Abstract
本发明涉及一种荧光陶粒,属于建筑装饰材料领域。本发明荧光陶粒包括陶粒本体和荧光粉涂层;陶粒本体为烧结陶粒,形状为球形,直径为4~8mm;荧光粉涂层包覆在陶粒本体外表面,厚度为0.4~0.8mm。本发明利用荧光粉的荧光效果可以提高陶粒的观赏性和实用性。

本发明涉及一种荧光陶粒,属于建筑装饰材料领域。
技术背景
陶粒具有轻质高强、保温隔热、吸水率低和耐久性好的特点,越来越受到人们的欢迎,被广泛的应用于园林路面的铺垫、绿化区树坑和花池图面覆盖、以及房屋墙体保温材料领域。
然而,陶粒在应用过程中,由于陶粒本身表面粗糙,颜色灰暗单调,外观丑陋,并不能达到较好的装饰效果。如果可以改变陶粒的表面颜色,并在黑暗处发出荧光,便可以大大提高陶粒的视觉效果,也可以扩大陶粒的应用范围。因此,通过改变陶粒表面性能达到发出荧光效果获得好的社会效益。
发明内容
为解决现有陶粒表面颜色灰暗单一而影响美观的问题,本发明提供了一种可以实现的荧光陶粒。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样来实现的:
一种荧光陶粒,包括陶粒本体和荧光粉涂层。所述陶粒本体为普通烧结陶粒;所述陶粒本体的形状为球形,直径为4~8mm。所述的荧光粉涂层包覆在陶粒本体外表面上;所述荧光粉涂层厚度为0.4~0.8mm。
本发明的有益效果:所述荧光粉涂层在夜间发出光亮,实现了陶粒的表面颜色的亮丽,外观精美。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施做进一步说明:
一种荧光陶粒,其包括陶粒本体1和荧光涂层2,陶粒本体1为烧结陶粒;陶粒本体的形状为球形,直径为4~8mm。荧光涂层2包覆在陶粒本体1外表面上;厚度为0.4~0.8mm。
荧光涂层改变了陶粒表面性能,在夜间发出光亮,使陶粒表面夜晚的颜 色亮丽、外观精美的效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的荧光陶粒,其特征在于:所述陶粒本体为烧结陶粒,形状为球形,直径为4 ~ 8mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的荧光陶粒,其特征在于:所述荧光粉涂层厚度为0.4 ~ 0.8mm。
