When assembling the base 10, the fixing screw 12 is first mounted to the base body 11 by screwing, and the screw fixing portion 121 corresponds to the base fixing portion 113, the mounting hole 201 should be large enough to allow the screw body 122 of the fixing screw 12 to fit into the base fixing portion 113, i.e., the shape of the mounting hole 201 matches the cross section of the base fixing portion 113 and the fixing screw 12 after being mounted, i.e., the size of the mounting hole 201 is equal to or smaller than the sum of the sizes of the base fixing portion 113 and the screw body 122. After the technical scheme is adopted, the fixing screw 12 is not easy to loosen from the mounting hole 201, so that the base 10 is not easy to loosen from the section bar 200.

Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, on the basis of embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, the present embodiment further provides a handle 100, which comprises a base 10, a handle 20 and a handle shaft 30, the handle shaft 30 comprises a handle mounting portion 31, a clamping portion 32 and a transmission portion 33, the clamping portion 32 is located between the handle mounting portion 31 and the transmission portion 33, the transmission portion 33 cooperates with other components to complete opening or closing of a control door and window, a handle mounting hole 112 is provided in the middle of the base body 11, the handle mounting hole 112 is located at the center of each fixing hole 111, a handle shaft through hole 202 is provided on the profile 200, the handle shaft through hole 202 is located at the center of 4 mounting holes 201, the handle shaft through hole 202 and the 4 mounting holes 201 are mutually communicated, the handle shaft 30 can enter the profile 200 through the handle shaft through hole 202, the handle mounting hole 112 corresponds to the handle shaft through hole 202, the handle shaft 30 passes through the handle shaft through hole 202, and the handle mounting portion 31 passes through the clamping portion 31 and is located at the bottom of the handle shaft through hole 20 or the profile 32, and is equal to the handle shaft profile 112 is located at the bottom of the handle shaft side of the handle shaft body 20.

Second, the combination of the base 10 and the profile 200 is stronger, so that the stability of the handle 100 is greatly increased. Furthermore, dividing the handle shaft 30 into three parts, namely the handle mounting part 31, the clamping part 32 and the transmission part 33, greatly simplifies the structure of the handle 100 and reduces some other unnecessary structures. In addition, because the fixing screw 12 is hidden in the section bar 200 and the base body 11, the base body 11 can be hidden in the handle 20, so that the base body 11 can not be seen when the handle 100 is mounted on the section bar 200, the material is saved, the user is prevented from colliding with the base body 11, and the appearance is attractive, exquisite and small, and three benefits are achieved.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, the handle 100 further includes a handle limiting unit 40, where the handle limiting unit 40 includes a steel ball 41, a spring 42, a spring mounting hole 43, a limiting pressing piece 44, and a limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45, where the spring mounting hole 43 is formed on the base body 11, the limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45 is formed on the handle mounting portion 31, and the limiting pressing piece 44 is formed with a limiting hole 411 and two or more positioning holes 412, and the limiting hole 411 and the limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45 are mutually clamped to fix the limiting pressing piece 44 at any position on the limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45, i.e. the position of the limiting pressing piece 44 on the handle shaft 30 can be adjusted. The spring 42 is installed in the spring installation hole 43, the steel ball 41 is installed between the spring 42 and the positioning hole 412, the diameter of the steel ball 41 is smaller than or equal to that of the spring installation hole 43 and larger than that of the positioning hole 412, when the handle 20 drives the handle shaft 30 to rotate in the handle installation hole 112, the limiting pressing piece 44 follows the handle shaft 30 to rotate and forces the steel ball 41 to retract into the spring installation hole 43, and when the positions of the steel ball 41 correspond to those of other positioning holes 412, the steel ball 41 is rebounded into the corresponding positioning hole 412.
