本发明提供了一种侧入式LED面板灯的导光板,其特征在于:所述导光板具有入光面、出光面和导光结构,所述入光面设置在导光板的左右两侧,所述出光面设置在导光板底面,所述导光结构设置在出光面上,所述导光结构包括多个规则的连续邻接的半圆弧体,相邻半圆弧体通过小半圆弧体连接,所述半圆弧体的半径R为0.16mm,半圆弧体的宽度L为0.4mm,半圆弧体的深度H为0.08mm,小半圆弧体的半径r为0.094mm,本发明的光均匀度及各角度的出光效率可达最佳化,导光效能从原来的80%提升为85%,光的均匀度有原来的83%提升为90%,使得导光板导出的光能高度均匀,不会出现暗区和亮边。

一种侧入式LED面板灯的导光板
技术领域
本发明涉及灯饰导光板技术领域,特别涉及一种侧入式LED面板灯的导光板。
背景技术
LED面板灯是一款高档的室内照明灯具,其外边框由铝合金经阳极氧化而成,光源为LED,整个灯具设计美观简洁、大气豪华,既有良好的照明效果,又能给人带来美的感受。LED面板灯设计独特,光经过高透光率的导光板后形成一种均匀的平面发光效果,照度均匀性好、光线柔和、舒适而不失明亮,可有效缓解眼疲劳。LED面板灯还能防辐射,不会刺激孕妇、老人、儿童的皮肤。
侧入式LED面板灯的导光板是将LED光源从侧面射入的光线改变传播方向,转变为正面出射的均匀的面光源,光线在进入导光板内后将发生全反射而不能够从导光板中射出,所以导光板的下表面设置有导光结构,通过导光结构的散射作用破坏光线的全反射条件,使光线能够均匀的从正面出射。
如图1到图3所述的,现有技术中的侧入式LED面板灯的导光板,采用亚克力板加工成型,其包括入光面、出光面和导光结构,该导光结构为多个规则的连续邻接的半圆弧体,相邻半圆弧体通过V字形连接,现有技术该半圆弧体的半径为0.16mm,半圆弧体的宽度为0.3mm,半圆弧体的深度为0.07mm。但上述现有设计,由于光的均匀度低、导光效率低,会有暗区和亮边的情况出现,经显微观察,是由于光均匀度及各角度出光效率仍未达最佳化,存在需要再精进的空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种光均匀度及各角度的出光效率可达最佳化的侧入式LED面板的灯导光板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种侧入式LED面板灯的导光板,所述导光板具有入光面、出光面和导光结构,所述入光面设置在导光板的左右两侧,所述出光面设置在导光板底面,所述导光结构设置在出光面上,所述导光结构包括多个规则的连续邻接的半圆弧体,相邻半圆弧体通过小半圆弧体连接,所述半圆弧体的半径R为0.16mm,半圆弧体的宽度L为0.4mm,半圆弧体的深度H为0.08mm,小半圆弧体的半径r为0.094mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过将原来宽度为0.3mm的半圆弧体调整为0.4mm、原来半圆弧体的深度H为0.07mm,现调整为0.08mm,以及将原来半圆弧体通过V字形连接,现在通过小半圆弧连接,并且该小半圆弧的半径为0.094,故导光板在工作时, LED发出的光线经过导光板,而改变了传播方向,转变为从出光面出射的均匀的面光源,光线在进入导光板内后将发生全反射而不能够从导光板中射出,所以导光板的下表面设置有导光结构,通过导光结构的散射作用破坏光线的全反射条件,使光线能够均匀的从正面出射,该导光结构为多个规则的连续邻接的半圆弧体,相邻半圆弧体通过小半圆弧体连接,该小半圆弧体结构和V字形结构相比,小半圆弧体机构由于是圆弧形的导光的面积更大,而且圆弧所导出的光更为均匀,而V字形结构会使得导出的光线更为集中,从而使光均匀度及各角度的出光效率可达最佳化,导光效能从原来的80%提升为85%,光的均匀度有原来的83%提升为90%,使得导光板导出的光能高度均匀,不会出现暗区和亮边。

以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明:
如图4到图6所示的一种侧入式LED面板灯的导光板,所述导光板具有入光面1、出光面2和导光结构,所述入光面1设置在导光板的左右两侧,所述出光面2设置在导光板底面,所述导光结构设置在出光面2上,所述导光结构包括多个规则的连续邻接的半圆弧体4,相邻半圆弧体4通过小半圆弧体5连接,所述半圆弧体4的半径R为0.16mm,半圆弧体4的宽度L为0.4mm,半圆弧体4的深度H为0.08mm,小半圆弧体5的半径r为0.094mm。
本实施例的工作原理为:首先光源为LED光源,在导光板的入光面上分别设置LED光源,LED发出的光线经过导光板,而改变了传播方向,转变为从出光面2出射的均匀的面光源,光线在进入导光板内后将发生全反射而不能够从导光板中射出,所以导光板的下表面设置有导光结构,通过导光结构的散射作用破坏光线的全反射条件,使光线能够均匀的从正面出射,该导光结构为多个规则的连续邻接的半圆弧体4,相邻半圆弧体4通过小半圆弧体5连接,该小半圆弧体5结构和V字形结构相比,小半圆弧体5结构由于是圆弧形的导光的面积更大,而且圆弧所导出的光更为均匀,而V字形结构会使得导出的光线更为集中,从而使光均匀度及各角度的出光效率可达最佳化,导光效能从原来的80%提升为85%,光的均匀度有原来的83%提升为90%,使得导光板导出的光能高度均匀,不会出现暗区和亮边。
