本发明公开了一种新型节能环保信号灯,包括灯柱,空心灯柱座,方形信号灯外壳,远程信号LED灯,太阳能电池板,以及均安装于空心灯柱座内的太阳能控制器、太阳能蓄电池、太阳能电源板、备用电源、电压监测仪、信号发射装置和单片机,太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器、太阳能蓄电池、太阳能电源板、电压监测仪、单片机和信号发射装置依次电连接,太阳能电源板分别与备用电源和远程信号LED灯电连接,太阳能电源板通过继电器与外部供电电源电连接,继电器与单片机电连接;远程信号LED灯包括LED灯座,电源接口,LED灯体和LED灯罩,LED灯座设导热胶和空气对流槽;解决了现有技术能源消耗大不利于环保事业以及信号灯易损坏的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型节能环保信号灯。
背景技术
在铁路运输中,铁路信号灯属于铁路安全运行的必要设施,随着机车的速度的提速,铁路信号灯的出射强度也必然要得到相应的加强,现有技术采用卤钨光,源耗电量大,如果要增加出射强度,将耗费更多的电能,如此会增加铁路电能消耗。此外,信号灯长时间运行易发热损坏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种新型节能环保信号灯,解决现有技术能源消耗大不利于环保事业以及信号灯易损坏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型节能环保信号灯,包括灯柱,位于灯柱底部用于支撑灯柱的空心灯柱座,位于灯柱顶部的方形信号灯外壳,位于信号灯外壳内的远程信号LED灯,倾斜安装于信号灯外壳顶部的太阳能电池板,以及均安装于空心灯柱座内的太阳能控制器、太阳能蓄电池、太阳能电源板、备用电源、电压监测仪、信号发射装置、以及单片机,所述太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器、太阳能蓄电池、太阳能电源板、电压监测仪、单片机和信号发射装置依次电连接,所述太阳能电源板分别与备用电源和远程信号LED灯电连接,所述太阳能电源板还通过继电器电连接有外部供电电源,所述继电器与单片机电连接;所述远程信号LED灯包括LED灯座,位于LED灯座底部且与太阳能电源板电连接的电源接口,固接于LED灯座顶部外壁的LED灯体,位于LED灯体顶端外壁的LED灯罩,所述LED灯座内壁设有一层导热胶,所述LED灯体外侧壁开设有两条以上空气对流槽,所述空气对流槽围绕LED灯体的轴线均匀分布。
进一步地,所述太阳能电池板表面设有一层透明防水层,所述灯柱上等距设有若干爬梯,所述所有爬梯上均设有防滑垫。
进一步地,所述空气对流槽有八条。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,有效节约能源,使用太阳能清洁能源,实现了节能环保目的,本发明采用LED光源,LED亮度大耗电相对少,可以极大地节约用电量,而且以太阳能电池作为电源,能源环保,性能可靠;同时还设有备用电源,当出现连续阴雨无太阳的天气时,可以及时启用备用电源进行供电,再有电源板还与外部电源连接,当电压监测仪检测到太阳能蓄电池和备用电源的电压均低于供电电压时,单片机可及时启动外部供电电源进行供电,增加了应急供电线路,有效保障了铁路安全运行;在LED灯体内设导热胶,外设空气对流槽,能快速散发远程信号LED灯所产生的热量,延长了远程信号LED灯的使用寿命。

下面结合附图说明和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的方式包括但不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例
如图1-3所示,一种新型节能环保信号灯,包括灯柱1,位于灯柱1底部用于支撑灯柱1的空心灯柱座2,位于灯柱1顶部的方形信号灯外壳3,位于信号灯外壳3内的远程信号LED灯4,倾斜安装于信号灯外壳3顶部的太阳能电池板5,以及均安装于空心灯柱座2内的太阳能控制器6、太阳能蓄电池7、太阳能电源板8、备用电源9、电压监测仪11、信号发射装置12、以及单片机10,所述太阳能电池板5、太阳能控制器6、太阳能蓄电池7、太阳能电源板8、电压监测仪11和单片机10依次电连接,所述太阳能电源板8分别与备用电源9和远程信号LED灯4电连接,所述太阳能电源板8还通过继电器12电连接有外部供电电源13,所述继电器12与单片机10电连接;所述远程信号LED灯4包括LED灯座41,位于LED灯座41底部且与太阳能电源板8电连接的电源接口42,固接于LED灯座41顶部外壁的LED灯体43,位于LED灯体43顶端外壁的LED灯罩44,所述LED灯座41内壁设有一层导热胶,所述LED灯体43外侧壁开设有两条以上空气对流槽45,所述空气对流槽45围绕LED灯体43的轴线均匀分布。
所述太阳能电池板5表面设有一层透明防水层,所述灯柱1上等距设有若干爬梯14,所述所有爬梯14上均设有防滑垫,所述空气对流槽45有八条。
本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,有效节约能源,使用太阳能清洁能源,实现了节能环保目的,本发明采用LED光源,LED亮度大耗电相对少,可以极大地节约用电量,而且以太阳能电池作为电源,能源环保,性能可靠;同时还设有备用电源,当出现连续阴雨无太阳的天气时,可以及时启用备用电源进行供电,再有电源板还与外部电源连接,当电压监测仪检测到太阳能蓄电池和备用电源的电压均低于供电电压时,单片机可及时启动外部供电电源进行供电,增加了应急供电线路,有效保障了铁路安全运行;在LED灯体内设导热胶,外设空气对流槽,能快速散发远程信号LED灯所产生的热量,延长了远程信号LED灯的使用寿命。

1.一种新型节能环保信号灯,其特征在于:包括灯柱(1),位于灯柱(1)底部用于支撑灯柱(1)的空心灯柱座(2),位于灯柱(1)顶部的方形信号灯外壳(3),位于信号灯外壳(3)内的远程信号LED灯(4),倾斜安装于信号灯外壳(3)顶部的太阳能电池板(5),以及均安装于空心灯柱座(2)内的太阳能控制器(6)、太阳能蓄电池(7)、太阳能电源板(8)、备用电源(9)、电压监测仪(11)、信号发射装置(12)、以及单片机(10),所述太阳能电池板(5)、太阳能控制器(6)、太阳能蓄电池(7)、太阳能电源板(8)、电压监测仪(11)和单片机(10)依次电连接,所述太阳能电源板(8)分别与备用电源(9)和远程信号LED灯(4)电连接,所述太阳能电源板(8)还通过继电器(12)电连接有外部供电电源(13),所述继电器(12)与单片机(10)电连接;所述远程信号LED灯(4)包括LED灯座(41),位于LED灯座(41)底部且与太阳能电源板(8)电连接的电源接口(42),固接于LED灯座(41)顶部外壁的LED灯体(43),位于LED灯体(43)顶端外壁的LED灯罩(44),所述LED灯座(41)内壁设有一层导热胶,所述LED灯体(43)外侧壁开设有两条以上空气对流槽(45),所述空气对流槽(45)围绕LED灯体(43)的轴线均匀分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型节能环保信号灯,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板(5)表面设有一层透明防水层,所述灯柱(1)上等距设有若干爬梯(14),所述所有爬梯(14)上均设有防滑垫。
