Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging machinery, and particularly relates to a strip-shaped packaging machine for granular chewing gum.
Background
The chewing gum is prepared by taking natural gum or glycerol resin as a colloid base, adding syrup, mint, a sweetening agent and the like, and blending and pressing the mixture to obtain the chewing gum for people to chew in the mouth. Is a kind of sugar which is very popular among people in the world. Can be eaten and played, and is popular with children and young people. While improving oral health, facial muscle movements brought by chewing gum also have multiple effects in the field of cognition.
The chewing gum may be divided into tablet or pellet chewing gum in terms of shape, and the packaging technology thereof is various for chewing gum of different shapes. The purpose of the packaging is on the one hand to protect the packaged objects from sanitation or to extend the shelf life of the packaged objects, and on the other hand, the aesthetic quality of the packaging is also of increasing importance. As is readily understood from common sense, the aesthetic quality of the packaging greatly affects the sales volume of the product. Therefore, as a packaging machine, the basic function of packaging, i.e. the quality of packaging, needs to be ensured, and the packaging efficiency and the packaging cost per unit product need to be ensured, because the unit price of the packaged objects such as chewing gum is lower, compared with the cost of the external packaging which accounts for the higher proportion of the total cost, the cost reduction and the packaging quality guarantee are the basic requirements of the packaging machine. The aesthetic appearance of the packaging usually includes two aspects, namely, the aesthetic appearance of the packaging paper, i.e., the decorative pattern of the packaging paper, which is not generally related to the packaging machine, and on the other hand, the quality of the packaging and the consistency of the packaging of a large number of products are also important factors affecting the aesthetic appearance. The latter is usually determined by the packaging machine itself and is usually directly related to the technical means employed by the packaging machine.
