The invention discloses an explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust cooling system, which comprises an exhaust manifold, an exhaust pipe, an exhaust elbow pipe and a water supplementing tank, wherein the auxiliary water pump is used for acquiring power; cooling water channels are arranged in the exhaust manifold, the exhaust pipe, the exhaust elbow and the water supplementing tank; the auxiliary water pump is arranged at the rear end of the air compressor of the diesel engine and is connected with the air compressor, the water inlet a1 of the auxiliary water pump is connected with the water outlet e3 of the water supplementing tank, and the water outlet a2 of the auxiliary water pump is connected with the water inlet b1 of the exhaust manifold and the water inlet c1 of the exhaust corrugated pipe; the water outlet c2 of the exhaust corrugated pipe is connected with the water inlet d1 of the exhaust bent pipe, and the water outlet d2 of the exhaust bent pipe and the water outlet b2 of the exhaust manifold are both connected with the water supply pipe ports e1 and e2 of the water supplementing tank. The exhaust system adopts an independent circulating cooling water way, so that the temperature of the exhaust system of the explosion-proof diesel engine is effectively reduced; the water supplementing function and the heat radiating function of the water supplementing tank are integrated into a whole, the structure is simple and compact, and the cost is low.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an explosion-proof diesel engine for mines, in particular to an exhaust cooling system of the explosion-proof diesel engine.
Background
The explosion-proof problem of various machine equipment related to mining must be considered, especially the underground operation of colliery, the power supply of the explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred car that adopts all adopts explosion-proof diesel engine, disposes tail gas washing case simultaneously, and the moisturizing case that supplies water to tail gas washing case. The surface temperature of the explosion-proof diesel engine system for the coal mine is lower than 150 ℃, so that the cooling circulation system is used for cooling the exhaust system after cooling the main engine of the diesel engine. The technical scheme adopted by the current domestic explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust cooling system is as follows:
in the prior art 1, an original machine water pump and a fan are utilized, the heat dissipation of an exhaust pipe is released by increasing the area of a radiator, and cooling liquid is shared. The problems with this solution are: the original water pump is fixed in flow, and when the area of the radiator is increased and the heat radiation requirement cannot be met, the scheme is unavailable; the exhaust system is generally composed of an exhaust manifold, an exhaust bellows, an exhaust elbow, etc., and the cooling liquid circulation between these components is connected by means of rubber pipes. When the exhaust system fails and the cooling liquid leaks, the cooling liquid in the diesel engine body is leaked, the cooling liquid is wasted, and the diesel engine cannot operate, so that the whole vehicle cannot move, and inconvenience is brought to road traffic and whole vehicle repair.
In the prior art 2, a water pump, a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic pump, a fan and a radiator are additionally arranged on the basis of the original machine, so that an independent cooling system is formed to cool the exhaust system. The problems with this solution are: the engine compartment space of the explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is limited, and the scheme causes certain pressure to the space arrangement of the whole vehicle; because the scheme increases a plurality of parts, the cost is greatly increased, and the competitive advantage of the whole machine is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust cooling system, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust system by using an independent circulating cooling water path, and has the advantages of simple and compact structure, small occupied space and low cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust cooling system comprises an exhaust manifold, an exhaust pipe, an exhaust elbow and a water supplementing tank; one end of the exhaust manifold is connected with the diesel engine, the other end of the exhaust manifold is connected with an exhaust elbow through an exhaust pipe, and the other end of the exhaust elbow is connected with an exhaust gas washing tank; the auxiliary water pump is used for acquiring power; the exhaust manifold, the exhaust pipe, the exhaust elbow and the water supplementing tank are respectively provided with a cooling water channel; the auxiliary water pump is arranged at the rear end of the air compressor of the diesel engine and is connected with the air compressor, the water inlet a1 of the auxiliary water pump is connected with the water outlet e3 of the water supplementing tank, and the water outlet a2 of the auxiliary water pump is connected with the water inlet b1 of the exhaust manifold and the water inlet c1 of the exhaust corrugated pipe; the water outlet c2 of the exhaust corrugated pipe is connected with the water inlet d1 of the exhaust bent pipe, and the water outlet d2 of the exhaust bent pipe and the water outlet b2 of the exhaust manifold are both connected with the water supply pipe ports e1 and e2 of the water supplementing tank.
