Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of donkey-hide gelatin production and processing, and particularly relates to a donkey-hide gelatin drying system and a technology thereof.
Background
Donkey-hide gelatin is a nutritive tonic with very high value, and is made up of donkey hide as main raw material, auxiliary materials in different proportions, through such technological steps as steaming, boiling, shaping, slicing, drying and polishing.
After the donkey-hide gelatin is extracted, the donkey-hide gelatin needs to be dried and shaped, and then is sold as a finished product after the processes of rubbing, printing and the like. An important link in the whole production process when the donkey-hide gelatin is dried directly influences the production period and is the resistance for accelerating the production of the donkey-hide gelatin.
The drying of the donkey-hide gelatin is different from common food materials, the temperature of the donkey-hide gelatin cannot be increased in the early drying stage, otherwise, the appearance of the gelatin block is difficult to ensure. If the moisture on the surface of the donkey-hide gelatin is evaporated too fast, the difference between the moisture and the moisture in the donkey-hide gelatin is too large, and cracks or cracks are easily generated on the surface of the gelatin block, so that the humidity in a drying chamber in the drying process needs to be ensured. In addition, in the later stage of drying, under the condition that the moisture content of the donkey-hide gelatin is low, the migration speed of the moisture in the donkey-hide gelatin is very low, so that the drying efficiency of the conventional drying mode is very low. In addition, the donkey-hide gelatin needs to be turned over and flattened continuously in the process of drying the donkey-hide gelatin, which wastes time and labor.

C. sampling and testing the moisture of the dry glue, collecting the glue when the moisture of the glue blocks is less than or equal to 15.0%, and packaging and warehousing.
Furthermore, in the step C, a damp towel is needed to wipe the surface of the donkey-hide gelatin block before packaging in a warehouse.
The donkey-hide gelatin block drying system and the process thereof have the advantages of low equipment energy consumption, low manufacturing cost and simple operation, the system automatically finishes the whole drying process after the donkey-hide gelatin blocks are placed in the system, meanwhile, the donkey-hide gelatin blocks are automatically flattened in the drying process, the forming effect of the dried donkey-hide gelatin blocks is good, the moisture in the donkey-hide gelatin blocks is easy to separate out efficiently, the whole process does not need manual intervention, and the drying requirement of the donkey-hide gelatin can be quickly finished with high quality.

C. sampling and testing the moisture of the dry glue, collecting the glue when the moisture of the glue block is less than or equal to 15.0 percent, wiping the surface of the donkey-hide gelatin block by a damp towel, packaging and warehousing.
