Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a trash can 100 of the preferred embodiment includes a can body 20 and a handle 40 mounted on the can body 20.
Wherein, an end of the barrel 20 is open, and a first limiting structure (not shown) is disposed at the open end of the barrel 20. The handle 40 is rotatably mounted to the open end of the tub 20 and is provided with a second stop structure (not shown). When the handle 40 rotates to a predetermined angle relative to the barrel 20, the first position-limiting structure abuts against the second position-limiting structure to limit the rotation of the handle 40.
According to the garbage can 100, when the handle 40 rotates to the preset angle, the first limiting structure can abut against the second limiting structure to prevent the handle 40 from continuing to rotate, so that the handle 40 does not need to be held by hands when the garbage can 100 is covered with garbage bags, and convenience is brought to a user.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the preset angle a is greater than 90 °, and in the present embodiment, the preset angle a is 100 °. So, the ladle body 20 is because the second limit structure supports and holds in first limit structure and can't continue the pivoted in, because the effect of gravity and can't fall down to can keep on predetermineeing the angle, make things convenient for the cover of disposal bag to establish.
As shown in fig. 3, the first limiting structure is a first protrusion 21 disposed on the barrel 20, and the second limiting structure is a second protrusion 42 disposed on the end edge of the handle 40. The second protrusion 42 can rotate along with the handle 40 to approach and abut against the first protrusion 21.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in particular, when the handle 40 is overlapped with the edge of the barrel 20, the first protrusion 21 is located at one side of the second protrusion 42. When the handle 40 is rotated, the second protrusion 42 moves toward the first protrusion 21. When the handle 40 rotates to a predetermined angle, the second protrusion 42 contacts and abuts against the first protrusion 21, thereby preventing the handle 40 from rotating further. In the present embodiment, when the handle 40 rotates by an angle a of 100 °, the first protrusion 21 abuts against the second protrusion 42. Therefore, under the action of gravity, the handle 40 tends to rotate toward the second protrusion 42, so as to be kept at a certain opening and closing angle, and a garbage bag is conveniently sleeved on the barrel body 20.
Referring again to fig. 1 and 3, further, the rim of the open end of the tub 20 is provided with a flange 23 extending in the circumferential direction. The flange 23 is spaced from the end of the open end of the bowl 20 to define a handle 40. When the handle 40 is in its natural position, it lies on the edge of the bowl 20 and rests on the flange 23. The first projection 21 is provided on the end surface of the flange 23 near the open end of the tub 20.
A protruding rib structure 25 is provided between the end surface of the open end of the tub 20 and the flange 23. When the handle 40 is positioned at the edge of the full body 20 and rests on the flange 23, the rib structure 25 is positioned between the body 20 and the handle 40 to apply pressure to the inner wall of the handle 40 to prevent the handle 40 from popping out after the bag is compacted.
Specifically, the rib structure 25 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of rib structures 25 are arranged on the outer wall of the tub 20 at intervals in the circumferential direction. It will be appreciated that the number of rib formations 25 is not limited and may be provided as required.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the edge of the barrel 20 is formed with a fixing hole 27, the handle 40 is formed with a protruding fixing portion 44 at two ends thereof, and the fixing portion 44 is clamped in the fixing hole 27 of the barrel 20 and is in interference fit with the fixing hole 27.
Further, the handle 40 is mounted to the outer wall of the tub 20, and the fixing portion 44 passes through the fixing hole 27 from the outside of the tub 20 and extends into the inside of the tub 20. Thus, the handle 40 is installed from the outside to the inside, so that the handle 40 is prevented from being deformed by force and falling off the barrel 20 when the barrel 20 is lifted.
Further, the dimension of the fixing portion 44 in the extending direction of the handle 40 is larger than the dimension of the fixing portion 44 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the handle 40. Thus, when the barrel 20 is lifted up and the handle 40 is perpendicular to the barrel 20, the dimension of the stressed cross section of the fixing portion 44 in the vertical direction is larger than that in the horizontal direction, so that the strength of the fixing portion 44 is greatly increased, and the stressed cross section can be conveniently mounted in the fixing hole 27 and in interference fit with the fixing hole 27.
In the embodiment, the fixing portion 44 is waist-shaped, and includes two long sides and two arc-shaped sides respectively located at two ends of the long sides and connecting the two long sides, and the extending direction of the long sides is the same as the extending direction of the handle 40. Thus, when the handle 40 rotates to be perpendicular to the barrel body 20, the arc edges at the two ends of the fixing portion 44 contact with the inner wall of the fixing hole 27, the area of the stressed cross section is large, so that the handle has high strength, and the risk of breakage from the handle 40 when heavy garbage is extracted is avoided. It is to be understood that the shape of the fixing portion 44 is not limited thereto, and may be a shape having a length greater than a width, such as an oval shape.
In one embodiment, the handle slot 29 is formed at the edge of the barrel 20, and the handle slot 29 is formed between two positions of the barrel 20 and the handle 40, so that a user can hold the handle 40 conveniently. Further, handle slots 29 are provided on opposite sides of the tub 20 so that the rotation direction of the handle 40 can be changed.
In one embodiment, the trash can 100 includes an outer barrel (not shown), and the bin body 20 is accommodated in the outer barrel. That is, the body 20 can be used with an outer barrel to form a trash can, or can be used as a trash can alone.
Above-mentioned garbage bin 100 is equipped with first limit structure and second limit structure on ladle body 20 and the handle 40 respectively, when handle 40 rotated to certain angle, can rely on self gravity and first limit structure's spacing and fix a position on this angle, has avoided putting on the in-process of disposal bag on ladle body 20 and need hold up handle 40 with the hand, has also avoided the disposal bag to shelter from handle 40. And, the handle 40 is interference-assembled from the outside of the tub 20 through the fixing portion 44, so that the risk of the handle 40 coming off when a heavy object is lifted is avoided, and the handle has good bearing performance to avoid breakage.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
