part and an open top, an outer side surface of the rear side plate of the box body (1-1) is vertically provided with an outer T-shaped groove corresponding to a T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), the upper die box (1) is slidably mounted on the bracket side plate (4-1) through the cooperation of the outer T-shaped groove and the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), and the structure of the lower die box (2) is identical to that of the upper die box (1); the upper die box (1) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in a downward sliding mode from the top end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in a downward opening mode, the lower die box (2) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in an upward sliding mode from the bottom end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in an upward opening mode, and the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) are separated by the cross beam (4-3).

A hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 3, wherein the upper die box (1) comprises a box body (1-1), the box body (1-1) is formed by surrounding a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a rear side plate into a box-shaped structure with a front part and an open top, an outer side surface of the rear side plate of the box body (1-1) is vertically provided with an outer T-shaped groove corresponding to a T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), the upper die box (1) is slidably mounted on the bracket side plate (4-1) through the cooperation of the outer T-shaped groove and the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), and the structure of the lower die box (2) is identical to that of the upper die box (1); the upper die box (1) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in a downward sliding mode from the top end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in a downward opening mode, the lower die box (2) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in an upward sliding mode from the bottom end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in an upward opening mode, and the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) are separated by the cross beam (4-3).

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 4, wherein the upper die box (1) comprises a box body (1-1), the box body (1-1) is formed by surrounding a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a rear side plate into a box-shaped structure with a front part and an open top, an outer side surface of the rear side plate of the box body (1-1) is vertically provided with an outer T-shaped groove corresponding to a T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), the upper die box (1) is slidably mounted on the bracket side plate (4-1) through the cooperation of the outer T-shaped groove and the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), and the structure of the lower die box (2) is identical to that of the upper die box (1); the upper die box (1) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in a downward sliding mode from the top end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in a downward opening mode, the lower die box (2) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in an upward sliding mode from the bottom end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in an upward opening mode, and the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) are separated by the cross beam (4-3).

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 5, wherein the upper die case (1) comprises a case body (1-1), the case body (1-1) is formed by enclosing a bottom plate, a left side plate, a right side plate and a rear side plate into a box-shaped structure with a front part and an open top, an outer side surface of the rear side plate of the case body (1-1) is vertically processed with an outer T-shaped groove corresponding to a T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), the upper die case (1) is slidably mounted on the bracket side plate (4-1) by matching the outer T-shaped groove with the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) on the bracket side plate (4-1), and the structure of the lower die case (2) is identical to that of the upper die case (1); the upper die box (1) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in a downward sliding mode from the top end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in a downward opening mode, the lower die box (2) is combined onto the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) in an upward sliding mode from the bottom end of the T-shaped guide rail (4-2) of the support side plate (4-1) in an upward opening mode, and the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) are separated by the cross beam (4-3).

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 6, wherein two T-shaped guide rails (4-2) extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other are formed on the inner side surface of the bracket side plate (4-1), two outer T-shaped grooves extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other are formed on the outer side surface of the rear side plate of the box body (1-1), and the two T-shaped guide rails (4-2) are respectively slidably embedded in the two outer T-shaped grooves.

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 7, wherein two T-shaped guide rails (4-2) extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other are formed on the inner side surface of the bracket side plate (4-1), two outer T-shaped grooves extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other are formed on the outer side surface of the rear side plate of the box body (1-1), and the two T-shaped guide rails (4-2) are respectively slidably embedded in the two outer T-shaped grooves.

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 8, wherein two T-shaped guide rails (4-2) extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other are formed on the inner side surface of the bracket side plate (4-1), two outer T-shaped grooves extending in the vertical direction and parallel to each other are formed on the outer side surface of the rear side plate of the box body (1-1), and the two T-shaped guide rails (4-2) are respectively slidably embedded in the two outer T-shaped grooves.

The hard pack trademark forming die according to claim 6, wherein the inner side surfaces of the box body rear side plates of the upper and lower die boxes are respectively provided with an in-box T-shaped groove in the vertical direction, the inner side surfaces of the cross beams (4-3) are respectively provided with an in-cross beam T-shaped groove corresponding to the in-box T-shaped groove, and the in-box T-shaped grooves of the upper die box (1), the in-cross beam T-shaped groove and the in-box T-shaped groove of the lower die box (2) form a pressing plate sliding T-shaped groove extending in the vertical direction; the rear side of the pressing plate (5) is provided with a pressing plate sliding T-shaped guide rail corresponding to the pressing plate sliding T-shaped groove, and the pressing plate (5) can slide between the box body cavities of the upper die box (1) and the lower die box (2) through the pressing plate sliding T-shaped guide rail being embedded into the pressing plate sliding T-shaped groove.