In this embodiment, the limiting pressing piece 44 is a disc structure, the limiting hole 411 is formed in the middle of the limiting pressing piece 44, the spring mounting hole 43 and the positioning hole 412 are circular holes, the limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45 includes a plurality of clamping grooves 451, the clamping grooves 451 are uniformly distributed on the handle mounting portion 31, the limiting hole 411 can move on the limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45 under the action of external force, and when no external force or the external force is smaller, the limiting pressing piece clamping portion 45 is fixed in the limiting hole 411, i.e. the limiting pressing piece 44 is fixed on the handle shaft 30.
When the handle 100 is installed, the base 10 is firstly installed, the fixing screw 12 is firstly initially installed on the base body 11, then the handle installation part 31 passes through the handle installation hole 112, then the spring 42 is put into the spring installation hole 43, then the limiting pressing piece 44 is installed on the handle installation part 31 of the handle shaft 30 through the mutual clamping between the limiting hole 411 and the limiting pressing piece clamping part 45, meanwhile, the steel balls are put between the spring 42 and the positioning hole 412, the position of the limiting pressing piece 44 is adjusted, the spring 42 is in a compressed state, the handle shaft 30 is fixed on the base body 11 under the interaction between the clamping part 32 and the base body 11 and between the limiting pressing piece 44 and the spring 42 and the base body 11, then the lower ends of the handle shaft 30 and the fixing screw 12 pass through the handle shaft through hole 202 and the installation hole 201, the clamping part 32, the transmission part 33 and the screw fixing part 121 on the handle shaft 30 are positioned in the section bar 200, then the handle shaft 30 is rotated, the positioning hole 412 is rotated to the fixing hole 111, then the corresponding tool is used for rotating the fixing screw 12, the screw fixing part 121 is moved away from the base body 11, and the handle shaft 200 is installed on the base body 11, and the handle shaft 20 is fixed on the base body 20, and the handle body is installed on the base body 11, and the handle shaft 20 is clamped on the base body 20.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the limiting pressing piece 44 is fixed at a proper position on the limiting pressing piece clamping part 45 through the mutual clamping between the limiting hole 411 and the limiting pressing piece clamping part 45, the spring 42 is elastic to the limiting pressing piece 44, when the handle 20 drives the handle shaft 30 to rotate, the limiting pressing piece 44 also rotates along with the handle shaft, but the steel ball 41 and the spring 42 do not rotate, the steel ball 41 leaves the positioning hole 412 and is arranged in the spring mounting hole 43, after the handle 20 rotates for a certain angle, namely, when the position of the steel ball 41 corresponds to the position of another adjacent positioning hole 412, the steel ball 41 is rebounded into the corresponding positioning hole 412, so that the limiting and positioning of the handle are realized, and the hand feeling of a user using the handle is greatly enhanced.
In addition, because of the elastic force of the spring 42, the spring 42 has an acting force on the limit pressing piece 44 in a direction of keeping away from the base body 11, even if the handle 20 mounted on the handle shaft 30 has a trend of keeping away from the base body 11, the interaction between the clamping part 32 and the bottom of the base body 11 prevents the handle shaft 30 from keeping away from the base body 11, so that sliding friction between the handle 20 and the profile 200 is converted into rolling friction between the steel balls 41 and the limit pressing piece 44, and damage to the profile 200 by the handle 20 is reduced or even eliminated.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, the distance D between the center of the fixing hole 111 and the center of the handle mounting hole 112 is equal to the distance D between the center of the limiting hole 411 and the center of the positioning hole 412, and when the base 10 is mounted or dismounted, the limiting pressing piece 44 is driven to rotate so that the positioning hole 412 corresponds to the fixing hole 111, and the fixing screw 12 can be rotated through the positioning hole 412.
