Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the file image scanning storage sharing apparatus of the present embodiment, since the plurality of directory storage units have different directory names and are set according to the attribution classification, it is possible to store the file image corresponding to the attribution classification; the sharing authority storage part can store user names of users, user passwords corresponding to the user names and at least one directory name indicating that the users have sharing authority; the picture storage part can at least store a catalog storage selection picture; the input display part can display a catalog storage selection picture to enable a user to select a catalog name corresponding to the attribution classification of the user; the scanning acquisition part can scan a file provided by a user and acquire a file image; the storage processing unit can store the acquired file image in a directory storage unit corresponding to the directory name based on the input directory name; the communication part can at least obtain the sharing requirement of the user from the user terminal and further obtain the user name and the user password from the user terminal; the authority acquisition part can acquire at least one directory name corresponding to the sharing authority of the user from the sharing authority storage part according to the acquired user name and the user password; the shared communication control unit can control the user terminal to perform shared communication only with the directory storage unit corresponding to the directory name based on the acquired directory name and the terminal identification information corresponding to the user terminal, so that the user can select the attribution classification of the file before scanning, and correspondingly store the file image in the directory storage unit having the directory name corresponding to the attribution classification after scanning, thereby realizing classified storage of the file image.
Further, after the user operates the user side terminal to input the user name and the user password, the file image scanning, storing and sharing device obtains the directory name with the sharing authority corresponding to the user through the authority obtaining part, and controls the user terminal to share and communicate with only the directory storing part corresponding to the directory name according to the obtained directory name and the terminal identification information corresponding to the user terminal, so that the user can operate the directory storing part with the sharing authority, and the directory storing part without the sharing authority can not be operated.
The screen storage unit also stores a keyword input screen, the input display unit can display the keyword input screen and allow the user to input a keyword for marking the current document image, and the directory storage unit can store the input keyword and the corresponding document image. The document image scanning, storing and sharing device is provided with an attribution keyword storage part which can correspondingly store different attribution keywords and different attribution classifications, an acquisition judging part which can acquire the current keyword input by a user and judge whether the attribution keyword exists in the current keyword, a consistency judging part which can further judge whether the classification name corresponding to the consistent classification keyword is consistent with the current classification name when the judging result of the acquisition judging part is that the attribution keyword exists, and a prompt information generating part which can generate prompt information and send the prompt information to the management terminal through a communication network by a communication part when the judging result of the consistency judging part is not consistent, so that the management terminal can process and adjust the prompt information. Therefore, the classification storage process of the files scanned and stored by the user can be automatically judged, possible storage errors can be found, and the management terminal can be used for adjustment.
In addition, the management terminal includes a management-side screen storage unit, a management-side input display unit, and a management-side communication unit, and the file image scanning, storing and sharing device further includes a creation unit, the management-side screen storage unit stores a directory storage unit creation screen, the management-side input display unit can display the directory storage unit creation screen to allow a manager to input a directory name and creation information, the management-side communication unit can transmit the directory name and creation information input by the manager to the file image scanning, storing and sharing device, and the creation unit of the file image scanning, storing and sharing device creates a new directory storage unit corresponding to the directory name based on receiving the directory name and creation information input by the manager, so that the manager can create a new directory storage unit in the management terminal.
In addition, the management terminal is also provided with a management side control part and a management side picture storage part, the management side picture storage part is also stored with a prompt informing picture, when the management terminal receives the prompt information sent by the file image scanning, storing and sharing device, the management side input display part displays the prompt informing picture to be processed by a manager, so the manager operating the management terminal can monitor the storage process in time and intervene and correct the error in the storage process, and the disorder of the classification of the files caused by the misoperation of a user is prevented.

Claims (10)

1. A document image scanning, storing and sharing apparatus, directly connected in communication with a plurality of user terminals used by users and having terminal identification information and associated with different attribution classifications, for scanning a document to obtain a document image and storing the document image, so as to allow a predetermined number of the user terminals to share the document image, comprising:
a plurality of directory storage units having different directory names, each of which is set according to the attribution classification, and stores the file images corresponding to the attribution classification;
a sharing authority storage unit that stores a user name of the user, a user password corresponding to the user name, and at least one directory name indicating that the user has sharing authority;
a screen storage unit for storing at least a directory storage selection screen;
an input display unit for displaying the catalog storage selection screen to allow the user to select the catalog name corresponding to the attribution classification of the user;
a scanning acquisition unit that scans a file provided by the user and acquires the file image;
a storage processing unit that stores the acquired file image in the directory storage unit corresponding to the directory name based on the input directory name;
a communication section that acquires at least a sharing request of the user from the user terminal and further acquires a user name and a user password from the user terminal;
an authority acquisition unit configured to acquire at least one directory name corresponding to the sharing authority of the user from the sharing authority storage unit according to the acquired user name and the user password;
and the shared communication control part controls the user terminal to carry out shared communication only with the directory storage part corresponding to the directory name according to the acquired directory name and the terminal identification information corresponding to the user terminal, so that the user operates the directory storage part with sharing authority through the user terminal.
