本发明公开了高弹性PVC软管,由以下重量份的成分组成:弹性体树脂共聚30~70;纳米碳酸钙10~15;乙烯基硅烷1~5;海藻酸钠4~5;锌钡白2~4;松节油0.4~0.6;液体石蜡1~3;二氧化钛5~10。与现有技术相比,本发明生产的PVC复合软管的外胶层采用高聚合度PVC或者高聚合度PVC与普通PVC的合金代替普通PVC,从而在成本增幅不大的前提下,大大提升了PVC复合软管的耐磨性及韧性,延长了使用寿命。

本发明涉及高弹性PVC软管。
背景技术
目前市场上的PVC 软管种类繁多,而多数PVC 软管在使用时都会与外界接触,产生摩擦,因此软管的外层需要有高耐磨性。而软管内层一般用于引导液体流通,对耐磨性的要求不高。现有的PVC 复合软管,内外层一般都是采用相同的配方材料生产出来。内外层采用普通聚合度的PVC 材料生产的软管,耐磨性不强,导致使用寿命不长;内外层采用高聚合度的PVC 材料生产的软管,耐磨性得到增强,使用寿命较长,但成本高,往往不能被用户所接受。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有良好的耐低温性能、柔韧性和耐磨性能的耐腐蚀的弹性软管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:高弹性PVC软管,由以下重量份的成分组成:
弹性体树脂共聚物 30~70;
纳米碳酸钙 10~15;
乙烯基硅烷 1~5;
海藻酸钠 4~5;
锌钡白 2~4;
松节油 0.4~0.6;
液体石蜡 1~3;
二氧化钛 5~10。
本发明耐腐蚀的弹性软管的优点是:与现有技术相比,本发明生产的PVC 复合软管的外胶层采用高聚合度PVC 或者高聚合度PVC 与普通PVC 的合金代替普通PVC,从而在成本增幅不大的前提下,大大提升了PVC 复合软管的耐磨性及韧性,延长了使用寿命。
