技术领域
本发明涉及一种长效耐腐蚀防冻液。
背景技术
现有的机车防冻液,效果不理想,生产成本高。衡量防冻液的优劣主要有以下两点:首先是防冻效果,水的冰点是0 ℃,一般普通型的防冻液都可达防冻液到-40 ℃,而优质的防冻液应能达到-60 ℃左右,这是标定防冻液质量的一个重要指标;另一个是防冻液的沸点,水的沸点是100 ℃,而防冻液至少应达到108 ℃以上,也就是说冰点越低,沸点越高,其中的温差越大,相对来说防冻液的品质就越好。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种生产成本低、防冻效果好的长效耐腐蚀防冻液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种长效耐腐蚀防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:
有机膦酸 5~10 份;
硼酸钾 2~3份;
芸苔素 0.1 ~0.5 份;
醋酸乙烯酯 0.3~0.5份;
三乙醇胺 20~30份;
碘化钙 0.1 ~0.5 份;
苯甲酸钠 1~5份;
磷酸二氢钾 1~5 份;
二甘醇 8~16份;
去离子水 30~40份。
本发明长效耐腐蚀防冻液的优点是:本发明配方合理,使用效果好,生产成本低。
