The stop valve is used as an operable manual switch valve for disconnecting the refrigerant passage before the air conditioner is installed and connecting the refrigerant passage after the air conditioner is installed.
The stop valve comprises a valve body 1 which is in a hollow cylindrical shape, a valve cavity 11 is formed in the valve body 1, and a valve rod 2 is arranged in the valve cavity 11 and is matched with the valve body through a thread pair. The valve rod 2 can move up and down in the valve cavity 11 under the action of the thread pair, and when the valve rod 2 moves down to the limit position, the valve port 41 arranged on the valve seat 4 can be closed.
A pipe connecting end 5 and a filling end 6 are arranged on the periphery of the valve body 1, wherein the pipe connecting end 5 is used for the circulation of refrigerant, and the filling end 6 is used for filling the refrigerant into the system. It should be noted that the filling end 6 is made as an integral structure with the valve body 1, so that filling can be facilitated. It is also possible in the art to provide the filling end 6 not on the periphery of the valve body 1, but on other parts of the system. I.e. the filling end 6 is not an essential part constituting the shut-off valve.
As shown in fig. 4, the pipe connecting end 5 extends along the radial direction of the outer circumference of the valve body 1 and is connected with a first pipe connecting 7, and the lower end of the valve body 1 is fixedly connected with the valve seat 4, and the two can be fixedly connected by welding or the like.
The valve seat 4 is a cylindrical member composed of multiple steps, and has a first step 42 and a second step 43 on its outer circumferential surface for engaging with the valve body, and a third step 44 provided on the inner circumferential wall of the valve seat for engaging with the second connecting pipe 8, wherein the first step 42 has an outer diameter larger than that of the second step 43. As a further technical solution, a fourth step 45 is provided on the top outer edge of the valve seat 4, so as to accommodate the solder flowing in when the soldering operation is performed.
The lower end of the valve body 1 is provided with a fixing portion 13 and an engaging portion 12, wherein the fixing portion 13 engages with the second step portion 43 of the valve seat 4, and the engaging portion 12 is adapted to engage with the mounting plate 3. The mounting plate 3 has mounting holes 31 for fixed connection to the system. In order to fit the mounting plate 3 and the valve body 1 tightly, the outer peripheral wall of the fitting portion 12 is shaped to fit the fitting hole 32 of the mounting plate 3. In the present embodiment, the fitting hole 32 has an inner hexagonal shape, and accordingly, the outer peripheral wall of the fitting portion 12 has an outer hexagonal shape, so that the fitting and the fitting can be tightly fitted without loosening. Of course, the structure of the matching hole 32 is not limited to the internal hexagon, and those skilled in the art can make various changes to the shapes of the matching hole 32 and the peripheral wall of the matching portion 12, such as a matching special-shaped hole, a pentagon, etc., which are also within the protection scope of the present application.
The inner peripheral wall of the fitting portion 12 is fitted with the first stepped portion 42 of the valve seat 4, so that when assembled in the direction shown in fig. 4, the mounting plate 3 is positioned in the space formed between the valve seat 4 and the valve body 1, and the lower end surface of the mounting plate 3 abuts on the abutment surface 46 of the valve seat 4.
Specifically, the valve body 1 may be made of a brass material, and the mounting plate may be made of a stainless material, so as to reduce the production cost.
According to the stop valve provided by the embodiment, the valve body and the mounting plate can be separately processed, different materials can be adopted, the stamping difficulty of a blank is reduced, the processing of the mounting plate is simplified, the problems that the stamping is poor and the qualification rate is influenced easily in the integral stamping of the valve body blank in the prior art are solved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
