The lift device for a precipitator dust collecting vessel of any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein: the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are identical in structure, the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove are identical in structure, and the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are respectively used as lower connecting rods of the first parallel four-bar linkage mechanism and the second parallel four-bar linkage mechanism.
8. The lifting device for a dust-collecting container of a dust collector as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the first limiting rod is located between the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.
9. The lifting device for a dust-collecting container of a dust collector as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the handle is in a V shape with an obtuse angle, and each fixing hole is formed in the free end of the handle.
10. The lifting device for a dust-collecting container of a dust collector as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are respectively provided with a third limiting groove and a fourth limiting groove which are vertically arranged, and correspondingly, the two sides of the bottom of the supporting plate are respectively fixed with a second limiting rod which is restricted in the third limiting groove and the fourth limiting groove.
