The seal ring 14 surrounds the bottom portion 122, and the seal ring 14 includes a top wall 142 and a plurality of spaced apart seal teeth 144 extending from the seal ring 14 away from the top portion 124, with adjacent seal teeth 144 and the top wall 142 together forming an annular vapor expansion chamber 146.
The seal teeth 144 are disposed around the body 12. The top wall 142 is disposed over the seal teeth 144. Referring to FIG. 3, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 3, the steam enters the steam chamber 126 from the top 124, spreads in the steam chamber 126, and reaches the surface to be cleaned, and a portion of the steam overflows from the periphery of the steam chamber 126 to the steam expansion chamber 146 surrounding the steam chamber 126 and reaches the surface to be cleaned.
According to the steam cleaning device 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the labyrinth sealing structure is additionally arranged on the periphery of the body 12, so that when the steam cleaning device 10 is contacted with the surface to be cleaned, the sealing performance is better, the overflow of steam is reduced, and the temperature of the steam acting on the surface to be cleaned is increased. The setting of steam cavity 126 also makes steam evenly diffuse in the cavity for treat that clean surface temperature distributes evenly, improved effective heating area, promote clean effect, promote user experience.
Further, the plurality of layers of steam expansion cavities 146 surrounding the body 12 form a labyrinth structure, and the gas flows in the labyrinth structure and forms a sealing structure through the sealing ring 14, so that the traditional towel or brush is replaced, accessories such as towels do not need to be additionally cleaned, the accessories do not need to be replaced, and the use convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, the steam cleaner 10 includes a body 12 and a gasket 14. The body 12 includes a bottom portion 122 and a top portion 124, the body 12 defines a steam cavity 126 passing through the bottom portion 122 and the top portion 124, and the bottom portion 122 defines an opening 1222 communicating with the steam cavity 126 for releasing steam. The seal ring 14 surrounds the bottom portion 122, and the seal ring 14 includes a top wall 142 and a plurality of spaced apart seal teeth 144, with adjacent seal teeth 144 and the top wall 142 defining a vapor expansion chamber 146.
The lower surface of the seal tooth 144 is coplanar with the base 122. That is, the lower surface of the seal tooth 144 is flush with the bottom 122.
Thus, when the steam cleaning device 10 acts on the surface to be cleaned, the sealing ring 14 can be well combined with the surface to be cleaned, thereby effectively reducing the overflow of steam, improving the sealing performance of the steam cleaning device 10 and further improving the cleaning effect.
