Abstract
本发明提供了一种杀菌组合物,所述杀菌剂组合物包括活性成分Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌,Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌的重量比为10:1-1:50。本发明通过将Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌进行二元复配,使得本发明在防治作物上由真菌、细菌引起的病害具有明显的增益效果;此外通过二元复配还扩大了杀菌谱,降低了各自的使用量,降低了病菌产生抗药性的风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物,尤其涉及用于保护植物、作物或种子免受真菌疾病的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
目前对于农业上易产生抗性的病害防治,使用作用机理不同的农药品种进行混配是最佳的选择,如果配比合理,则可以产生显著的增效作用,使田间防治效果明显优于各单剂的作用。含有单一活性成分的杀菌剂在农业病害防治上常常存在一定的缺陷,连续多次使用不但使病原菌易产生抗药性,且易造成对食品和环境的污染,通过杀菌剂活性成分之间合理混配能够克服以上缺点。合理的复配使有效成分产生的增效作用,可以提高防效,减少有效成份用量,节约成本,延缓病原菌的抗药性的产生,进而能够减轻甚至避免农药对食物和环境的污染。
关于农药活性,特别是对作物保护,该技术领域中开展的研究的核心问题之一是改善性能,尤其是生物活性方面的性能以及在一定时间内保持此活性方面的性能。

Picarbutrazox为日本曹达公司开发的肟醚类杀菌剂,其对霜霉病和疫病具有较好的防治效果。Picarbutrazox由CN02817805.X中已知。
代森锰锌(Mancozeb),其化学名称为乙撑双二硫代氨基甲酰锰和锌的络盐,其结构式为:
代森锰锌是一种优良的保护性杀菌剂,属低毒农药。由于其杀菌范围广、不易产生抗性,防治效果明显优于其他同类杀菌剂,所以在国际上用量一直是大吨位产品。目前,国内多数复配杀菌剂都以代森锰锌加工配制而成,锰、锌微量元素对作物有明显的促壮、增产作用。代森锰锌对防治梨黑星病、苹果斑点落叶病、瓜菜类疫病、霜霉病、大田作物锈病等效果显著。代森锰锌由US3379610中已知。
由于现在对杀菌剂的环境要求和经济要求持续提高,例如对活性谱、毒性、选择性、施用率、残留和有利的制备可行性的要求,此外还由于在例如耐药性方面可能存在问题,因此,开发在某些方面优于现有杀菌剂的新的杀菌剂是持续的任务。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杀菌组合物,在降低的活性化合物施用总量下就降低施用率和改善已知化合物Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌的活性谱而言,本发明在降低活性化合物施用总量下,对有害真菌具有改善活性(协同增效)。
我们已发现,同时,即联合或分开施用Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌,或依次施用Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌使得比单独施用各个化合物更好地防治有害真菌。
本发明提供了一种杀菌组合物,该组合物通过将Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌进行二元复配,使得得到的组合物在防治效果上具有增益效果,并且拓展了杀菌谱,起到了一药多用的作用,有效减缓或避免病菌产生抗药性。令人惊奇地,本发明的杀菌组合物的杀菌活性比各个活性化合物的活性的加和明显更高。换言之,存在无法预测的、真实存在的协同效应,而不仅仅是活性的增补。
当活性化合物以特定的重量比存在于本发明的杀菌组合物中时,协同效应特别明显。但是,本发明杀菌组合物中的活性化合物的重量比可在一定范围内变化。
本发明一种杀菌组合物是采取以下技术方案实现:
一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于:含有活性成分Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌,其中Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌的重量百分比为10:1-1:50,再优选10:1-1:25,进一步优选为10:1-1:10,更优选1:1-1:10。
本发明中的Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌的重量配比例如还可以是10:1、5:1、1:1、1:5、1:10、1:15、1:20、1:25、1:30、1:35、1:40、1:45、1:50。
所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌质量之和占所述杀菌组合物质量的5%-90%,更优选10%-80%,更优选20%-60%。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将杀菌组合物作用于致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、植物部位、种子、土壤、区域、材料或空间中。
一种防治植物致病菌的方法,将Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌同时施用、或分别施用、或相继施用。

本发明的杀菌组合物对各种植物病原菌具有很强的活性,并可对由植物病原菌引起的植物病害的预防和治疗发挥很强的防除效果。本发明的杀菌组合物对例如根肿菌纲、卵菌纲、壶菌纲、接和菌纲、子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、半知菌纲等宽范围植物病原性真菌具有极好活性。
本发明的杀菌组合物还具有非常好的杀细菌性能,并可被用于防治植物致病细菌。如假单胞菌科、根瘤菌科、肠杆菌科、棒杆菌科以及链霉菌科。
本发明的杀菌组合物可以在作物保护中用作叶面杀真菌剂,亦可作为杀真菌剂用于拌种和用作土壤杀真菌剂。
本发明的杀菌组合亦可用于防治果蔬贮藏期的病害。
本发明的杀菌组合物尤其适于防治如下植物病原菌:

