The structure is arranged, the locking function of the circuit breaker is realized through the opening and closing operation device, and the circuit breaker can not be switched on under the arrearage state.
As a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 9-11, the locking member 33 is coaxially and cooperatively disposed on one side of the driving gear 31 close to the bottom surface of the first housing 1, the locking member 33 pushes against the interlocking locking member 6 during its rotation stroke, and when the actuating member 64 moves to the limit position of the driving groove 90 or the communication groove 12, the interlocking locking member 6 and the locking member 33 are locked during the stroke. In this embodiment, the limit positions are two ends corresponding to the driving groove 90 or the communication groove 12, and the two ends are an opening position and a closing position at which the actuator 64 is opened and closed, respectively. Therefore, the opening tripping action of the circuit breaker can be completed through the actuating piece, and the matching transmission process is as follows: the locking component 33 rotates along with the driving gear 31 and pushes the linkage locking component 6 to rotate, so that the actuating component 64 is driven to move to the limit position (namely, the opening position) of the driving groove 90 or the communication groove 12 and is kept, at the moment, the actuating component 64 and the driven part 93 in the circuit breaker transmit motion, the lock catch 92 further rotates under the action of the actuating component, the closing coordination of the trip catch 91 and the lock catch 92 is relieved, the opening operation of the circuit breaker is completed, after the circuit breaker is opened, the locking component 33 stops rotating and forms a locking structure with the linkage locking component at the opening position, and the locking function of the circuit breaker is realized.
As shown in fig. 12 to 13, the locking member 33 is preferably a cam, the cam is in an arc shape, the bottom surface of the first housing 1 is formed with an arc-shaped receiving groove 11 adapted to receive the cam, the driving gear is provided with a sector gear 32 on the other side opposite to the cam, the protruding extending direction of the cam is consistent with the sector opening orientation of the sector gear, and the driving gear 31 is coaxially linked with the cam and the sector gear. The arrangement of the structure can ensure that the sector gear and the cam are at approximately the same rotating position, so that the operation sequence of automatic opening and closing is not interfered, the normal and orderly closing and opening of the opening and closing control device are realized, and the performance of the transmission structure is optimized.
The linkage locking member in this embodiment is further described with reference to fig. 9-11 and 14:

The opening and tripping process of the circuit breaker is described through the linkage locking piece 6 and the cam: when the transmission matching part 62 is pushed by the cam, the cam rotates around the rotating end 61, and drives the driven rotating part 63 to rotate along the communicating groove by taking the rotating end 61 as a rotating center, so that the convex rod moves from the closing end position to the opening end position, and the opening operation of the circuit breaker is completed through the transmission matching of the convex rod and the driven part 93 on the lock catch.
In this embodiment, the locking structure formed by the linkage locking piece 6 and the locking component 33 is a matching structure in the opening locking state, and the following detailed description is made on the locking structure with reference to fig. 12 and 14: the locking structure includes a hook end formed on the locking member 33 and a notch groove 621 formed on the transmission fitting portion 62 and adapted to connect the hook end, and the hook end can form a locking fit in a hook form with the notch groove 621. In summary, especially in the arrearage brake-separating process, the locking component drives the linkage locking component to rotate, the convex rod of the linkage locking component drives the circuit breaker to perform brake-separating operation, after the brake-separating operation is completed, a locking fit in a hook form is formed by the hook end of the locking component and the gap groove of the linkage locking component, so that a locking function is realized, at the moment, the convex rod on the linkage locking component 6 is locked on the brake-closing position of the driving groove without action, and is abutted against the action of the driven part 93, so that the circuit breaker cannot be switched on, and the situation that the circuit breaker can be switched on continuously after the arrearage is avoided. Certainly, after the payment and power supply, the motor rotates to enable the locking part 33 to be far away from the linkage locking part 6 to rotate, and the locking cooperation with the linkage locking part 6 is released, and after the circuit breaker is switched on, the driven part 93 on the circuit breaker can drive the convex rod to be far away from the switching-on position of the driving groove, so that the normal switching-off and switching-on use of the circuit breaker is recovered. The structure arrangement can realize the automatic control of the corresponding functions of defaulting and paying by the user, and is quick and effective.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the driving cooperation of the partial closing operation device is explained, in this embodiment, the gear transmission mechanism includes a driving gear 2, a transmission gear 3 and a handle gear 4 which are sequentially in meshing transmission, the transmission gear 3 includes the driving gear 31, a cam and a sector gear, wherein the driving gear is preferably a bevel gear, the handle gear 4 can be in meshing transmission with the sector gear, and further, the handle gear 4 is synchronously operated with the handle of the circuit breaker through a linkage shaft 72 so as to drive the circuit breaker to close. The operation process of the opening and closing operation device in this embodiment is described below with reference to fig. 9 and 10: when the circuit breaker needs to be automatically opened, the motor 5 is linked with the driving gear to drive the driving gear to rotate, so that the cam on the driving gear 31 is driven to drive the linkage locking piece to quickly open the circuit breaker, and as shown in fig. 9, the circuit breaker is in an opening state; when the circuit breaker needs to be automatically switched on, the gear transmission mechanism continues to rotate under the driving of the motor, the sector gear 32 on the driving gear 31 is driven to be in meshed transmission with the handle gear, and then the circuit breaker handle 71 is driven to be switched on through the linkage shaft, as shown in fig. 10, the circuit breaker is in a switching-on state at the moment.
Example 3
This embodiment provides a circuit breaker, refer to fig. 1-fig. 2(A shows the circuit breaker, B shows divide-shut brake operating means), including the circuit breaker tripping device in embodiment 1 with install embodiment 2 in circuit breaker divide-shut brake operating means, circuit breaker divide-shut brake operating means sets up in with the circuit breaker in the opposite side of trip shaft orientation, therefore has naturally all advantages that bring because of setting up above-mentioned circuit breaker tripping device and divide-shut brake operating means, can realize long-range divide-shut brake control through cooperating with the prepayment ammeter, and satisfy the intelligent requirement of the power supply network of our country.
As shown in fig. 5 and 8, the circuit breaker further includes a second housing 9, a linkage mechanism and a contact mechanism are disposed in the second housing, and the linkage mechanism can drive a moving contact and a fixed contact in the contact mechanism to contact or separate. In a specific embodiment, the linkage mechanism comprises a breaker handle 71, a holder assembly 94, and a jumper 91 and a lock catch 92 rotatably disposed on the holder assembly, wherein the breaker handle 71 is rotatably connected to the jumper 91 through a link, so that the breaker handle is rotated to pull the jumper through the link (not shown); the moving contact is installed in cooperation with the supporting frame assembly and acts synchronously with the supporting frame assembly 94, and the supporting frame assembly is composed of two supporting frames which are coaxially arranged in a linkage mode. When the trip buckle 91 and the lock catch 92 are locked together in a linkage matching manner, a rotating acting force is applied to the support frame assembly 94, the support frame assembly 94 drives the moving contact to be in contact with the fixed contact, the circuit breaker is switched on, once the trip buckle 91 and the lock catch 92 are unlocked by stress and are tripped and separated, the circuit breaker is switched off rapidly, and meanwhile the support frame assembly rapidly returns under the action of the reset elastic piece.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A circuit breaker trip mechanism comprising: the tripping device comprises a tripping buckle (91) and a lock catch (92) which are rotatably arranged in the circuit breaker, wherein the tripping buckle (91) and the lock catch (92) have a locking state and a tripping state; the method is characterized in that:
a driven part (93) is formed on one side of the lock catch (92) opposite to the side of the release shaft in the circuit breaker;
further comprising: the circuit breaker is provided with a driving groove (90) corresponding to the driven part (93), an actuating piece (64) extends into the circuit breaker through the driving groove (90) and is arranged in a linkage manner with the driven part (93), and the actuating piece (64) acts along the driving groove (90) and drives the jump buckle (91) and the lock buckle (92) to transit from a locking state to a tripping state;
a locking member (33) stroke-locked with the actuator (64) when the actuator (64) moves to the drive groove (90) limit position.