Specifically, when the handle limiting unit 40 is to be mounted on the base body 11 and the handle shaft 30, the limiting pressing piece 44 covers the fixing hole 111, so that an installer cannot directly rotate the fixing screw in the fixing hole 111, when the base 10 is mounted, the handle shaft 30 is rotated, the handle shaft 30 drives the limiting pressing piece 44 to rotate, the positioning hole 412 rotates to the fixing hole 111, then the fixing screw 12 is rotated by using a corresponding tool to pass through the positioning hole 412, the screw fixing portion 121 deviates from the mounting hole 201 and moves towards the bottom direction of the base body 11, and the screw fixing portion 121 and the base body 11 clamp the profile 200. When the base 10 is disassembled, the handle shaft 30 is rotated, the handle shaft 30 drives the limiting pressing piece 44 to rotate, the positioning hole 412 rotates to the fixing hole 111, then the fixing screw 12 is rotated through the positioning hole 412 by using a corresponding tool, the screw fixing part 121 moves away from the bottom of the base body 11, and the screw fixing part 121 corresponds to the mounting hole 201, so that the screw fixing part 121 is separated from the profile 200.
It should be noted that the distance D between the center of the fixing hole 111 and the center of the handle mounting hole 112 may be greater than the radius of the limiting presser 44, that is, the fixing hole 111 is located outside the range covered by the limiting presser 44, but this increases the size of the base body 11.
It should be emphasized that the distance D between the center of the fixing hole 111 and the center of the handle mounting hole 112 is equal to the distance D between the center of the limiting hole 411 and the center of the positioning hole 412, that is, the fixing hole 111 is covered by the limiting pressing piece 44, so that the size of the base body 11 can be greatly reduced, and the size of the handle 100 can be greatly reduced, on the one hand, the production cost of the handle 100 can be greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the handle 100 is attractive, elegant and simple.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, the number of the springs 42 is two or more, and the number of the steel balls 41, the spring mounting holes 43 and the positioning holes 412 is the same as the number of the springs 42.
In this embodiment, the number of the steel balls 41, the springs 42, the spring mounting holes 43 and the positioning holes 412 is four, the spring mounting holes 43 are uniformly distributed on the base body 11 in a circumferential arrangement, the center of the spring mounting hole 43 is a handle mounting hole 112, the four spring mounting holes 43 and the four fixing holes 111 are uniformly distributed on the same circumference, and the spring mounting holes 43 and the fixing holes 111 are distributed at intervals. The positioning holes 412 are circumferentially arranged and uniformly distributed on the limiting pressing pieces 44, when the handle limiting unit 40 is installed, the four springs 42 are respectively installed in the 4 spring installation holes 43, and the 4 steel balls 41 are respectively positioned between the 4 springs 42 and the 4 positioning holes 412; when the base body 11 is mounted on the profile 200, the handle shaft 30 is driven to drive the limiting pressing piece 44 to rotate for 45 degrees, so that the four positioning holes 412 respectively correspond to the four fixing holes 111, and then the corresponding tools are used for penetrating the positioning holes 412 to rotate the fixing screws 12, so that the screw fixing parts 121 deviate from the mounting holes 201 to move upwards, and the screw fixing parts 121 and the base body 11 clamp the profile 200; after the handle is installed, the handle 20 is at an initial position, and when the door and window are required to be opened, the handle 20 is used for driving the handle shaft 30 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the limiting pressing piece is driven to rotate 90 degrees, and the steel balls 41 are enabled to be converted in the adjacent positioning holes 412.
After the technical scheme is adopted, when the door and window are required to be opened or closed, after the handle shaft 30 is driven to rotate by 90 degrees by driving the handle 20, the steel balls 41 of the handle limiting unit 40 collide with the positioning holes 412 to enable the handle 20 to vibrate slightly and generate slight collision sound, and meanwhile, the steel balls 41 are matched with the positioning holes 412 to limit and position the handle, so that the hand feeling of a user is improved, and the user is reminded that the door and window can be opened or closed when rotating to the position.
It should be noted that the number of the springs 42 may be 2, 3 or other numbers, but the door and window are typically opened by rotating the handle 90 degrees in the conventional design, so the number of the steel balls 41, the springs 42, the spring mounting holes 43 and the positioning holes 412 is typically four.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, the handle mounting portion 31 includes a base body mounting portion 311 and a handle mounting portion 312, the base body mounting portion 311 is cylindrical, the clamping portion 32 is a raised ring structure at the lower end of the base body mounting portion 311, the handle mounting hole 112 is a circular hole and is adapted to the base body mounting portion 311, the base body mounting portion 311 is mounted in the handle mounting hole 112, the handle mounting portion 312 is square cylindrical, the limiting press piece clamping portion 45 is opened on the handle mounting portion 312, the limiting hole 411 is square, the handle mounting portion 312 is clamped in the limiting hole 411 through the limiting press piece clamping portion 45, and the handle mounting portion 312 is mounted on the handle 20.
