Abstract

内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,包括由两片钢板压制而成的带有前水箱的前散热板体和带有后水箱的后散热板体,在前散热板体与后散热板体之间有散热翅片,前,后水箱通过分流器与供热水管相连通;在前散热板体和后散热板体之间有竖管,竖管上端接上四通,上四通的两个口分别与前水箱内的前上分流器和后水箱内的后上分流器相连通,上四通的一个口与竖管上端口相接,上四通的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成上侧孔;竖管的下端接进水口,进水口的侧面通过连接管连接有下四通,下四通的两个口分别与前水箱内侧的前下分流器和后水箱内侧的后下分流器相连通,下四通的一个口朝下侧,一个口朝侧面。结构简单,散热器表面温度均匀一致,散热效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热器,特别是一种内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器。
背景技术
散热器是居民家庭、宾馆、办公场所等常用的取缓设施,由于钢板压制成型的板式散热器具有成本低,散热效果好等优点,市场需求量不断增大,现有的钢制板式散热器包括由两片钢板压制而成的带有前水箱的前散热板体、由两片钢板压制而成的带有后水箱的后散热板体,在前散热板体与后散热板体之间分别连接有前翅片和后翅片,相互连通的前水箱和后水箱通过分流器与供热水管相连通。这种结构的散热器包括卧式和立式,其中立式结构的上下尺寸较大,现有的立式结构的下部进热水后,经常出现上部温度低于下部温度的情况,由于热水自下部进入后自下部回流,温度是逐渐向上升高的,多数立式散热器上部温度明显低于下部温度,影响了散热效果,严重时中间往上均没有温度,特别是在水压低或不足的情况下更为明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、整个散热器温度均匀一致、散热效果好、提高散热效率的内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,包括由两片钢板压制而成的带有前水箱的前散热板体、由两片钢板压制而成的带有后水箱的后散热板体,在前散热板体与后散热板体之间分别连接有前翅片和后翅片,相互连通的前水箱和后水箱通过分流器与供热水管相连通;在前散热板体和后散热板体之间有竖向设置的竖管,竖管上端接有上四通,上四通的两个口分别与前水箱内的前上分流器和后水箱内的后上分流器相连通,上四通的一个口与竖管上端口相接,上四通的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成上侧孔;
竖管的下端接有进水口,进水口的侧面通过连接管连接有下四通,下四通的两个口分别与前水箱内侧的前下分流器和后水箱内侧的后下分流器相连通,下四通的一个口朝向散热器的下侧并形成出水口,下四通的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成下侧孔。
本发明的内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,由有内置式竖管,热水自散热器下部的进水口进入后直接沿竖管向上,先向位于散热器上部的前、后水箱供热水,然后逐渐向下,保证了散热器的上部具有温度,明显克服了散热器温度不均、上部不热的弊端,整个散热器温度均匀一致,散热效果好,提高散热效率,结构简单,并不受水压的影响。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示:本发明的内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,包括由两片钢板压制而成的带有前水箱3的前散热板体1、由两片钢板压制而成的带有后水箱7的后散热板体9,前水箱3和后水箱4为多个并横向平行排列(如图2)。在前散热板体1与后散热板体9之间分别连接有前翅片11和后翅片10。相互连通的前水箱3和后水箱7通过分流器与供热水管相连通。在前散热板体1和后散热板体9之间有竖向设置的竖管12,竖管12上端接有上四通4,上四通4的两个对称的口分别与前水箱3内的前上分流器2和后水箱7内的后上分流器8相连通,上四通4的一个口与竖管12上端口相接,上四通4的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成上侧孔6。
竖管12的下端接有进水口19,进水口19的侧面通过连接管18连接有下四通16。下四通16的两个对称的口分别与前水箱3内侧的前下分流器15和后水箱7内侧的后下分流器13相连通。下四通16的一个口朝向散热器的下侧并形成出水口17,下四通16的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成下侧孔14。
上侧孔6和下侧孔14为工艺孔,安装后可用丝堵封堵。进水口19与供水装置相接,出水口17与回水相接,形成循环。
本发明的内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,由有内置式竖管12,热水自散热器下部的进水口19进入后直接沿竖管12向上,先向位于散热器上部的前水箱3和后水箱7内供热水,然后逐渐向下,保证了散热器的上部具有温度,明显克服了散热器温度不均、上部不热的弊端,整个散热器温度均匀一致,散热效果好,提高散热效率,结构简单,并不受水压的影响。

Claims (1)

1.一种内置进水管立式钢制板式散热器,包括由两片钢板压制而成的带有前水箱(3)的前散热板体(1)、由两片钢板压制而成的带有后水箱(7)的后散热板体(9),在前散热板体(1)与后散热板体(9)之间分别连接有前翅片(11)和后翅片(10),相互连通的前水箱(3)和后水箱(7)通过分流器与供热水管相连通;其特征在于:在前散热板体(1)和后散热板体(9)之间有竖向设置的竖管(12),竖管(12)上端接有上四通(4),上四通(4)的两个口分别与前水箱(3)内的前上分流器(2)和后水箱(7)内的后上分流器(8)相连通,上四通(4)的一个口与竖管(12)上端口相接,上四通(4)的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成上侧孔(6);
竖管(12)的下端接有进水口(19),进水口(19)的侧面通过连接管(18)连接有下四通(16),下四通(16)的两个口分别与前水箱(3)内侧的前下分流器(15)和后水箱(7)内侧的后下分流器(13)相连通,下四通(16)的一个口朝向散热器的下侧并形成出水口(17),下四通(16)的一个口朝向散热器的侧面并形成下侧孔(14)。