土壤病菌有立枯病菌、镰刀菌、疫霉菌、猝倒菌、根腐病、腐霉菌、灰霉菌、软腐菌等。在一般情况下,土壤病菌能产生大量菌体,只要条件对病菌生长发育有利而寄主又是感病的,病菌就可以大量繁殖并能侵染寄主,在感病寄主存在下,这些病菌就可以进入持续的致病期,随着作物的连作而大量繁殖扩散,但之后养分被消耗完或土壤条件如温度、湿度等对病菌不利时,病菌又可以进入休眠期。在感病寄主不存在时,土传病菌在土壤中也能存活下来,除土壤病菌具有广泛的寄主范围外,还能在非寄主的根表面或残枝落叶上存活,与其具有腐生竞争能力是分不开的。但不同病菌是有差异的,像镰刀菌在土壤中几乎可以无限期生存下去。
本发明所述的栽培媒介是指能够使农作物生根、生长的支撑体,例如:土壤,水等,具体的原材料可以使用例如砂子、浮石、蛭石、硅藻土、琼胶、凝胶状物、高分子物质、石棉、木屑、树皮等。

本发明的杀菌组合物可制成通常的药剂形态,例如乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、液剂、颗粒剂、种衣剂等药剂形态使用,其施用量,根据有效成分的配合比例、气象条件、药剂形态、施用时期、施用方法、施用场所、防除目标有害生物、目标农作物等的不同而有差异。

可以使用的着色剂,例如无机颜料,如氧化铁、氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;以及有机颜料/染料:茜素染料、偶氮染料和金属酞菁染料;以及微量元素,例如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
任选地,还可包含其它附加组分,例如保护胶体、粘合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、渗透剂、稳定剂、掩蔽剂。
本发明的所述制剂可通过已知方式将所述活性化合物与常规添加剂混合而制备。所述常规添加剂如常规增充剂以及溶剂或稀释剂、乳化剂、分散剂、和/或粘合剂或固定剂、润湿剂、防水剂,如果需要,还可以包含催干剂和着色剂、稳定剂、颜料、消泡剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、水以及其它加工助剂。
本发明的杀菌组合物不仅包括可借助合适的设备如喷雾或撒粉设备立即适用于待处理的对象,而且还包括在施用于对象之前需进行稀释的浓缩商业组合物。
本发明的含Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌还可以与其它活性成分联合施用,例如用于扩大活性谱或防止形成抗性。所述其它活性成分例如杀真菌剂、杀细菌剂、引诱剂、杀昆虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、生长调节剂、除草剂、安全剂、肥料或化学信息素等。
活性化合物Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌可同时施用,或分别施用,或相继施用,分开施用时的顺序对防治的结果通常无影响。
本发明的组合物可以以制剂形式为主,即组合物中各物质已经混合,组合物的成分也可以单剂形式提供,使用前在桶或罐中混合,然后稀释至所需的浓度。其中优选以本发明提供的制剂形式为主。
本发明的杀菌组合物在降低活性化合物施用总量下,对有害真菌具有改善活性(协同增效)。并且本发明的杀菌组合物对现有的杀菌剂显示出耐受性的菌也具有优异的杀菌效果。
本发明一种杀菌组合物,该组合物通过将Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌进行二元复配,使得得到的组合物在防治效果上具有增益效果,并且拓展了杀菌谱,起到了一药多用的作用,有效减缓或避免病菌产生抗药性。本发明的杀菌组合物的杀菌活性比各个活性化合物的活性的加和明显更高。存在无法预测的、真实存在的协同效应,而不仅仅是活性的增补。
当活性化合物以特定的重量比存在于本发明的杀菌组合物中时,协同效应特别明显。但是,本发明杀菌组合物中的活性化合物的重量比可在一定范围内变化。
本发明提供了一种能够具有较高活性并且活性保持较久的杀菌组合物。该杀菌组合物具有较低剂量,同时该杀菌组合物的毒性也较低,对具有真菌疾病的果蔬及种子进行控制。