When the handle 100 is mounted, the handle mounting portion 31 is passed through the handle mounting hole 112, and the base body mounting portion 311 is positioned in the handle hole mounting hole 112, that is, the base body 11 is positioned at the base body mounting portion 311.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the handle mounting portion 31 comprises a base body mounting portion 311 and a handle mounting portion 312, the base body mounting portion 311 and the handle 20 are convenient to assemble, the handle base body mounting portion 311 is cylindrical, the handle mounting hole 112 is a round hole, the handle shaft 30 is convenient to rotate in the handle mounting hole 112, the handle mounting portion 312 is cylindrical, the limit pressing piece clamping portion 45 is arranged on the handle mounting portion 312, the limit hole 411 is square, on one hand, the limit pressing piece 44 is convenient to move on the limit pressing piece clamping portion 45, and on the other hand, the handle shaft 30 is convenient to drive the limit pressing piece 44 to rotate. Further, the handle shaft 30 is driven to rotate by the handle 20 by the handle mounting portion 312 having a square column shape. Thus, the handle 100 is compact and reasonable in design.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, a slit hole 413 is disposed at each of four opposite corners of the limiting hole 411. After the technical scheme is adopted, a gap hole 413 is formed at each of four opposite angles of the limiting hole 411, so that the limiting hole 411 is more elastic, mutual buckling between the limiting hole 411 and the limiting pressing piece clamping part 45 is facilitated, and meanwhile, the limiting pressing piece 44 is facilitated to move on the limiting pressing piece clamping part 45.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 7-13, the handle 20 includes a holding portion 21 and a handle shaft mounting portion 22, the handle shaft mounting portion 22 is provided with a base body accommodating hole and a handle shaft mounting hole, the handle shaft mounting hole is located at the bottom of the base body accommodating hole, the base body accommodating hole starts from the bottom of the handle shaft mounting portion 22, the shape of the base body accommodating hole is adapted to the shape of the base body 11, the handle shaft mounting hole is a square hole and is adapted to the handle shaft mounting portion 312, the handle shaft mounting portion 312 is fixedly mounted in the handle shaft mounting hole, the base body 11 is accommodated in the base body accommodating hole, and the bottom of the handle shaft mounting portion 22 abuts against the profile 200.
In this embodiment, the handle shaft mounting portion 22 is further provided with a first threaded hole 223, the handle assembly hole is communicated with the first threaded hole 223, the handle mounting portion 312 is provided with a second threaded hole 34, and the handle mounting portion 312 is fixedly mounted in the handle assembly hole through threaded connection between the machine screw 23 and the first threaded hole 223 as well as the second threaded hole 34, so that the handle shaft 30 is mounted on the handle 20. The base body accommodating hole is formed in the bottom of the handle shaft mounting portion 22, the base body accommodating hole is a round hole, and the diameter of the base body accommodating hole is slightly larger than that of the base body 11. When the handle shaft 30 is assembled with the handle 20, the handle mounting portion 312 is inserted into the handle mounting hole, the first screw hole 223 and the second screw hole 34 are made to correspond to each other, the base body 11 is completely accommodated in the base body accommodating hole, and then the handle shaft 30 and the handle 20 are fixed by screwing the machine screw 23 and the first screw hole 223 and the second screw hole 34.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the base body 11 is fixed on the section bar 200, the handle shaft 30 is mounted on the handle 20, the clamping part 32 and the transmission part 33 on the handle shaft 30 are positioned in the section bar 200 and positioned on one side of the base body 11, the handle mounting part 31 on the handle shaft 30 penetrates through the handle mounting hole 111 on the base body 11 and is mounted in the handle mounting hole through the handle mounting part 312, the handle 20 is positioned on the other side of the base body 11, the clamping part 32 interacts with the bottom of the base body 11 to enable the handle shaft 30 to not move towards the outer side of the section bar 200, and the bottom of the handle shaft mounting part 22 interacts with the surface of the section bar and the bottom of the accommodating hole of the base body interacts with the top of the base body 11 to enable the handle shaft 30 to not move towards the inner side of the section bar 200, so that the handle shaft 30 is rotatably mounted on the section bar 200, namely, the handle 100 is rotatably mounted on the section bar 100.
