本发明涉及医药技术领域，具体为一种降尿酸的药物。
背景技术
高尿酸是人体内有一种叫做嘌呤的物质因代谢发生紊乱，致使血液中尿酸增多而引起的一种代谢性疾病。体内尿酸每日的生成量和排泄量大约是相等，生成量方面，三分之一是由食物而来，三分之二是体内自行合成，排泄途径则是三分之一由肠道排出，三分之二从肾脏排泄。上述各种途径只要有任何一方面出问题，就会造成尿酸升高。持久的高血尿酸，会引发其他疾病。尿酸在血液中的最高溶解度为420μmol/L，超过此值，尿酸盐即易析出形成尿酸结晶，尿酸结晶沉积于组织并引起炎性病变，例如沉积于关节，即引起大家熟知的痛风性关节炎；尿酸盐结晶沉积在肾盂、输尿管或肾小管及肾间质，造成肾损害，引起肾结石。
临床上治疗高尿酸血症的药物一般分为三类。排尿酸处方药：排尿酸药主要包括丙磺舒、磺吡酮、苯溴马隆等。该类药物可以阻止肾小管对尿酸的重吸收，增加尿酸的排出，从而起到降低人体内血尿酸水平的作用，副作用就是多排尿酸的同时也把人体其它微量元素也排出体外，会造成低血钠、低血钾、低血钙，所以不能长用，而且还对肝、肾有副作用，更不能长用。抑制尿酸生成的药物：临床上常用的抑制尿酸生成的药物是别嘌醇，该药是一种强力的嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂，能有效减少尿酸生成、降低人体内尿酸水平的药物，但是别嘌醇有发生皮疹、中毒综合征、骨髓抑制、肝损伤等全身性过敏症状等副作用，其使用上要求十分谨慎。碱化尿液的药物：碳酸氢钠、枸橼酸钾和枸橼酸合剂等碱性药物本无降尿酸作用但可碱化尿液，增加尿酸在血中的溶解度，使尿酸不易在尿中积聚而形成结晶。静脉输液法治疗尿酸结石起效速度较快，常用药物有乳酸钠溶液和5％碳酸氢钠溶液，由于使用时需密切观察血压等情况，因此需要住院治疗；口服碳酸氢钠最为方便，但是可能容易引起胃部不适，要饭前半小时空腹服用，因胃部是酸性环境，特别是进食后更是如此，且胃容物长时间留置胃中，这时如吃碳酸氢钠等碱性药物会很快与胃酸中和，无法吸收入血液及流入肾脏碱化尿液，且产生的很多气体使胃更加饱涨，如有胃溃疡等胃病的人易出血和穿孔。
近年来，由于中药具有副作用小，特别是中药治疗的整体调理作用等特点，得到广大患者的接受，并引起业界学者的高度重视。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种降尿酸的药物，该药物能够抗高尿酸血症，并具有改善肾功能，降血脂、降血压、调节免疫等功效。
