In this embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6: the locking device 84 comprises a locking spline shaft 840, a locking plate 841 and a pull rod; the pull rods comprise an upper locking pull rod 843 and a lower locking pull rod 844, the lower locking pull rod 844 is fixed on a cross beam of the right outlet movable sub-door 83, the upper locking pull rod 843 is fixed on a vertical beam of the left outlet movable sub-door 81, and the upper locking pull rod 843 and the lower locking pull rod 844 are kept parallel; the upper locking pull rod 843 and the lower locking pull rod 844 are respectively connected and fixed through a locking plate 841, and then the upper end and the lower end are fixed; and a locking spline shaft 840 is fixedly arranged on the locking plate 841, and a driving handle lever 842 is arranged on the locking spline shaft 840 to realize locking.
