When the toggle plate is toggled outwards, the locking ring 111 drives the buckle to translate outwards, and when the toggle plate is released, the locking ring 111 returns to the original position. Firstly, the requirements of the torsion spring on the material and the process are much lower than those of the elastic sheet, so that the stability can be improved, the cost can be reduced, more importantly, the elastic direction of the torsion spring is matched with the translation direction of the pinch plate 11, and the application of the torsion spring to the invention is possible; and the traditional industrial connector only adopts an elastic sheet. Furthermore, the fixing column 104 for fixing the torsion spring is vertically fixed, i.e. perpendicular to the translation direction of the buckle plate 11, so that the translation of the buckle plate 11 is not hindered, the difficulty of design and production is greatly reduced, and the design and production cost is favorably reduced. In addition, the two ends of the torsion spring can move in a staggered manner, a larger stroke range can be provided for the snap fastener in the connecting seat 10 with limited space, and the buckle plate 11 can be reliably released.

Furthermore, a hook part is arranged on the cover plate 14, the cover plate 14 can move in a turnover mode, a groove matched with the hook part is formed in the plug 20, the cover plate 14 is turned over, after the plug 20 and the connecting seat 10 are installed in a matching mode, the hook part on the cover plate 14 is hooked into the groove of the plug 20 to achieve hooking, and therefore the connecting point can be provided with one more hook structure, and the plug 20 and the connecting seat 10 are connected more firmly.
The embodiment provides a plug 20 of an industrial connector, the plug 20 comprises a sleeve and a cable positioning structure fixed with one end of the sleeve 201; the sleeve 201 is an integral hollow main body, the sleeve 201 is hollow inside and is provided with a containing space for a cable connector; the outer wall of the sleeve 201 is provided with a retaining structure at an end adjacent to the cable positioning structure.
The plug 20 of the invention can realize the fixation of the cable joint and the matching with the seat of the industrial connector only by using one outer sleeve, and the clamping structure is directly formed on the outer wall of the sleeve 201 to form an integrated structure; the external structure of the whole socket is extremely simple. The simpler the structure is, the higher the integration degree is, the simpler the production and the manufacture are, the labor intensity of assembly is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency can be obviously increased; due to the simple structure of the product, the probability that a user may have problems between parts of the product when the user uses the product is reduced. In addition, the position of the clamping structure directly influences the design of the waterproof structure; if the screens structure sets up in telescopic open position, this screens structure just needs to be considered dodged in the design of waterproof construction, and the design can promote with the preparation degree of difficulty by a wide margin. The sleeve structure of the invention is close to one end of the connecting cylinder 12, the cylinder wall between the clamping structure and the open end of the sleeve can be integrally embedded into the seat, the seat can be provided with a waterproof structure within the range of the cylinder wall, avoiding of the clamping structure is not needed, the design difficulty of the waterproof structure is reduced, the contact area is larger, and the waterproof effect is better.

The clamping structure is characterized in that a concave pit is directly formed in the outer wall of the sleeve, and the clamping surface is directly supported on the wall of the sleeve, so that the clamping structure is not easily worn away in the repeated plugging process, and the service life of the clamping structure is prolonged.
The locking structure includes a snap ring surrounding the outer wall of the sleeve 201, or a plurality of protrusions 205 surrounding the sleeve, or a bayonet 207 penetrating the outer wall of the sleeve, and the structural form of the locking structure cooperates with the snap structure on the connection seat 10 to lock and fix the plug 20 and the connection seat 10.
According to the clamping structure, the pits are directly formed in the outer wall of the sleeve 201, the clamping surface is directly supported on the wall of the sleeve, the clamping surface is not easily worn away in the repeated plugging and unplugging process, and the service life of the clamping structure is prolonged. Meanwhile, the clamping structure is a through hole directly formed in the outer wall of the sleeve, the bayonet directly depends on the wall of the sleeve, and the clamping structure is not easy to wear off in the repeated plugging process, so that the service life of the clamping structure is prolonged.
As a further improvement of this embodiment, the cable positioning structure includes a nut 21, a clamping coil 22, a fixing component 23 and a waterproof water ring 24, the cable connector includes a plastic core 25, and one end of the plastic core 25 is provided with a conductive contact connected with the connecting seat; the other end is connected with a cable. The plastic core 25 is arranged in the sleeve, the coil clamping ring 22 and the waterproof water ring 24 are sleeved on the fixing component 23, and then the fixing component sleeved with the waterproof water ring 24 and the coil clamping ring 22 is connected to the sleeve 201 in a threaded mode through a nut.
This embodiment also can exchange the joint structure on plug 20 and the trip structure on connecting seat 10, is provided with the bulge promptly on connecting seat 10 and is used for the screens structure, is equipped with buckle 11 on plug 20, and drive buckle 11 makes buckle structure and the separable joint of screens structure on the buckle 11 fixed along opening direction translation.
Of course, the industrial connector of the embodiment is detachably and fixedly connected with a machine through the connecting socket 10 and the detachable and fixed connection between the plug 20 and the connecting socket 10, such as welding, or directly arranging the connecting socket 10 on the machine, so as to realize the detachable connection between the plug 20 and the machine, or fix the plug 20 and the connecting socket 10 and then fix the plug 20 and the connecting socket 10 with the machine.

the lock catch forms a lock ring of a closed loop structure; the pushing device comprises a snap fastener fixedly connected with the lock ring; the buckle is arranged on the inner side wall of the lock ring;
the seat is sunken from top to bottom to form a containing space, the sunken part forms a support table, the outer edge of the sunken part is a side wall, the buckle plate falls on the support table, and a through hole is formed in the center of the seat;
the plug comprises a sleeve embedded into the connecting seat and a fixed cylinder connected with the sleeve, and an installation space of a cable joint is arranged in the fixed cylinder;
the lock ring falls on the support table around the through hole of the seat, and after the plug is inserted into the lock ring, the lock ring surrounds the plug;
the lock catch comprises a first lock ring and a second lock ring which are open-looped, the first lock ring and the second lock ring are matched around the outer edge of the through hole of the seat to form a circular ring, a first snap fastener is connected onto the first lock ring, a second snap fastener is connected onto the second lock ring, the first snap fastener and the second snap fastener are symmetrically arranged, the elastic part comprises a third torsion spring and a fourth torsion spring, one end of the third torsion spring is fixedly connected with the first lock ring, the other end of the third torsion spring is connected onto the seat, one end of the fourth torsion spring is fixedly connected with the second lock ring, the other end of the fourth torsion spring is connected onto the seat, notches are symmetrically formed in the seat, the first snap fastener extends outwards to the outer side of the seat from the first lock ring along the notches, and the second snap fastener extends outwards to the outer side of the seat from the second;
the first locking ring and the second locking ring are respectively provided with an annular buckle, and the two annular buckle rings are matched around the outer edge of the opening of the connecting cylinder to form a closed ring body.