The invention further provides the exhaust pipe which is a corrugated pipe.
In the invention, the water replenishing tank body is formed by welding metal steel plates.
In the invention, a side water outlet e4 of the water supplementing tank is connected with the tail gas washing tank.
The invention has the following advantages: (1) The exhaust system adopts an independent circulating cooling water way, so that the temperature of the exhaust system of the explosion-proof diesel engine can be effectively reduced, and the reliability of the whole vehicle is improved; (2) The water supplementing function and the heat radiating function of the water supplementing tank are integrated into a whole, the auxiliary water pump is arranged at the rear end of the air compressor of the engine and connected with the air compressor, and the structure is simple and compact and is easy to arrange and realize; (3) The scheme occupies less space, has lower cost and enhances the competitive advantage of the whole machine.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention relates to an explosion-proof diesel engine exhaust cooling system, which comprises a closed circulation waterway consisting of an exhaust manifold 4, an exhaust pipe 5, an exhaust elbow 6 and a water supplementing tank 1, and a secondary water pump 3 for acquiring power; cooling water channels are arranged in the exhaust manifold 4, the exhaust pipe 5, the exhaust elbow 6 and the water supplementing tank 1; one end of the exhaust manifold 4 is connected with the diesel engine 2, the other end of the exhaust manifold is connected with the exhaust elbow 6 through the exhaust pipe 5, and the other end of the exhaust elbow 6 is connected with the tail gas washing tank 7; the auxiliary water pump 3 is arranged at the rear end of the air compressor 21 of the diesel engine 2 and is connected with the air compressor 21, the water inlet a1 of the auxiliary water pump 3 is connected with the water outlet e3 of the water supplementing tank 1, and the water outlet a2 of the auxiliary water pump 3 is connected with the water inlet b1 of the exhaust manifold 4 and the water inlet c1 of the exhaust corrugated pipe 5; the water outlet c2 of the exhaust corrugated pipe 5 is connected with the water inlet d1 of the exhaust elbow pipe 6, and the water outlet d2 of the exhaust elbow pipe 6 and the water outlet b2 of the exhaust manifold 4 are respectively connected with the water supply pipe ports e1 and e2 of the water supply tank 1.
Based on the structure, the exhaust pipe 5 adopts a corrugated pipe, and as one end of the exhaust manifold 4 is connected with the engine and the other end is connected with the exhaust gas washing tank 7 through the exhaust pipe 5 and the exhaust bent pipe 6, vibration can be generated in the operation of the engine end, and the end of the exhaust gas washing tank 7 is static, so that flexible connection (the exhaust pipe 5) is needed for compensation. The water supplementing tank 1 is formed by welding metal steel plates, and has good heat dissipation effect. The capacity of the water supplementing tank can be properly increased, so that the heat dissipation area is increased. The side water outlet e4 of the water supplementing tank 1 is connected with the tail gas washing tank 7 to supplement water for the tail gas washing tank 7.
The auxiliary water pump 3 is arranged at the rear end of the engine air compressor 21, the auxiliary water pump 3 acquires power through the air compressor 21, a cooling water source is absorbed from the port of the water supplementing tank 1 e3, the port a1 of the cooling water source enters the auxiliary water pump 3, then flows out of the port a2 of the auxiliary water pump 3 and enters a cooling water channel in the exhaust manifold 4 through the port b1 and enters the cooling water channel in the exhaust corrugated pipe 5 through the port c1 to cool the exhaust manifold 4 and the exhaust corrugated pipe 5, the cooling water entering the exhaust manifold 4 flows back to the water supplementing tank 1 through the port b2 to form cooling circulation, the cooling water entering the exhaust corrugated pipe 5 enters the cooling water channel in the exhaust elbow 6 through the port c2, and finally flows back to the water supplementing tank 1 through the port d2 of the exhaust elbow 6 to form cooling circulation. The temperature of an exhaust system of the explosion-proof diesel engine can be effectively reduced, and the reliability of the whole vehicle is improved. Meanwhile, the water supplementing tank 1 supplements water for the tail gas washing tank 7 through the side water outlet e4, and the water supplementing function and the heat radiating function of the water supplementing tank are integrated into a whole.
