The invention discloses a variable-pitch bearing 4 assembly, which comprises a fixed seat assembly 1, a first web plate 2, a second web plate 3 and a variable-pitch bearing 4, wherein an outer ring of the variable-pitch bearing 4 is fixed on a hub 6, an inner ring of the variable-pitch bearing 4 is connected with a blade 7, and the hub 6 and the blade 7 are respectively arranged on two sides of the variable-pitch bearing 4; the first web plate 2 is connected to the hub 6 side of the inner ring of the pitch bearing 4; the second web plate 3 is connected to the blade 7 side of the inner ring of the pitch bearing 4; the fixed seat assembly 1 is used for installing an actuator 9 hinge joint 9.1, the fixed seat assembly 1 is arranged on one side of the rotation axis of the variable-pitch bearing 4, and the bottom surface of the fixed seat assembly 1 is attached to the side of the first web plate 2 hub 6; the fixing seat assembly 1, the first web plate 2 and the second web plate 3 are connected together through a plurality of connecting bolts 5, a supporting structure 8 is arranged around the connecting bolts 5, and a plurality of surfaces which are attached to the blade 7 side of the first web plate 2 and the hub 6 side of the second web plate 3 are arranged on the supporting structure 8.
Further, the fixing base assembly 1 comprises a fixing base 1.1 and a pin shaft 1.2; the bottom surface 1.1.1 of the fixing seat is provided with a plurality of threaded holes 1.1.2; the middle part of the fixed seat 1.1 is provided with a hinge joint accommodating groove 1.1.3; the hinge joint accommodating groove 1.1.3 is internally provided with a first groove surface 1.1.4 and a second groove surface 1.1.5 which are parallel to the bottom surface 1.1.1 of the fixed seat; the first groove surface 1.1.4 is arranged on the side of the hub 6, a first pin shaft hole 1.1.6 is formed in the first groove surface 1.1.4, and the first pin shaft hole 1.1.6 penetrates through the top 1.1.7 of the fixing seat; the second groove surface 1.1.5 is arranged on the blade 7 side, a second pin shaft hole 1.1.8 is formed in the second groove surface 1.1.5, and the first pin shaft hole 1.1.6 is coaxial with the second pin shaft hole 1.1.8; taking the vertical plane of the axis of the first pin shaft hole 1.1.6 as a split surface, splitting the fixed seat 1.1 at the position of the hinge joint accommodating groove 1.1.3, wherein the section shape of the fixed seat 1.1 is C-shaped; one end of the pin shaft 1.2 is arranged in the first pin shaft hole 1.1.6, and the other end of the pin shaft 1.2 is arranged in the second pin shaft hole 1.1.8; the joint 9.1 of the actuator 9 is arranged between the first groove surface 1.1.4 and the second groove surface 1.1.5 of the joint receiving groove 1.1.3 and is articulated to the pin 1.2.
Further, through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the threaded holes 1.1.2 in the bottom surface 1.1.1 of the fixing seat, of the first web plate 2 and the second web plate 3, and the connecting bolts 5 sequentially penetrate through the through holes in the second web plate 3 and the first web plate 2 and are screwed into the threaded holes 1.1.2 in the fixing seat 1.1.
Further, the supporting structure 8 includes a group of small sleeves 14, the small sleeves 14 are cylindrical structural members with two open ends, the inner holes of the small sleeves 14 are larger than the diameters of the connecting bolts 5, each connecting bolt 5 passes through one small sleeve 14, one end of each small sleeve 14 is attached to the blade 7 side of the first web 2, and the other end of each small sleeve 14 is attached to the hub 6 side of the second web 3.

Claims (1)

1. The variable pitch bearing assembly comprises a fixed seat assembly, a first web plate, a second web plate and a variable pitch bearing, and is characterized in that an outer ring of the variable pitch bearing is fixed on a hub, an inner ring of the variable pitch bearing is connected with blades, and the hub and the blades are respectively arranged on two sides of the variable pitch bearing; the first web plate is connected to the hub side of the inner ring of the variable-pitch bearing; the second web is connected to the blade side of the inner ring of the variable-pitch bearing; the fixed seat assembly is used for installing an actuator hinge joint, and is arranged on one side of the rotation axis of the variable-pitch bearing, and the bottom surface of the fixed seat assembly is attached to the hub side of the first web plate; the fixing seat assembly, the first web plate and the second web plate are connected together through a plurality of connecting bolts, a supporting structure is arranged around the connecting bolts, and a plurality of surfaces which are attached to the blade side of the first web plate and the hub side of the second web plate are arranged on the supporting structure;
the fixed seat assembly comprises a fixed seat and a pin shaft; the bottom surface of the fixed seat is provided with a plurality of threaded holes; the middle part of the fixed seat is provided with a hinge joint accommodating groove; the hinge joint accommodating groove is internally provided with a first groove surface and a second groove surface which are parallel to the bottom surface of the fixed seat; the first groove surface is arranged on the hub side, a first pin shaft hole is formed in the first groove surface, and the first pin shaft hole penetrates through the top of the fixing seat; the second groove surface is arranged on the blade side, a second pin shaft hole is formed in the second groove surface, and the first pin shaft hole is coaxial with the second pin shaft hole; taking a vertical plane of the axis of the first pin shaft hole as a split surface, and splitting a fixing seat at the hinge joint accommodating groove, wherein the cross section of the fixing seat is C-shaped; one end of the pin shaft is arranged in the first pin shaft hole, and the other end of the pin shaft is arranged in the second pin shaft hole; the hinge joint of the actuator is arranged between the first groove surface and the second groove surface of the hinge joint accommodating groove and is hinged on the pin shaft;
the first web plate and the second web plate are provided with through holes at positions corresponding to the threaded holes on the bottom surface of the fixing seat, and the connecting bolts sequentially penetrate through the through holes on the second web plate and the first web plate and are screwed into the threaded holes on the fixing seat;
the supporting structure comprises an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are cylindrical structural members with openings at two ends, the inner sleeve is contained in the outer sleeve, an annular gap is formed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, connecting bolts are distributed in the annular gap, one ends of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are attached to the blade sides of the first web, and the other ends of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are attached to the hub sides of the second web;
or the supporting structure comprises a supporting cushion block, a plurality of through holes are formed in the supporting cushion block along the height direction of the supporting cushion block, connecting bolts penetrate through the through holes, one end of the supporting cushion block is attached to the blade side of the first web plate, and the other end of the supporting cushion block is attached to the hub side of the second web plate;
or the supporting structure comprises a baffle sleeve, the baffle sleeve consists of an outer sleeve and a baffle, the outer sleeve is a cylindrical structural member with two open ends, the inside of the outer sleeve is provided with a baffle which extends to the two ends of the outer sleeve in length, the baffle isolates the outer sleeve from a plurality of through holes, connecting bolts penetrate through the through holes, one end of the baffle sleeve is attached to the blade side of the first web, and the other end of the baffle sleeve is attached to the hub side of the second web;
or the supporting structure comprises a group of small sleeves, the small sleeves are cylindrical structural members with two open ends, the inner holes of the small sleeves are larger than the diameters of the connecting bolts, each connecting bolt penetrates through one small sleeve, one end of each small sleeve is attached to the blade side of the first web, and the other end of each small sleeve is attached to the hub side of the second web.
