本发明涉及一种不易结垢的防冻液,特别涉及一种适用于汽车、拖拉机等机动车及机动设备的绿色低碳汽车防冻液。
背景技术
防冻液的种类有很多,分为无机盐类、多糖类、醇类等多种类型。但是无机盐类防冻液存在严重腐蚀现象,影响发动机的使用寿命;多糖类防冻液存在降低冰点效果不佳,热稳定性差等缺陷;而醇类则存在闪点低、易着火等问题。因此,希望开发一种新型的汽车防冻液,该防冻液具有低成本、防冻效果好等优点。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种不易结垢的绿色低碳汽车防冻液,该防冻液具有冰点低、防腐蚀、成本低等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种绿色低碳汽车防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:
乙二醇: 40 ~80%,
偏硅酸钠: 0.05 ~1%,
竹醋粉: 0.4 ~2.5%,
芸苔素: 0.3 ~1.5%,
醋酸乙烯酯: 0.5 ~3.6%,
硝酸钠: 0.5 ~3.6%,
乙醇: 20 ~30%,
邻苯二甲酸: 0.5 ~3%,
去离子水: 余量。
本发明绿色低碳汽车防冻液的优点是:本发明添加的丙三醇、乙醇及阻垢缓蚀剂等,具有不易结垢的效果,且该防冻液配比简单、成本低廉,具有冰点低、防腐蚀、成本低等优点。