Secondly, the base body 11 is completely contained in the containing hole of the base body, and the base 10, the handle shaft 20, the handle limiting unit 40 and the like are completely hidden in the handle 30 and the profile 200, so that only the handle 30 of the handle 100 is exposed, and the handle 100 is attractive, elegant and simple.
In addition, compared with the existing design, the size of the base 10 is significantly reduced, thereby greatly reducing the raw materials for producing the base 10, reducing waste, greatly reducing the production cost of the base 10, further reducing the production cost of the handle 100, and simultaneously, the shape of the base 10 is more attractive, compact and exquisite. Moreover, the reduction in size of the base 10 also results in a consequent reduction in the overall size of the handle 100, thus reducing the production costs of the handle 100 and also making the handle 100 compact and lovely.

Referring to fig. 1-3 and 14-20, the handle 20 includes a holding portion 21 and a handle shaft mounting portion 22, a base body accommodating hole 221 and a handle shaft mounting hole 222 are formed in the handle shaft mounting portion 22, the handle shaft mounting hole 222 is located at the bottom 221 of the base body accommodating hole, the base body accommodating hole 221 starts from the bottom of the handle shaft mounting portion 22, the shape of the base body accommodating hole 221 is adapted to the shape of the base body 11, the handle shaft mounting hole 222 is a square hole and is adapted to the handle shaft mounting portion 312, the handle shaft mounting portion 312 is fixedly mounted in the handle shaft mounting hole 222, the base body 11 is accommodated in the base body accommodating hole 221, and the bottom of the handle shaft mounting portion 22 abuts against the profile 200.
Referring to fig. 1-3, 14-20, and 23, the handle 100 further includes a locking unit 50, where the locking unit 50 includes a lock body 51, a turntable 52 rotatably mounted on the lock body 51, a lock body mounting hole 53, a fixing pin 54, a return spring 55, and a return spring mounting hole 56, a lock cylinder (not shown in the drawing) is provided in the lock body 51, the turntable 52 is driven to rotate by the lock cylinder, an inclined fixing pin extrusion part 521 is provided at the bottom of the turntable 52, the fixing pin 54 includes a pin seat 541, a pin body 542, and a pin head 543, the lock body mounting hole 53 and the return spring mounting hole 56 are respectively provided on the handle 20, the return spring mounting hole 56 is provided at the bottom 53 of the lock body mounting hole, the lock body mounting hole 53 is started at the top of the handle shaft mounting part 22, the return spring mounting hole 56 is provided with a pin head hole 57, the base 11 is provided with a locking hole, the position of the locking hole corresponds to the position of the pin head hole 57, the lock body mounting hole 53 is provided with a tilted fixing pin extrusion part 521, and when the lock body mounting hole 53 is installed in the handle 52, the return spring mounting hole 53 is pressed into the corresponding to the handle 52, and the fixing pin head 521 is pushed into the handle 52 by the position of the handle 52.
In this embodiment, the base body accommodating hole 221 is formed at the bottom of the handle shaft mounting portion 22, the lock body mounting hole 53 is formed at the top of the handle shaft mounting portion 22, the lock body 51 is in a cylindrical structure, the lock body mounting hole 53 is a circular hole, the shape of the lock body 51 is adapted to the lock body mounting hole 53, the turntable 52 is in a disc structure, the fixed pin pressing portion 521 is in a similar inverted rotating slide structure on the bottom of the turntable 51, the turntable 52 can be controlled to rotate by rotating the lock cylinder by inserting a corresponding key into the lock cylinder, and the pin head hole 57 penetrates through the return spring mounting hole 56 and the base body accommodating hole 221.
