Abstract

本发明涉及一种利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取不同质量的PLA,加入二氯甲烷溶液,配制成不同浓度的溶液;(2)将配置好的溶液标号试纺;(3)选择纺丝条件,进行试纺;(4)观察是否成膜;(5)对成膜的纺丝液进行性能测试;(6)选择成膜效果最佳的一组纺丝液进行关于纺丝条件的对比试验;(7)选择最佳的纺丝条件及最佳的纺丝浓度进行静电纺纳米纤维膜。本方法能够高效配置浓度最佳的聚乳酸静电纺溶液及选择最佳的纺丝条件。

Description

一种利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法。
背景技术
目前,静电纺丝法所得纤维的直径为10-5000nm,其无纺布精细程度与均一性高、长径比大且具有高的表面积和孔隙率。当静电场中形成的纳米纤维在收集装置上层层随机分布时,形成不同尺寸的孔。这种孔径结构与细胞外基质在形态结构上具有相似性,有利于细胞粘附和进入支架,适合于大多数细胞的植入生长。因此可用于生物医用领域,特别适用于制备人体组织工程支架。
聚乳酸(PLA)是一种可生物降解的聚合物,降解产物无毒、溶于水或参加新陈代谢过程,具有良好的生物相容性。用静电纺丝法、热致相分离法和自组装法制备的PLA材料,具有多孔纳米纤维结构及良好的材料-细胞界面,可制备纳米级细胞支架。但现有技术中利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜仍存在不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,就是配置浓度适宜的聚乳酸静电纺溶液及选择最佳的纺丝条件。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出一种利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取不同质量的PLA,加入二氯甲烷溶液,配制成不同浓度的溶液;
(2)将配置好的溶液标号试纺;
(3)选择纺丝条件,进行试纺;
(4)观察是否成膜;
(5)对成膜的纺丝液进行性能测试;
(6)选择成膜效果最佳的一组纺丝液进行关于纺丝条件的对比试验;
(7)选择最佳的纺丝条件及最佳的纺丝浓度进行静电纺纳米纤维膜。
步骤(2)配制溶液过程中需要不停的加热搅拌,让溶液达到均匀、稳定的状态,利用黏度仪分别测定各种溶液的黏度,然后将配制好的纺丝溶液放入锥形瓶中待纺。
步骤(3)纺丝条件为电压8KV,喷丝头挤出速度为0.2mL/h,接受距离13cm。
步骤(4)观察液滴滴落情况及锡纸上纤维成膜情况。
步骤(5)对成膜的纺丝液进行黏度、电导率、表面张力方面的测试;对纤维膜进行纤维直径、纤维表面、纤维膜的强度进行测试。
步骤(6)中对比试验最少三组。
有益效果:
本发明通过配比不同浓度的溶液,选择纺丝条件进行试纺,并对成膜的纺丝液进行性能测试、对比试验,最终选择出最佳的纺丝条件及最佳的纺丝浓度进行静电纺纳米纤维膜。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明提出一种利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制出浓度为4.5%、4.8%、5.0%、5.2%、5.5%、5.7%、6.0%、6.2%、6.5%、7.0%的PLA纺丝液,并按顺序标号;
(2)取适量纺丝液于注射器中并将其固定在注射泵上,调节纺丝参数:电压8KV,接收距离13cm,喷丝头挤出速度0.2mL/h,按照顺序逐一进行试纺;
(3)观察喷丝头的液滴滴落状况及接收装置的成膜情况;
(4)对成膜良好的纺丝液进行黏度、电导率、表面张力等性能测试;并对纺出的纤维膜进行相关测试;
(5)选出成膜效果做好的一组纺丝液(浓度为5.7%)进行关于纺丝条件的对比试验;
(6)电压选择为6KV、8KV、10KV、12KV,接收距离为12cm、14cm、16cm,挤出速度为0.2mL/h、0.4mL/h、0.6mL/h、0.8mL/h、1.0mL/h,共60组;
(7)试验过程中,观察纤维成膜情况,并及时记录相关数据;
(8)对各个试验组的产品进行关于纤维膜表面、纤维直径、纤维结构、膜强度的相关测试;
(9)根据各种数据综合考虑,最后确定PLA静电纺纺丝液浓度为5.7%,纺丝电压为8KV,接收距离为14cm,挤出速度为0.8mL/h;
(10)此种条件下得到的PLA纤维膜强度最好、表面光滑、纤维直径适宜、结构均匀。
纺丝液黏度达到一定值时,才能从喷丝头喷出,若黏度过大,则呈滴状汇集在喷丝头针尖出;只有适宜的浓度在适当的电压下,纤维才能喷出成形;
挤出速度影响纤维结构,挤出速度过快,纺丝细流在空气中固化时间缩短,相同时间集聚在喷丝口的液滴增多,电场对纤维拉伸作用不完全,纤维直径增加;挤出速度过慢,单位时间内挤出量较少,纤维细流在喷丝口表面瞬间就可凝固成形,所得纤维表面微孔较浅,微孔尺寸较小;
电压的大小影响电场力,进一步影响纺丝液的表面张力,从而影响纤维的直径及纤维膜表面;
接收距离对纤维直径的影响不大,但随着接收距离增大,纤维中的珠节伸长变形,珠节尺寸及密度减小;

Claims (6)

1.一种利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取不同质量的PLA,加入二氯甲烷溶液,配制成不同浓度的溶液;
(2)将配置好的溶液标号试纺;
(3)选择纺丝条件,进行试纺;
(4)观察是否成膜;
(5)对成膜的纺丝液进行性能测试;
(6)选择成膜效果最佳的一组纺丝液进行关于纺丝条件的对比试验;
(7)选择最佳的纺丝条件及最佳的纺丝浓度进行静电纺纳米纤维膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)配制溶液过程中需要不停的加热搅拌,让溶液达到均匀、稳定的状态,利用黏度仪分别测定各种溶液的黏度,然后将配制好的纺丝溶液放入锥形瓶中待纺。
3.根据权利要求2所述的利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)纺丝条件为电压8KV,喷丝头挤出速度为0.2mL/h,接受距离13cm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(4)观察液滴滴落情况及锡纸上纤维成膜情况。
5.根据权利要求4所述的利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(5)对成膜的纺丝液进行黏度、电导率、表面张力方面的测试;对纤维膜进行纤维直径、纤维表面、纤维膜的强度进行测试。
6.根据权利要求5所述的利用静电纺丝技术制备聚乳酸纳米纤维膜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(6)中对比试验最少三组。
