The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A service implementation method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a service implementation method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the service implementation method of this embodiment includes:
and step S102, acquiring service requirements.
The business requirement may be, for example, an order of a customer. Taking basic circuit type service requirement as an example, the service requirement may include a plurality of sites, each site may include parameters such as site address, circuit type, bandwidth requirement, and the like, and these parameters are presented according to a fixed format, so as to facilitate subsequent parsing and conversion.
And step S104, selecting the network resources meeting the service requirements according to the network information, and arranging the selected network resources to generate a service path.
for example, according to the site address and bandwidth requirements, in combination with the networking situation and the network element capability in the network information, the specifically adopted technical means of each site, such as ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode), ethernet, optical access, and the like, may be selected, and the corresponding network resources may be sequentially arranged.
and step S106, the service path is issued to the network manager so that the network manager can configure the relevant network elements according to the service path.
For example, the network manager may convert the determined technical means into commands such as allocating an IP (Internet Protocol) address, allocating a device port, adding a default route, and the like, so that the network element can implement service requirements.
By adopting the method of arranging network resources according to the service requirements and driving the network management to complete configuration, the service requirements can be automatically realized, manual adjustment is avoided, and the realization efficiency is high.
The service implementation may specifically include service provisioning and service adjustment. The service can be directly opened by the method, and for the specific method for adjusting the service, the following embodiments can be referred.
When a fault occurs in the network, such as a network element equipment fault, a board card fault, a port fault, etc., the network management equipment can report the fault in the form of an alarm. For the reported network fault, the following method can be specifically adopted for service adjustment: firstly, acquiring network fault information, and inquiring affected service requirements according to the network fault information; then, selecting network resources meeting the affected service requirements from the available network resources, and arranging the selected network resources to generate a new service path; and finally, issuing the new service path to the network manager so that the network manager configures the relevant network element according to the new service path. By adopting the method, the network element in the new path does not contain the network element with the fault, thereby ensuring the use of the service.
in addition to the potential for failure in the network, network degradation may also occur. For both types of network events, in addition to the direct re-computation to generate a new path, only the network element in question can be replaced. For example, the following method may be employed: firstly, acquiring a network event, and inquiring affected service requirements according to the network event; then, determining the affected network resources in the current service path of the affected service demand according to the network event; next, selecting a substitute network resource of the affected network resource according to the network information, and generating a new service path according to the current service path of the affected service demand and the arrangement of the substitute network resource; and finally, issuing the new service path to the network manager so that the network manager configures the alternative network resource according to the new service path. When replacing a network element that causes a network degradation problem, the specific operation of configuring by the network manager may be: deleting the original equipment port, deleting the original equipment address, adding the new equipment port, adding the new equipment address, switching to the new route, setting the service quality grade on the new route, and the like, so that the original path is disconnected with the network element generating the network degradation problem, and the new network element is connected, thereby generating a new service path. It should be clear to those skilled in the art that other ways of configuring network resources may be used as needed, and are not described herein.
By adopting the method, only the network element with the problem can be replaced without readjusting the whole path, thereby improving the adjustment efficiency.
In the event of network degradation, since the event does not necessarily have a great influence on the service, it is determined whether the service causing the network degradation needs to be adjusted according to other conditions. For example, the decision whether to make traffic path adjustments may be based on quality of service requirements and network degradation of the affected traffic demands. If the service quality requirement corresponding to the service requirement is low, the service path may not be adjusted when slight network degradation occurs; if the service quality requirement corresponding to the service requirement is high, a new service path needs to be generated by adopting the method, so that the new path avoids the network element causing network degradation. For example, when a continuous packet loss alarm of a network element in a network is received, a real-time video call whose service requirement is sensitive to delay is inquired, so that it can be determined that the service has a high requirement on service quality. Therefore, a new service path which can bypass the network element generating the continuous packet loss can be generated by adopting the method.