In this embodiment, the fixing holes 111 are locking holes, and two opposite fixing holes 111 are locking holes. The corresponding positions of the limiting pressing pieces 44 are provided with fixing pin perforations 442 for the pin heads 543 to pass through, the pin heads 543, the pin head holes 57, the fixing pin perforations 442 and the fixing holes 111 are in one-to-one correspondence, and the limiting pressing pieces 44 are located at the bottom of the base body accommodating hole 221. When the locking unit 50 is installed, the return spring 55 is installed in the return spring installation hole 56, then the pin body 542 and the pin head 543 on the fixed pin 54 are installed in the return spring 55, the pin head 543 is located at the pin head hole 57 at the bottom of the return spring hole 56, the pin head hole 57 corresponds to the fixed pin through hole 442 and the fixed hole 111 one by one, then the lock body 51 with the rotary disc 52 installed therein is installed in the lock body installation hole 53, after the installation is completed, the pin seat 541 is located between the return spring 55 and the rotary disc 52, and the pin seat 541 is located at the initial position of the fixed pin extrusion 521, that is, the initial position where the fixed pin extrusion 521 is obliquely heightened. When the handle 100 is to be locked, the corresponding key is inserted into the lock cylinder, and the lock cylinder is driven to rotate to drive the turntable 52 to rotate, so that the fixed pin extrusion part 521 continuously extrudes the fixed pin 54 downwards, the return spring 55 is compressed, the pin head 543 sequentially passes through the pin head hole 57 and the fixed pin through hole 442 to the fixed hole 111, and the pin head 543 interacts with the fixed hole 111 to prevent the handle 20 from driving the handle shaft 30 to rotate, thereby realizing the locking handle 100. When the handle 100 is required to be released, the lock core is only required to be driven to rotate the rotary table 52 in the opposite direction, the fixing pin 54 is restored to the original position under the elastic force of the return spring 55, and the handle 100 is unlocked.
Note that, referring to fig. 23, the pin body 542 and the pin head 543 may have the same structure, that is, the fixing pin 54 includes only the pin seat 541 and the pin head 543, and the diameter of the pin head hole 57 is larger than the diameter of the pin head 543.
It should be noted that, the installation process of the locking unit 50 is relatively independent, and the installation sequence can be changed, for example, the locking unit 50 may be installed on the handle 20, then the handle limiting unit 40 may be installed on the base body 11 and the handle shaft 30, then the base 10 may be installed on the profile 200, and finally the handle shaft 30 may be installed on the handle 20.

Referring to fig. 1-3 and 16-22, the locking hole 58 is disposed at the top of the base body 11, and the locking hole 58 is a waist-shaped hole. The fixing hole 111 is provided at the bottom of the locking hole 58. The number of the steel balls 41, the springs 42 and the spring mounting holes 43 is two, and the number of the positioning holes 412 is four. When the handle 100 is required to be locked, the rotary plate 52 is rotated, the fixed pin pressing portion 521 continuously presses the fixed pin 54 downwards, the return spring 55 is compressed, the pin head 543 sequentially passes through the pin head hole 57 and the fixed pin through hole 442 to the locking hole 58, and the fixed pin 54 can rotate 90 degrees in the locking hole 58 due to the waist-shaped hole 58, so that the handle 20 can drive the handle shaft 30 to rotate 90 degrees.
After the technical scheme is adopted, when the door and window are required to be opened or closed, after the handle 20 is driven to drive the handle shaft 30 to rotate 180 degrees, the steel balls 41 of the handle limiting unit 40 collide with the positioning holes 412, so that the handle 20 slightly vibrates and slightly collides with the positioning holes, and a user is reminded to open or close the door and window when rotating to the position. When the handle 100 is locked, the handle shaft 30 can be driven by the handle 20 to rotate 90 degrees because the locking hole 58 is a waist-shaped hole, so that the handle shaft 30 can be matched with other components to realize other functions.
