技术领域:
本发明属于生命科学人体健康监测用医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种心脏生命信息监护器。
背景技术:
业内皆知,心脑卒中是致心脑血管疾病至死至残病因之一,其多数原因是到医院抢救时机已过,如果能及时送往医院抢救,则多数病人可能渡过危险期,进而取得康复。可是,如果现场人员不懂医学,只能等救护车到来,那么一旦停搏超过了8分钟,则为时已晚;如果能及时进行起搏或除颤处理则部分病人有可能马上恢复。因此,为了预防和及时抢救卒中病人,降低死亡率,提高监护及救援质量,各种心脏病的监护系统便应运而生。例如中国专利CN201210441707公开的“一种随身携带式心脏病人监护系统”,CN200910030595公开的“基于无线通讯技术的心脏远程监护与诊断系统”便是其中的两例。不过,这两例监护技术都有一个共同的缺陷,即它们只可以进行远程监测及传输显示处理,依然得靠监护服务中心或控制中心得到实时数据后再采取急救方案,然后实施救助服务,而不能及时进行抢救,赢得最佳的抢救时机。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是,针对上述现有技术缺陷,提供一种带有心脏急救装置的生命信息监护器,该监护器不仅具有随时监测、显示及远程传输心脏病人生命健康状态之功能,而且还具有就地实时抢救突发病人心脑卒中之措施,能为心脏骤停病人获得生还及赢得抢救时间,同时具有远程网络数据传送与互动指导。
本发明的技术方案是:一种带有心脏急救装置的生命信息监护器,包括多参数生命信息传感输入单元、放大调理单元、中央处理单元、显示器及输出单元,其特征在于:还含有起搏与除颤单元,其中:所谓的传感输入单元A包括集成式柔性心电传感放大部分,该部分位于胸前部;所谓的放大调理单元、中央处理单元、显示器C及输出单元集中于生命信号处理分析主板B上,该生命信号处理分析主板B位于袖带D上;所谓的起搏与除颤单元包括起搏模块B4和除颤模块B5,二者均连接于中央处理单元位于生命信号处理分析主板B内;所谓的传感输入单元A与生命信号处理分析主板B通过导线导管L连接。
前面所说的带有心脏急救装置的生命信息监护器,其特征在于:所谓的传感输入单元A包括心电电极A1、A2、A3、A4、A5,体温传感模块A7,多波长光发射接收传感模块组A9,经皮测氧模块A10、位置传感模块A11,心音传感模块A12以及带有除颤保护和呼吸测量的心电信号处理器A13,此外还包括置于头上的脑部传感模块A8;所谓的生命信号处理分析主板B上包括有连接于所谓的传感输入单元A的数据调理器B1,模数转换器B2,中央处理器MCU B3,以及连接于MCU B3的起搏模块B4,除颤模块B5,导联切换器B6,兰牙模块B7,网络通讯模块B8,语音模块B9,扬声器B10,压力传感模块B11,光驱动模块B12,键盘B13,同时连接着显示器C。
本发明的工作原理包括:心脏停搏抢救过程:当仪器检测到心脏停搏时,机器会自动报警并通过手机网络发出求救信号,同时自动启动自救模块,如果属于心脏停搏,启动室外起搏模块B5发出起搏信号,通过导线L送到电极A1和A5开始进行心前区电刺激起搏,起搏效果通过心电图波形、脉搏波形及血压值由机器工本身或抢救者或远程监护者来判断,如果三者数值没有同时达到要求会认为是无效起搏,机器会自动调整起搏参数直到有效起搏为止。
心室颤动的抢救过程:当出现心室颤动性停搏时,机器会自动报警并通过手机网络发出求救信号,同时自动启动自救模块,这时机器会启动除颤模块B4,B4发出高功率除颤信号经导联切换器B6将其中的一个电极接到A1,A4,另一极接到A3,A2,自动完成电除颤,除颤效果可经心电检验成功与否,经脉搏、血氧值检测出效果。机器会根据效果决定是否进行下次除颤或调整参数二次除颤。
由于本机带有通过网络信号传输模块B7信号远传功能,可由远方的医院监护中心操作起搏或除颤过程并观察到治疗效果,为心脏卒中病人赢得保贵的抢救时间。
呼吸的监测由心电极间阻抗由B3 MCU算出。
血压由袖带D通过导管接到生命信号处理分析主板B上所带的压力传感模块B11上,压力电信号送入模拟信号放大和数据调理器B1进行放大和数据调理后送到数转换器B2及B3 MCU进行运算后得到的数值送到显示器C显示。数据送远传模块上。

经皮测氧传感模块A10,把信号送到生命信号处理分析主板B的信号调理部分进行处理,模数转换,送MCU运算后送显C上。
心音传感模块A12集成在传感模块的中间正对心脏中心部位,其信号经导线L送到生命信处理分析主板B的语音模块B9,进行放大处理送到扬声器B10发音,当心音消失时B9输出报警信号给MCU。
位置传感模块A11可以修正人体位等因素对测量带来的影响。
机上有语言播报模块B 9,对所测指标可用扬声器B 10完成语言报告量数据。
所有数据有集中送上网络模块B8完成远程传送和发送求救信号和定位信息。
机器上有必要的键盘B13,如急救启动、开/关屏、呼救电话等。
机器上有存储器B14,用来存储数据。
头部传感模块A8是用来比较脑部情况变化而设置,当卒中发生时可以通过脑电与心电变化的顺序和情况来鉴别是心源性卒中还是脑卒中,以便制定抢救原则,决定是否需要自动或手动完成除颤起搏等措施.

