When the dust collector is used, a user can carry the main body of the dust collector on the back and can work by holding the dust collecting accessory with one hand.
When the backpack type dust collector works, a user needs to bear the main body of the dust collector on the back all the time, most of the back of the user is tightly attached to the rear cover of the main body of the dust collector, and the user can feel stuffy, uncomfortable and scorching after a little long time; and the user needs to bend down sometimes when using, because the back lid of the cleaner main body is usually hard, the user can feel uncomfortable when bending down.

Detailed Description

Referring first to fig. 1, a vacuum cleaner includes a backpack-type cleaner main body 10, a backpack device 20, and a rechargeable battery pack 30. Not shown are the usual suction attachments such as hoses, nozzles, floor brushes and the like for a backpack cleaner. The backpack device 20 is mounted on the back side wall of the cleaner main body 10, and the battery pack 30 is detachably mounted on the lower bottom of the cleaner main body 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaner body 10 includes a housing 11, a vacuum motor section 12 and a dust collecting section 13 provided inside the housing 11, the housing 11 having opposite back and front side walls 111 and 112, a left side wall 113 connecting a left end portion of the back side wall 111 and a left end portion of the front side wall 112, a right side wall 114 connecting a right end portion of the back side wall 111 and a right end portion of the front side wall 112, a top wall 115, and a bottom wall 116. The back side wall 111 is adjacent the user's back when the housing 11 is carried on the user's back, and the front side wall 112 is remote from the user's back when the housing 11 is carried on the user's back. The top wall 115 of the housing 11 is provided with an air inlet 117 for connecting with a dust suction pipe accessory, the air inlet 117 can suck external air containing dust, the air inlet 117 is communicated with the dust collection part 13, the front side wall 112 of the housing 11 is provided with a plurality of air outlets 118, and the air outlets 118 can discharge clean air to the outside. The vacuum motor part 12 has a suction end 121 and a discharge end 122, the suction end 121 is communicated with the dust collecting part 13, and the discharge end 122 is communicated with the exhaust port 118.
As shown in fig. 3, the backpack device 20 includes a back plate 21, and a shoulder belt 22 (see fig. 1) for being carried on both shoulders of the user to carry the main cleaner 10 on the back of the user, wherein the shoulder belt 22 is connected to the back plate 21, and a handle 211 for the user to lift the main cleaner is provided on the top of the back plate 21. A connecting mechanism for connecting the back plate 21 and the back side wall 111 of the housing 11 is provided therebetween, and the connecting mechanism includes a pair of lower connecting assemblies 23 for connecting the lower portion of the back plate 21 and the lower portion of the back side wall 111 and a pair of upper connecting assemblies 24 for connecting the upper portion of the back plate 21 and the upper portion of the back side wall 111. A pair of lower connecting members 23 are arranged in a left-right direction, an upper connecting member 24 is also arranged in a left-right direction, the distance between the pair of lower connecting members 23 is greater than the distance between the pair of upper connecting members 24, and the back plate 21 and the housing 11 are connected together by the upper connecting members 24 and the lower connecting members 23. In other embodiments, the upper connecting members may be provided as one and the lower connecting members as a pair, so that the connecting mechanism will be a "three-point" connection, which is also more stable.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower connecting assembly 23 is a rotating connecting assembly, which includes a revolving member 231 mounted on the lower portion of the back plate 21 and a female rotating member 232 mounted on the lower portion of the back side wall 111, the revolving member 231 includes a ball socket 2311, the female rotating member 232 includes a ball 2321, and the ball 2321 is located in the ball socket 2311 and can rotate. The upper connecting member 24 is a sliding connecting member, which includes an outer tube 241 mounted on the upper portion of the back plate 21 and an inner tube 242 mounted on the upper portion of the rear sidewall 111, the inner wall surface of the outer tube 241 is an inner sliding surface 2411 extending forward and backward, and the inner tube 242 is inserted into the outer tube 241 and can slide along the inner sliding surface 2411 of the outer tube.
In the present invention, by setting the connection mechanism at the back side wall 111 of the housing 11 and the back plate 21 as a movable connection assembly, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the lower portion of the back plate 21 and the housing 11 of the cleaner main body can rotate back and forth relatively. When a user carries the main machine of the dust collector to bend down, the comfort level of the lower back of the user is obviously improved.