Picarbutrazox 10%,代森锰锌30%,木质素磺酸盐6%,无患子粉4%,凹凸棒土加至100%,将前述配方料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后再混合均匀,即制得40%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:50% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌可湿性粉剂:
Picarbutrazox 5%,代森锰锌45%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物8%,茶枯5%,高岭土加至100%,将前述配方料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后在混合均匀,制得50%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌可湿性粉剂。
实施例3:51% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌可湿性粉剂
Picarbutrazox 1%,代森锰锌50%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7%,润湿渗透剂F 5%,硅藻土加至100%,将前述配方料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后在混合均匀,制得51%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:80% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌水分散粒剂
Picarbutrazox 10%,代森锰锌70%,烷基苯磺酸钙盐3%,拉开粉BX 6%,硫酸铵2%,膨润土加至100%,将前述配方料均匀混合,用超微气流粉碎机,经捏合、然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析混合制得80% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌水分散粒剂。
实施例5:60% Picarbutrazox代森锰锌水分散粒剂
Picarbutrazox 10%,代森锰锌50%,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚5%,十二烷基硫酸钠4%,氯化铝2.8%,高岭土加至100%,将前述配方料均匀混合,用超微气流粉碎机,经捏合、然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析混合制得60% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌水分散粒剂。
实施例6:90% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌水分散粒剂
Picarbutrazox 20%,代森锰锌70%,辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1%,碳酸钠1%,白炭黑加至100%,将前述配方料均匀混合,用超微气流粉碎机,经捏合、然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析即制得90% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌水分散粒剂。

Picarbutrazox 1%,代森锰锌5%,乙氧基化蓖麻油 5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙 3%,SOLVESSOTM 200加至100%,搅拌至得到透明均一的相,得到6% Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌乳油。
实施例18: 55%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌微囊悬浮-悬浮剂
Picarbutrazox 5%,代森锰锌50%, Synperonic PE/64 15%,柠檬酸 0.05%,水10%,PAPI 20%, SOLVESSOTM 100 5%, 分散剂 LFH0.15%, 消泡剂 0.16%,尿素 5.5%;水补足至100%;将PAPI、Picarbutrazox、SOLVESSOTM100形成的油相加入含Synperonic PE/64的水溶液中,形成乳状液。然后加热并保温在50℃下加入催化剂反应2小时。冷却后得到Picarbutrazox的微囊剂。Synperonic PE/64、分散剂LFH、消泡剂、尿素、代森锰锌和水按比例混合均匀,并经砂磨,制备成悬浮剂。将得到的Picarbutrazox微囊剂加入代森锰锌的悬浮剂中,搅拌均匀得到55%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌微囊悬浮-悬浮剂。
实施例19 50%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌种衣剂
Picarbutrazox 10%,代森锰锌40%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠 10%,改性木质素磺酸钙 5%,黄原胶1%,膨润土1%。丙三醇5%,PVP-K30 1%,补足至100%,将上述各组分按比例混合均匀,并经砂磨,制备成50%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌种衣剂。
实施例20 50%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌包衣颗粒剂
Picarbutrazox 10%,代森锰锌40%,聚乙二醇3%,高度分散的硅酸1%,碳酸钙补足至100%,在混合器中,将磨细的活性组分均匀涂布到被聚乙二醇润湿的载体上,以此方式可获得50%Picarbutrazox•代森锰锌的无尘包衣颗粒剂。
实施例21 将Picarbutrazox 10%和代森锰锌90% 混合均匀。
实施例22 将将Picarbutrazox 20%和代森锰锌80% 混合均匀。

生物测试例:
将不同农药的有效成分组合制成农药,是目前开发和研制新农药以及防治农业上抗性病菌的一种有效和快捷的方式。不同品种的农药混合后,通常表现出三种作用类型:相加作用、增效作用和拮抗作用。但具体为何种作用,无法预测,只有通过大量实验才能知道。复配增效很好的配方,由于明显提高了实际防治效果,降低了农药的使用量,从而大大地延缓了抗性的产生。
一、毒力测试:
依孙云沛法计算出各药剂的毒力指数及混剂的共毒系数(CTC值),当CTC ≤80,则组合物表现出拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现出相加作用,当CTC ≥120,则组合物表现出增效作用。

试验1:黄瓜霜霉病的毒力测定
选自长势一致的黄瓜苗,用potter 喷雾塔在50PSI压力下喷雾,每盆大约5mL,每个药剂设置12个浓度梯度。药剂处理后24h接菌,将采自田间的黄瓜霜霉病叶在黄瓜苗上方均匀抖落分生孢子进行接种,然后将黄瓜苗放入温室中培养。7d后按照黄瓜霜霉病的发病分级标准全株调查病情指数,并计算防治效果,然后用最小二乘法计算抑制中浓度EC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。