图1中还显示:所谓的传感输入单元A包括五个心电电极即A1、A2、A3、A4、A5,还有体温传感模块A7,多波长光发射接收传感模块组A9,经皮测氧模块A10、位置传感模块A11,心音传感模块A12以及带有除颤保护和呼吸测量的心电信号处理器A13,此外还包括置于头上的脑部传感模块A8。
如图2所示:本生命信息监护器的电路主要包括所谓的传感输入单元A和所谓的生命信号处理分析主板B两大部分,其中所谓的生命信号处理分析主板B上包括有连接于所谓的传感输入单元A的数据调理器B1,模数转换器B2,中央处理器MCU B3,以及连接于MCU B3的起搏模块B4,除颤模块B5,导联切换器B6,兰牙模块B7,网络通讯模块B8,语音模块B9,扬声器B10,压力传感模缺B11,光驱动模块B12,键盘B13,同时连接着显示器C。它们协同工作实现本发明的发明目的。
图3所示,表明本发明的总体技术框架,其中“远程处理显示”和“远程控制除颤或起搏”,表明本发明通过远程传输亦可实现对现场病人的控制除颤或起搏。
本发明适用于监护心血管疾患,由于佩戴者一旦心脏突然停搏时能够实现自动临时除颤或起搏急救,并可自动通过通用通信网络通知救援人员或家人,因此可用来在日常生活中监测心血管病人或老年人生命健康状态。
Claims (3)
1.一种带有心脏急救装置的生命信息监护器,包括多参数生命信息传感输入单元、放大调理单元、中央处理单元、显示器及输出单元,其特征在于:还含有起搏与除颤单元,其中:所谓的传感输入单元A包括集成式柔性心电传感放大部分,该部分位于胸前部;所谓的放大调理单元、中央处理单元、显示器C及输出单元集中于生命信号处理分析主板B上,该生命信号处理分析主板B位于袖带D上;所谓的起搏与除颤单元包括起搏模块B4和除颤模块B5,二者均连接于中央处理单元位于生命信号处理分析主板B内;所谓的传感输入单元A与生命信号处理分析主板B通过导线导管L连接。
2.根据权利要求1的一种带有心脏急救装置的生命信息监护器,其特征在于:所谓的传感输入单元A包括心电电极A1、A2、A3、A4、A5,体温传感模块A7,多波长光发射接收传感模块组A9,经皮测氧模块A10、位置传感模块A11,心音传感模块A12以及带有除颤保护和呼吸测量的心电信号处理器A13,此外还包括置于头上的脑部传感模块A8。
3.根据权利要求1或2的一种带有心脏急救装置的生命信息监护器,其特征在于:所谓的生命信号处理分析主板B上包括有连接于所谓的传感输入单元A的数据调理器B1,模数转换器B2,中央处理器MCU B3,以及连接于MCU B3的起搏模块B4,除颤模块B5,导联切换器B6,兰牙模块B7,网络通讯模块B8,语音模块B9,扬声器B10,压力传感模块B11,光驱动模块B12,键盘B13,同时连接着显示器C。