A circuit breaker trip mechanism according to claim 1, wherein: the driven part (93) is a groove formed in one side, facing the driving groove (90), of the lock catch (92), one end, extending into the breaker, of the actuating piece (64) is accommodated in the groove, the actuating piece (64) drives the driven part (93) to move to a brake opening position when the breaker is opened, and the actuating piece (64) is driven by the driven part (93) to return to a brake closing position when the breaker is closed.
3. A circuit breaker opening and closing operation device, used in conjunction with the circuit breaker tripping mechanism of claim 1 or 2, for driving the circuit breaker tripping mechanism to perform a tripping action, comprising:
the circuit breaker comprises a first shell (1), wherein a motor (5), a gear transmission mechanism and a linkage locking piece (6) are arranged in the first shell, the motor drives the gear transmission mechanism to act, the linkage locking piece (6) can be driven by the gear transmission mechanism, and the gear transmission mechanism drives a breaker handle (71) to execute the closing operation of the circuit breaker;
the first shell (1) further comprises a communication groove (12) which is arranged corresponding to the driving groove (90);
the actuating piece (64) and the linkage locking piece (6) are arranged in a linkage mode and extend into the circuit breaker through the communication groove (12) and the driving groove (90).
4. The circuit breaker opening and closing operation device according to claim 3, wherein:
the gear transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear (2) linked with the motor (5) and a driving gear (31) meshed with the driving gear (2), and a handle gear for driving the driving gear (31) and the handle of the breaker.
5. The circuit breaker opening and closing operation device according to claim 4, wherein:
the driving gear (31) is provided with a locking component (33), and the locking component (33) can drive the linkage locking piece (6) to act so that the actuating piece (64) drives the circuit breaker to trip; the linkage locking piece (6) and the locking part (33) form a locking structure when the breaker is opened so as to keep the breaker handle incapable of being manually closed in an opening state; and releasing the locking structure when the circuit breaker is switched on.
6. The circuit breaker opening and closing operation device according to claim 5, wherein:
the locking component (33) is coaxially arranged on one side, close to the bottom surface of the first shell (1), of the driving gear (31) in a linkage mode, the locking component (33) pushes the linkage locking piece (6) in the rotating stroke of the locking component, and when the actuating piece (64) moves to the limit position of the driving groove (90) or the communication groove (12), the linkage locking piece (6) and the locking component (33) are locked in a stroke mode.
7. The circuit breaker opening and closing operation device according to claim 6, wherein:
the locking component (33) is a cam which is arc-shaped, and an arc-shaped containing groove (11) suitable for containing the cam is formed in the bottom surface of the first shell (1); the other side of the driving gear, which is opposite to the cam, is provided with a sector gear (32), and the protruding extending direction of the cam is consistent with the sector opening of the sector gear.
8. The circuit breaker opening and closing operation device according to claim 7, wherein:

A circuit breaker, comprising the circuit breaker tripping mechanism according to claim 1 or 2, and the circuit breaker opening and closing operation device according to any one of claims 3 to 10, the circuit breaker opening and closing operation device being provided on a side opposite to a direction of a tripping axis in the circuit breaker, further comprising:
