4. The method of claim 1, wherein the volume adjustment signal is an infrared volume adjustment signal, a bluetooth volume adjustment signal, a voice volume adjustment signal, a gesture volume adjustment signal, or a key volume adjustment signal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic device comprises a television, the first operating system comprises a time-sharing operating system, and the second operating system comprises an android system.
6. A startup volume adjusting device is applied to an electronic device comprising a first operating system and a second operating system, and is characterized by comprising:
a system start module: the first operating system and the second operating system are used for executing starting operation;
the volume adjusting module: the system comprises a first operating system, a second operating system and a volume adjusting module, wherein the first operating system is used for playing a preset media file through the first operating system after the first operating system is started, adjusting the volume of the played preset media file according to a received volume adjusting signal and storing a volume value;
a first volume setting module: the voice volume value is used for acquiring the voice volume value and setting the voice volume value as the voice volume value of the media file played through the second operating system;
the volume adjusting signal is an infrared volume adjusting signal, and the first operating system comprises a volume adjusting response thread;
the volume adjusting module is used for responding to the infrared volume adjusting signal according to the volume adjusting response thread and adjusting the volume value of a preset media file played through the first operating system;
the volume adjusting signal is a Bluetooth volume adjusting signal, the electronic device comprises a Bluetooth volume processing module, and the first operating system comprises a volume adjusting response thread;
the Bluetooth volume processing module is used for receiving the Bluetooth volume adjusting signal and converting the Bluetooth volume adjusting signal into a volume processing event;
and the volume adjusting module is used for responding to the volume processing event according to the volume adjusting response thread and adjusting the volume value of a preset media file played through the first operating system.

The power-on volume adjustment device of claim 6, wherein the first operating system stores the volume value in a first database corresponding to the first operating system, and the volume adjustment module is configured to enable the second operating system to obtain the volume value stored in the first database, set the volume value as the volume value of the media file played by the second operating system, and store the volume value in a second database corresponding to the second operating system.
8. The on-volume adjusting device according to claim 7, further comprising:
a second volume setting module: and when the electronic equipment is restarted, the first operating system is used for acquiring the volume value stored in the first database and using the volume value as the playing volume of the first operating system.