试验3:柑橘青霉病的毒力测定
采用抑制菌丝生长速率法:试验靶标为柑橘青霉病。
将Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌分别用丙酮溶解,再用0.1%的吐温-80 水溶液稀释配制成系列浓度的药液,在超净工作台中分别吸取6mL到灭菌的三角烧瓶,加入50℃左右的马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)54mL,摇匀后倒入4个直径9cm的平皿,制成4个相应浓度的含毒培养基;用同样的方法将不同配比的Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌系列浓度复配药液制成含毒培养基。将培养2天的柑橘青霉病菌,用直径5mm的打孔器在菌落边缘打成菌块,用接种针将菌块移至预先配制成的含毒PDA培养基中央,然后置于25℃培养箱内培养,每处理重复4次。3天后,采用十字交叉法用卡尺量取各处理菌落直径cm,求出校正抑制百分率。每个菌落十字交叉测两个直径,以其平均数代表菌落大小。然后按下式求出菌落生长抑制率:
然后用最小二乘法计算抑制中浓度EC50,再依孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。

二、药效测定:
当活性化合物组合物的作用超过当各活性化合物单独施用时的作用的总和时,存在协同增效作用。两种活性化合物的特定组合的预期作用可使用所谓的"Colby 公式" (参见S.R. Colby, "Calculating Synergistic and Antagonistic Responses of HerbicideCombinations “,Weeds 1967,15, 20-22) 如下计算:如果
X 是当使用用量为mg/ha 或浓度为mppm的活性化合物A时的活性;
Y 是当使用用量为ng/ha或浓度为nppm 的活性化合物B时的活性,表示为占未处理对照的百分率;
E 是当使用用量为m 和n g/ha 或浓度为m 和n ppm 的活性化合物A和B时的活性,

试验6:疫病测试(番茄)/保护性的药效测试
溶剂:24.5重量份丙酮
24.5重量份二甲基乙酰胺
乳化剂:1重量份烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚
为了获得活性化合物的合适制剂,将1重量份活性化合物与一定量的溶剂和乳化剂混合,用水稀释该浓缩物至所需浓度。
为了测试保护性活性,用活性化合物制剂以一定的施用率喷洒幼小植物。在喷洒的涂层干燥后,用致病疫霉的孢子水悬浮液对植物进行接种。然后将所述植物放置在约20℃、相对大气湿度为100%的温育箱中。
在温育后3天,对测试结果进行评价。0%表示相当于对照样的药效,100%的药效表示无病症出现。
上表清楚地表明依据本发明的杀菌组合物,Picarbutrazox与代森锰锌的重量比为10:1-1:50的范围内,对番茄疫病的实际药效高于计算得到的药效,即存在明显的协同效应。
试验7:霜霉病测试(葡萄)/保护性的药效测试
溶剂:24.5重量份丙酮
24.5重量份二甲基乙酰胺

试验8:对贮藏柑橘的防腐效果
处理柑橘采收期采摘果实,剔除病果和伤果,用处理药液浸果1min。对照清水浸渍。各处理浸果后晾干,次日装入四周垫有报纸的塑料箱,室内常温贮藏。处理后7天检查烂果数并剔除烂果,同时称出好果重量。并计算防效。
上表清楚地表明依据本发明的杀菌组合物,Picarbutrazox与代森锰锌的重量比为10:1-1:50的范围内,对贮藏期柑橘的防腐,实际药效高于计算得到的药效,即存在明显的协同效应。
试验9:立枯病测试(水稻)/治疗性的药效测试

Claims (12)
1.一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物包括活性成分Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌,Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌的重量比为10:1-1:50,再优选10:1-1:25,进一步优选为10:1-1:10,更优选1:1-1:10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌质量之和占所述杀菌组合物质量的5%-90%,更优选10%-80%,更优选20%-60%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物的剂型为悬浮剂、种衣剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微囊悬浮剂、包衣颗粒剂、挤出颗粒剂、乳油、微乳剂、水乳剂、泡腾片、超低容量液剂、悬乳剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:还包含填充剂和/或表面活性剂。
5.一种防治植物致病菌的方法,其特征在于:将权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物作用于致病菌和/或其环境,或者植物、种子、土壤、区域、材料或空间中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:将权利要求1所述的Picarbutrazox和代森锰锌同时施用、或分别施用、或相继施用。
7.权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物用于防治真菌和细菌的用途。

9.权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物用于保护植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官的用途。
10.权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物施用至所需防治的地点防治土壤或栽培媒介中致病或腐生的真菌和细菌的用途。
11.权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物用于防治果蔬贮藏期病害的用途。
12.一种控制植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料和随后长出的植物器官的植物病原真菌的方法,其特征在于:该方法包括将权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物以农学有效且基本无植物毒性的施用量以种子处理、叶面施用、茎施用、浸透、滴注、浇注、喷射、喷雾、撒粉、散布或发烟等方法施用到植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料或植物正在生长或需要在其中生长的土壤或栽培媒介中。
